Fantastic kindness from one older staff man. Honestly that’s why I’m giving it this rating. The food was a bit slower but I don’t care because of this older man running customer service and cleaning!

It's the food you expect delivered well with friendly staff. It can get crowded and even the dual line drive through with staff walking outside gets backed up. It's a high traffic location with an outdoor patio, but I always get it to go at this location.

So I grabbed 3 kid strip meals as a quick alternative for dinner and I was pleased with the portion of food provided and our fries were just made! Re: customer service-The reps there are totally representative of that saying "customer service w a smile! Thx for a pleasantly yummy experience each time!

Thus location only has out side seating. The tables are dirty. Only half the tables have shade. Extremely disappointed

There is no inside seating here. Luckily, we were there on a nice summer day. But even at that, it was breezy and we had to fight to keep our bags and paper goods from blowing away.

This location is pretty nice and you. It is convenient if you’re passing through this area because you can order ahead and pull into get your food pretty quickly without too much of a headache or going out of your way that much. If you download the app it is pretty dang convenient. I would say between two and 5 o’clock this roadthrough San Juan can be backed up hard to navigate. I will try to avoid it during those hours, but outside of that location is pretty clean and kept although smaller than the others.

My wife forcibly got me the spicy sandwich combo. Cross cut fries were good but seamed like they could go in a little longer in the fryer. Sandwich went well as any chick fil a sandwich could go. Good fry, great cook, and wasn't dry. Overall great experience.

This visit was a bit different for me—not due to any issue with the service or the quality of the food, which were both solid. TRAIN YOUR KITCHEN EMPLOYEES BETTER. I have no issues with the person that took my order as he reread the order correctly. This is the SECOND time I’ve order from this place and the order is just straight up incomplete or wrong. BOTH TIMES my grilled chicken club came with no cheese or bacon. Please refer to the picture from your website if you guys have any issues on what the grilled clubbed is is suppose to have. NEVER come here worst Chick-fil-A ever.

These fries were stale and tasted old . Worst fries I have had in my life . Do better !!!!!!!

I ordered a wrap and a drink as well as a combo meal for a friend. The food was so bland & the seasoning packets that were provided were so toxic! Some of the ingredients were propylene glycol which causes cancer, there were so many there's no room to list everything but really harmful ingredients and I paid almost $30 for this. So not worth it!! The fries were super salty too. I don't understand what the hype is about really this is so damaging to your body. We will definitely not be coming back. There was no indoor dining at all all outdoors surrounded by a parking lot, very noisy with very little room to eat. Not a good use of space, disappointed ☹️
