The cashier knew the proper way to pour a pitcher of beer, which is to the top. The pizza was fresh out of the oven and stayed hot till the last bite.
Best ballpark around the owner is world class
We love ballpark pizza. So much nostalgia from this kind of pizza joint when we were kids playing sports. We also love their pizzas, salad bar, and garlic bread. The staff are always the same and do a great job. They have quite a few draft beers and pitchers. Lots of TVs with all kinds of sports. Sometimes mma fights which create lots of questions from our little girls... lol. We also love that there is a golden spoon right around the corner to stop at after pizza. Parking is easy as well. We recently had an AYSO end of the year party and they were great with the planning and organization of that as well.
AWESOME experience! I ordered 5 pizza over the phone. I arrived when I said and they were just about ready!! Everyone at the party said the pizza was great and asked where I got the pizza! Thank you Ball Park! You made a super party!
My boyfriends favorite pizza place of all time is Ballpark. Every time we go to visit his parents we have to get Ballpark pizza. The pizza really is delicious- we get a classic cheese pizza most of the time but the bbq chicken and the grand slam are also really yummy. And I recommend the salad bar too- the lettuce is always so crisp and there are so many toppings to add! The staff are always so friendly and we love the play in the little arcade while we are waiting. They have a Cruising racing game and air hockey! And the storefront is welcoming and family friendly.
Such a cool pizza place! Food was fast, delicious and had a decent menu to choose from. It’s priced just about the same as anywhere $10-20 a pizza, but I’ll pay for the quality Ball Park has anyday!
We ordered pizza to pick up while on vacation and it was one of the best meals we had! We ordered a couple pizzas and antipasto salads. The salads were fresh and delicious and very filling. The pizza was full of toppings and very tasty. The employees were so nice and helpful. We will definitely remember it next time we are here!
This really is an exceptionally delicious pizza. I never tried Ball Park Pizza. Nice balance of dough vs. toppings vs sauce. I'm really glad I tried it. I had it delivered by GrubHub, it was hot and quick. Totally recommend it.
I have never had a better pizza. From the time I could walk, this place had been a staple in San Juan capistrano. There are so many memories to be shared in this pizza parlor. Their pizzas are top notch. You will not find a better pizza anywhere. They have a nice little salad bar and a good selection of beer. Their is plenty of room for large parties and accommodates just about any sports team. They have an arcade area and plenty of fun for the kids.
Came here twice in the same week for end of the year soccer parties. incredible service, food, and there's a great video game room for the kids! plenty of flat screens to watch your team play. the beer is cold and the pizza is very tasty! we will definitely be back here.
This is a fun place with attractive decor, great service and best of all a salsd bar!! Covid nearly killed the salad bar so it's been hard to find one these days and as this was my first time here, was a pleasant surprise! Everyone taking orders and dispensing food were friendly, helpful and constantly busy cleaning. The food was fresh and they have a nice selection of beers.
So my family and I were on our way home all the way to the Fresno area from San Diego and when we got hungry, we decided to get some Pizza, so we decided to stop by here. We loved the pizza, it was very good, the crust was thin, crispy, the toppings were good too. And for the 8 of us, we got good prices on the Pizzas that we ordered. So glad we decided to come here.
We were in San Juan Capistrano for a Soccer Game, I was allowed to make reservations for 40 people. The food was great, we ordered lots of pizza, pasta and we even had the salad bar. The girls enjoyed the ice cream. The service was quick and the staff was really nice. Gracias
wings are amazing and pizza never disappoints, love ordering everytime we are in town
Love this place! Been going for years! Great pizza especially if you enjoy a fantastic tasting supreme version with everything on it. The wings are always good, they have games for the kids and there’s tons of tv’s with non stop sports on them.
Try to avoid this place on a Saturday afternoon, as kids sports can make it a bit of a nightmare. The beer selection is excellent. The salad bar leaves a bit to be desired. Their appetizers are worthwhile. Their pizza is amazing. Come here in the afternoon to watch a football game and have a pitcher or two of beer with your friends. It'll be worth your while. All in all, I'm happy I came here. There are ballpark Pizza locations all around the area, and this one is one of my favorites.
all you can eat salad bar available, TV's everywhere in here for game days, arcade area for kids, good selection of draft brews, also non alcoholic beer available, chicken parmesan sandwich was delicious with a side salad, as well as the BBQ chicken sandwich
Great food at an inexpensive price! I have used Ball Park pizza for many birthday party's and it has always had a good outcome with their huge field in the back and their arcade located in the restaurant. Overall deserving of a solid 5 star rating.
It was a treasure finding this place. Really yummy pizza!
I live right around the corner from BallPark Pizza I love the fact they have Sierra Nevada pale ale by the picture great pizza the wings are not as good as the ones I make at home but probably some of the best in town overall I like going here about once a month.
This has always been a good spot. Great pizza. Thrifty ice cream. Can't beat it !
Excellent environment, clean and friendly staff. The pizza was perfect. Highly recommend.

