For a chain this place does not disappoint!

Always so bomb. I love coming here as a treat to hang out with friends and family while eating some goooood seafood.

Service was good. Food was bomb. It was a little more than what I would like to pay but I’d go back because of how good the seafood boil was.

Our family of five went to The Kicking Crab and got a combo with **3 pounds of shrimp**, rice, sausage, and corn. It was amazing! The shrimp was the star, and we suggest getting it **headless**—way easier to eat. We chose **mild sauce**, which was perfect for our six-year-old but still tasty for us spice lovers. The food was so good, we made a huge mess and didn’t even care. The staff was nice, and we all left happy and full. If you love seafood and don’t mind getting a little messy, this is the place for you! Final Verdict:10/10. We’ll be back for more shrimp chaos! 🦐

They now offer ordering at your table by scanning the code on the table and food is delivered to you, which I find very convenient since it's always busy. I love that they have soups, kale salad, and grilled chicken sandwiches, which are my favorites.

I was having a down day, until one of the employees Logan Stewart gave me a smile. His welcoming atmosphere and warm presence gave me hope in the future generation. Where I live we don't have Chick-fil-A's and I literally have to travel to another Island to get one so I haven't had it in 2 years. The atmosphere was just great. Customer service was excellent as usual and the staff was super friendly.

This place was packed and there was a long waitlist...a good sign it must be good?! I tried the shrimp, mussels, edemame, cajun fries, garlic noodles, and rice. The shrimp was okay. The garlic noodles needed more garlic. There were chunks of garlic, but I couldn't really taste it. Edemame and fries were good. I loved the mussels the most. I should have left out the rice as it was too much food already. Overall, the restaurant is beautiful, and the staff were efficient. There is a private parking lot and plenty of parking.

This is the only location that doesn't have root beer which is kind of a deal breaker. Also the environment seems really crowded and frustratingly laid out.

The chicken sandwiches here are either good or terrible. The chicken is either luke warm or nice and hot. The buns sometimes fall apart very easily. I don’t know and I’m not sure what is the cause of it, but paying so much for sandwiches should come with certain expectations

Cool looking at first. Felt like the seating was a little cramped. They put what they use for a table cloth upside down so the plastic coating is on top. Condensation from my beer ran into my lap. Ordered a seafood dish that came out in a plastic bowl with plastic utensils so flexible they were almost useless. Everything on the table was a single-use plastic disposable item, definitely not environmentally sensitive. Unfortunately, not someplace I'm looking forward to going back to.

Worst service and even from management also . I go thru drive thru and order 4 meals for my kids . My daughter ordered the wrap and they forgot to put in her dressing . It’s frustrating when I need to drive 15 minutes back to this location and another 15 back home and have my child wait another 30 minutes just so she can enjoy her meal. Ordered for take out online and payment went through. I only had 30 minutes of lunch break and when I arrived for pick up they did not make my order and Bryan, the assistant, did not apologize and ended up just refunding my money. What a waste of time and now I'm left without eating for my long shift. Now I have to wait for my bank to receive my money back.
