Great sandwiches and a lot of variety. I love the turkey bacon or the buffalo chicken. There are many bread options and all of them are always fresh. The Dutch crunch is probably my favorite. Ike’s has very tasty sauces / dressings. The dirty sauce has great garlic flavor. Ike’s is a great place for a sandwich!

Had Your favorite Sesame street character and Steve Jobs Sandwiches. Both were very delicious. Their Dutch Crunch bread is truly awesome. Sandwiches are bit on the pricer side but taste is very good. One thing to like about Ikes is that they have lot’s of Vegan and Vegetarian options. Friendly staff. Good location in right in the center of downtown were you get to see lot of people and light-rail outside window.

This sandwich shop is a little more expensive than popular chains like Subway but the higher quality makes up for it. I had their Dutch crunch bread for my turkey sandwich (forgot the name) and it was great. With my appetite I barely finished my fries so I would suggest just ordering a sandwich if you don’t have a huge appetite.

Visiting from Toronto Canada and was searching for vegan options in the area. Oh my fn God, the Meatless Mike sandwich blew my mind!!! It was absolutely packed with flavor and I'm so glad I found this spot. Will definitely be back ❤️🌱

It's a challenge to have your way with a Ike's sandwich in the car while driving, but it can be done. Awesome sandwiches on great bread! Great service. Love the dirty sauce. Be careful parking here. The parking police are nearby!

Ikes has done it again- another good job. They never fail to have the best customer service in the food industry. They don't just serve sandwiches, they serve awesomeness! I frequent the Cupertino location, and they know me by name. But the downtown location was equally as friendly, great quality control for the sandwiches, and i got to try the famous limited time phantom dutch crunch. I usually go for the sabercat, but I thought I'd do an italian style meatball sub so i went with the SuperLuigi. 11/10. Phenomenal.🫡

The sandwiches are awesome and there are literally hundreds of options. There are a ton of options for vegetarians as well. My favorite is the bowser. The only reason I took a star off is because the sandwiches can get super super expensive. They've been expanding fairly rapidly and we've seen the prices skyrocket from just 2 years ago.

I love this place! The sandwiches are delicious and the service is always friendly. I really recommend the dutch crunch bread with a chicken sandwich. I don’t remember what the sandwich was called, but it had the perfect amount of sauce and produce. It’s also great that they use halal chicken. Only downside is it’s in a bad part of town, right next to unsafe parking garage and a bunch of crackheads that will try to press you for money…. or worse, break into your car.

First time experience. Ordered the Spiffy Tiffy in their Dutch Crunch bread, instead I got something else on a sourdough and zero meat. I think they mixed the orders, so it was a bummer to not get that I paid for. Aside from that, what I got was very good! and the place is clean. I'd come back for more

I was expecting a lot out of this place and have been wanting to try their sandwiches for quite some time - also I must be the only person who absolutely did not like the Dutch Crunch bread for my sandwich!!!! I had the Tony Soprano sandwich and Onion Chips (even the chips were sweet). Such a strange meal this was and pretty pricey. I might return next time to try a different kind of bread.

Great sandwiches, terrible service. I called today at 11:40am and they answer but don’t say anything and just leave the phone unattended. I can hear everything, the cashier lady helping people that are ordering in person, and all the background noise but they never come to the phone. They just leave the phone unhooked so that no one else can call. I hang up and try calling again but now the line is “busy” since they still left the phone unhooked. I just needed to confirm my order. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues trying to talk to someone over the phone. I need to find a new sandwich shop so that I don’t order from here anymore. It’s so frustrating.

The sandwiches are decent but not great. They put very little meat in the sandwich so it’s mostly a lot of bread of lunch. The prices are too high and they continue to raise them. They now add on an extra fee to help pay for the employees salary and benefits. That’s insane! Why would I have to pay twice!? Just pay your employees a fair wage and leave me out of it. A 14 dollar sandwich with hardly any meat and no sides or drink? Really? You can find a fresh and healthy meal with multiple sides at area restaurants for the same or less money.

Ike's easily has some of the best tasting bread for sandwiches and has a great selection. The unfortunate side to this, is when they are listening to your order when being placed. In the last three weeks, I have gone 3 times and have had an incorrect order every time. The inconsistencies are growing increasingly annoying, as the short 30 minute lunch breaks and having the food to go means the 7 minute walk to the store takes up the entire lunch because of a simple mistake that was not caught during the ordering or preparation process. Just remember, if you are ordering to go food, you might want to check it before walking back to your office, because it is likely wrong.

I would like to know what has happen to teaching your workers respect and good customer service! The lady, who I was told was the manager, was extremely rude!!! She was throwing our food around, making noises like we were bothering her every time we asked for something. Not only was she beyond rude to us but I witnessed her throw out a group of hard working men because she said your sweatshirts are disgusting, they had Trump on them! Before she threw them out, I couldn’t believe the amount of inappropriate noises, comments, poor customer service and down right disrespect each one of those men put up with. Do not give this place your service!

So I ordered and paid. Ten minutes later, I had to leave with no sandwich. And I had to run to the station, and just barely made my train. I like to think that maybe one of the homeless people out front ended up enjoying it, but it probably just got wasted, along with my money, which in itself is very disappointing. People might not realise how extraordinarily infrequent trains are in this country—if I hadn't made this, I would've had to wait over an hours for the next one!!—but if I say I need it in 10 minutes, I'm not making it up! I expect an honest answer, not just a 'yes' to get me to order.

Order was placed online and estimated preparation time was 20 min. 20 minutes later I got a text confirming the order was ready. Got into the store and the staff magically discovered the order and told me to come back in 10 minutes. With the parking situation not being great, this was really not ideal. Double check your orders before paying for parking and walking in. EDIT: came back 15 minutes later, order still not ready. Had to wait another 15 minutes in store…

I placed an order hear on Doordash an hour ahead of when I was picking up. When I get there they tell me oder wasn't ready yet. I placed it an hour back so I was a little confused. I go up and ask every 10 minutes but they keep telling me it wasn't ready. In the fourth time I mention how I placed the order an hour and a half ago so she looks through the order history. She heads back and finds my order receipt in the trash. Turns out a separate staff member threw away my order receipt because she thought it was already made. They make my sandwich and offer me a bag of chips. After nearly 2 hours of waiting I finally get my sandwich. Update a few months later. I decided to order again from this location on door dash. I got the jaymee sirewhich which was one of my favorites. Although this time I think the chicken may have been under cooked because I have been experiencing some food poisoning. And there's no way it could have been from anything else since that was the only thing I ate that day. I would recommend staying away from this location

Terrible experience. Put in a catering order and the order never arrived. When i called up the store, they said doordash has already picked up the order and cant help if doordash fails to deliver. Whats frustrating is that i placed the order online at Ike's website and they had partnered with doordash for delivery and not me. I was left high and dry with no food to serve my guests