Good food good service a little expensive medium pizza and one drink with a couple of toppings came out to $32 but other than that really good
What amazing customer service. I need a gluten free vegan pizza for my mom and they have it and she loved it. Supper friendly and great pizza!
Best pizza around. The wings are really good, as are the sandwiches. For those looking for something on the light side, they have a great salad bar. I've been going since I was really young. I now take my kids, and they love it. They have a small arcade room that my kids love. Beto and all the staff are great people. A must try....
It's a fun family owned pizza place. I love a good pizza place salad bar and this one is always fresh with fantastic toppings and don't forget the garlic cheese bread. The ffamily that owns it treats you like family.
The staff was very kind, accommodating and generous! They even thanked us for coming in today even though we came about an hour before closing. The regular pizza is amazing, and the gluten-free pizza was also delicious. Very unique atmosphere and decorations! Tables could have been a little cleaner, but overall, we would definitely go again!

Ball Park is a neighborhood favorite. The Matador is their best pizza! A great spot to watch sports.
It's a pretty hyped-up place, so I was skeptical. But the staff was great, the food was amazing, and the BYOB kept the prices low. Try this combo on your pizza: artichoke hearts, garlic and basil. So good! Also, the "desert cal zone" was really good. It had sweet ricotta inside, with Nutshell and powdered sugar on top.The wait for a table can be as long as four hours, but if we can get seated again with no wait...we'll be back!
It's about exactly what you would expect for a "team pizza place." Food was Ok. Service was not bad, but definitely busy and worn out. Gets the job done though. Our spot was faithfully reserved, but people were sitting in it. Our food was ordered in advance, but was not ready when we had asked. Very loud, but also a good place to gather for groups.
We ordered a couple pizzas to be delivered. The Triple Crown Pizza was loaded with toppings: Pepperoni, mushrooms and sausage. Very tasty! Liked the Antipasto Salad better than the Caesar Salad. Not a fan of the croutons on the Caesar Salad.
First visit for take out. Easy to find and park, the restaurant needs some updating, but pizza was good. I had the pepperoni pizza, thin crust, good flavor and generous serving of pepperoni. The Caesar salad was OK, thought it was a little pricey. Reasonable price for the pizza. Recommended.

The girl who served us was super rude we accidentally ordered the wrong beer and we had to take it. Also when delivering the beer, it got all over the ground which was disgusting. On the napkin holder, they used the wrong there which is a little strange. The soda machine was behind the counter so no refills and bad selection. The arcade was really big and nice and the bathrooms were decent. Lots of seats kind of tight but good for parties. The pizza was good but beware there was a lot of cheese.
I went to ballpark as a kid and wanted to take my son to have the pizza restaurant experience. While the pizza is good its really thin and overpriced for what it is. My biggest gripe is half of the arcade games are broken and the candy/prize machines were all empty. Get it fixed and start care! The kids experience at these places are the most important. The vibe is totally that the owner does not care. Would love to come back to a fun pizza place atmosphere with things for kids to do.
We come here for the kids and the kids only and because we can walk here. The service is always insincere and passive aggressive. In no way do they try and make it feel like a family pizza place. The Laguna Niguel location is completely different and wish that was closer. They have beer and wine but charge $12.50 for a glass of wine that retails for $15 a bottle. Only come if you have kids that will enjoy the arcade games - but the irony is they don’t have a kids menu.

