Subway has some delicious sandwiches. For the years I have been a customer at subway buying sandwiches they are worth the price and for the taste and ingredients. I ordered the sandwiches on a basis of quality sandwiches that are fresh and based on the reputation of subway the sandwiches are definitely healthy and worth to be satisfied of. The sandwiches are worth to have for a healthier eating plan and are generally more worth in a variety of quality food to have an approach to. If you're hungry and definitely are looking for a bonus on healthy delicious sandwiches try subway.

It is Subway. So expect quick sandwiches, not fancy dinners. I've never had a problem with the quality of my food, keeping in mind it is Subway. This is the closest one to all my outings. And it isn't ever really busy. So it serves the purpose well.

Friendly staff, the guy was very considerate. When I mentioned my whole order was veggitarian, he promptly changed his gloves 🧤. Removed star from food because the sandwich 🥪 was made with very less veggies.

I'm only giving it a 2 star just because subway in general is taking out cucumbers and I can't have subway without my cucumbers so please bring it back. but I have nothing bad to say about the customer service. it's literally subway itself need to bring cucumbers back.

They locked the washroom after cleaning even though the Subway is still open, tried asking but to no avail.

I usually go to the Foxworthy store, but today it got too late and when I went to buy my sandwich it was already closed, so I went to this location instead. From the beginning, the employee had an attitude and treated me as if I were an idiot. I told him I wanted the sandwich of the day, and he asked which sandwich. I said the sandwich of the day. He showed me the regular sandwiches that are available every day, and I repeated that I wanted the one for today. Then he asked me what size I wanted, the 6 or the 12. I told him the 6. After that, he took out the bread and seemed ready to give me the basic bread without asking what kind I wanted, so I had to ask him if I could have the Italian herbs and cheese bread instead. He looked annoyed when I asked for a different type of bread. When he took the bread out, he again asked what size I wanted. I told him the 6. He said, “No, wait, let me explain,” and showed me that the 6-inch is half the loaf and the 12-inch is the full loaf. I told him that he had already asked me and I had already said the 6. He made another annoyed face. I asked for it toasted. It was barely toasted, not the way they usually toast it at the other store, where the service is much better. After he added the toppings, he started packing the sandwich without asking about sauces. When I noticed he was already packing it, I said that I wanted sauce. Again he made an annoyed face, opened the sandwich, added the sauces, and finished it. Overall, I did not like the way I was treated. I can understand why this location currently has a 3.5 star rating

The Subway crew at Almaden Plaza are very rude. I requested them 2 sandwiches and one Nachos. In nachos, I told them to replace the meat with Veggie Patty. The older lady said NO very rudely and I was like ok wow !! - then I said if not then add more veggies and older lady again said NO WE CANNOT DO IT and said the price would be 14$ and we cannot reduce it so I said ok I don't want it. So then I started paying for the two sandwiches but the younger lady/Girl said you are being STINGY because you are not buying the Nachos. I was like excuse me .. first of all don't talk to a customer like that and how dare she talks to a customer and call us names. BTW before telling me STINGY why don't you guys be flexible and if not atleast don't charge us more if you are not able to substitute meat with veggies. You guys instead are being stingy with your add-ons and so reluctant to adapt to what a customer wants. The younger lady was super rude and arrogant in her behavior. I would recommend not to go to this place unless you want to be humiliated. My goal was to taste the food and do a catering for my kids birthday. Because of her rude behavior SUBWAY just lost a potential opportunity / business and I am sure will lose lot more in the future because of their crew's behavior. Please EDUCATE AND TRAIN your crew on how to talk to a customer.

With time comes change and so do prices...this Subway has an ad in its window for an $18 item. I should be able to spend a $100 for my lunch without them having a corporate meeting. Glad to know they threw my food away, as they refused to accept my US currency. Avoid this location.

Worst Subway Experience Ever I never thought I’d leave a review for Subway, but this location was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. If you want to save your money—and avoid being even more frustrated when you’re hungry—stay away from this place. We placed an online pickup order, and it felt like the server or owner decided that since we weren’t there in person, they could cut corners. We requested four dressings on both sandwiches, but only got two. No cheese was added, and there were barely any vegetables. It was essentially just plain bread. I’ve eaten Subway from dozens of locations, and this was by far the worst. Honestly, you’re better off grabbing a quick bite from McDonald’s or simply cooking at home rather than wasting money here. If anyone else has had a similar experience, please like this review so more people are aware.
