This place is very special. Full of inspiration and often times there seems to have been a message waiting, just for you, to find in one of Lady's poems. Always at the perfect time, it appears. Even when you have visited a dozen times, you will see something new you hadn't noticed before. I have met the most interesting people, and always find inspiration within these walls. A definite must-see when visiting Old San Juan!❤♾

I had no intentions of buying art while in Old San Juan, but this little store caught my little artistic hearts attention. You can walk through the exhibit for free and there are plenty of pieces to stare at for thirty plus minutes. I ultimately did exit through the gift shop, and bought prints for the whole family. I love the concept and art work. If you have an inkling of artist in you then you must drop by.

This is a hidden gem in Old San Juan! Happened across this place buying one of the beautifully painted doors and had no idea there was a further gallery inside with beautiful art and gifts! Highly recommend walk through and some shopping, they were so kind and proud !

This shop is so beautiful. I loved being able to walk through the art gallery and read all the sweet poems. My husband and I were visiting Puerto Rico for a week and ended up stopping by twice. I can't wait to be able to visit again!

The poetry is first rate, challenging, and timeless. I cannot praise this place enough. Beware the gift shop, because I almost bought everything, and I'm not a shopper by any stretch of the imagination.

I cannot stop thinking of this place. This little artistic pocket in Puerto Rico feels like home, my heart feels full knowing that the strangers I met here, felt more like family for a night. It healed pieces of me I didn’t know needed healing. Thank you. 🙏 During the open mic an amazing artist drew my partner and I which was so special.

It’s my favorite spot in town, and I’m moved by how the owners lift up other artists during open mic nights. They’ve created a truly magical space. Family-owned, and absolutely a must-see. We had such a lovely chat with the person running the register and they gave us info about the local scenery as well as the adorable coqui frog (by the way, the stickers are hand-drawn!!) Highly recommend!

As one who does a little more than dabble but not a professional, I felt welcomed by the scene, which is bilingual on Tuesday nights, although I am sure the proprietor Lady would welcome all languages 😊 Definitely a must see must hear if in Old San Juan.. ton of art displayed every medium represented. Make sure to purchase to help her support a fabulous gathering place.

It was so incredible to listen to artists from all walks of life share their art. What a day, I finally got to meet Lady Lee Andrews. She is a reason I was originally drawn to The Poet's Passage when I found here poetry quotes from yet a different place I purchased years back. Ironically, one of her quotes adorned my friends business wall in New Orleans for years before closing. The blue night light art that accentuates Old San Juan's evening ambience is hypnotic. It has to be the best illustration of the city in my opinion. Combined with Poets night and true artistic spirit, the high ceilings, the landmark architecture and mosaic of artwork is truly genuine and so appreciated. I have brought everyone I love here and realized today that it is because a part of myself resonates deeply with the words, colors and expressions. Thank you Lady Lee Andrews. You must have truly moved more than this soul. I look forward to the cafe!

This was a semi hidden gem. The open mic sign quickly caught our attention, so we decided to pop in, and we are so glad we did! It was the most amazing experience. To see a 5 love story and meet the woman who experienced all made it surreal. Lady, thank you for holding this space and sharing it with the world. Beautiful display of paintings of San Juan dedicated to the artist's wife. Great poetry as well. Definitely recommend checking it out if you have an extra 30 minutes or so in the area!