The pizza was very salty, hardly any sauce, way to much sausage. Had to take off a lot of sausage to just eat the pepperoni and mushrooms part.Lost my business.Sticking to Round Table Pizza
Overpriced pizzas for what's offered in the neighborhood. Be aware of a $10 glass of beer, get a pitcher instead
2 stars only cause I really do love this place but recently just had a pretty stupid experience. Pulled up 7 minutes before closing which yes it a bit late, but was still before they closed. When we pulled up, about 3 others came in to pick up, so I assumed we could still order. We walked in, politely asked if we could still order to go and was met with attitude from one of the male staff. I was told they were only doing pick up orders.. So I asked if I could make I quick online order only to be given more nasty attitude. As a frequent costumer (with a big family) I think this was poor customer service. I walked out disappointed and decided to take a chance and look online to see if an order would go through. Little to no surprise, they were still accepting online orders!!!! But I'm not going to waste one more penny on this business, one bad apple has ruined my experience. Thanks again for the amazing experience tonight 🍕🤮🤮🤮🤮
Loved their pizza last three times however ordered two pizza and not the same quality at all. Also, The menu price on their El matador and Veggie is $18.75 and when I ordered she said my total is $59 Vs. $38 and I questioned her and she said it all depends which site you look at, non sense and she said to wait a second and she comes back that I am going to give you a senior discount and charge me only $52, I wasn't going to argue anymore but disappointed.
Prices are excessively high for a very small pizza and beer; the wall menu pricing does not match what you pay, and there is no itemized receipt provided.

This is probably the worst customer service I've encountered. Not only was placing an order a challenging process for the staff, having it confirmed seemed to be a complex issue. Arrived at the arraigned time of pick up and our pizzas were incomplete. When prompted for clarity as to why they were unprepared, we were met with resentment. We are long time residents in town, and support local establishments, however next time we will utilize Costco.
So sad to have this experience. As we loved this place is the past but the. Extremally poor attitude of the entire staff is shocking. Ordered pick up on Uber eats. Said ready at 11:30 when arrived a female was extremely rude. Then we re returned they mysteriously did not have the order. Gave me attitude at every step. Last time we will support this place.
I used to be a regular at Ballpark years ago, and loved hanging out for Monday Night Football. Never had a problem. Then, after many years of living overseas, I returned with family for a meal. Horrible!! Bad service from surly staff, and the pizza was a joke. My kids, all hungry pizza lovers, couldn't even finish one slice. What a waste of time and money. A huge disappointment.
Used to be our family #1 pizza spot now I rather go to little Cesar’s then here, we ordered a regular large pizza with pepperoni got a super greasy and really thin pizza.
Once a local gem, this restaurant has sadly become a shadow of its former self. The decor and menu haven’t been updated in years, leaving the place feeling stale and out of touch. The service is a major letdown—staff are not only rude but quick to argue over their own mistakes, making for an uncomfortable dining experience. Worst of all, the food quality has plummeted; dishes lack flavor and freshness, paling in comparison to other local spots that have clearly outpaced this has-been. It’s a disappointing decline for what used to be a favorite.
So sad, came here from out of town after growing up in the area and treating this place like my home. We were here 20 minutes before closing but when we entered, the staff making the pizza passionately yelled “we’re closed” while they were making fresh pizzas. Door says 8pm but we were not allowed to order at 7:40pm. Very disappointing and I hope management can look into this as we used to be loyal customers, ended up going to Dominos Pizza.
If you looked at the photo of these potatoes, you would think that 3 adults and 2 children had ravaged this tray of potatoes. I wish I could say my family had done just that. Sadly, this is what I received after ordering a large order of wedges. I went back in and to my surprise, everybody told me this WAS a large. I laughed, thinking I was being pranked in some fashion. With dead seriousness, they stuck to their narrative that this was a large order of wedges. My mind astounded. I couldn't believe the ignorance I was hearing as the proof was literally in eyes view. The pizza was ok, the wings were ok. I wish I could say the same for the service and wedges. I didn't fight the employees because iv learned not to argue with arrogance. I spent 80 dollars here and i literally am amazed I was scammed out of potatoes. Merry Xmas

Literally lost my business over a $.25 cent pizza box. Employee refused to provide a small pizza box to take my left over pizza home. Instead gave me a regular folding to go box for half of a large pizza. When I requested a small pizza box she refused multiple times. Spent $250 in pizza, apps and drinks sadly this will be our last time. What happened to customer service?
