We were immediately greeted by the hostess Jesus. He was able to get a table and coffee right away. The service and food was great. He even offered to go boxes. So early at 5:30 am but the hostess was a happy camper.

I had a great experience here! Their beyond burger was delicious and their seasoned fries are super yummy! My brother had some pancakes, potatoes and eggs, which he said were very tasty! What also impressed me, was that we came in around 40 minutes til closing and they were so kind, warm and the food was prepared very fast! It was delicious and I had such an amazing dinner. I'm so grateful that they were so sweet even though we were eating close to closing, which I know can be very annoying: but they were so helpful and conscious! I highly recommend coming here if you're in the area! Thank you to all the incredible staff, you guys are unforgettable 🥰💞

We love to come every Friday and Saturday night after hours just to be serve by our favorite employee Yali. She is witty and funny. We always enjoy her company. Yali is the reason why we come here every week. You need to come during the late hours to be serve by her. I recommend coming here for the food and for a very pleasant service by the servers and employees smiles.

I hate complaining about free but I came in to use my free bday meal. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with sausage and a side of onion rings. The eggs came out with my onion rings. 5 to 10 minutes later came biscuits and gravy, which were cold. I told the server and he literally warmed it up in the microwave and brought it back out! I wish Denny's would bring back the meat lovers skillet from 03 to 06.

It's been a while since I've been to Denny's but I always have a positive experience. Eating out has become increasingly more expensive nowadays and Denny's is not the exception. Regardless, the service was awesome and the food amazing.

Do you know why this culinary degree'd Chef gave this place the fourth star today. Because Denny's delivered! The wife and I were out doing a bit of 'I don't wana just sit at home today' stuff and deserved ourselves a breakfast/lunch out today. After hmm'n and haww'n at every thought of establishment known in our elderly minds, I said "I want Denny's 9-grain pancakes". The wife quickly agreed that Denny's was the place to go. We really didn't eat much of a breakfast and it is already the lunch hour. Now, I can’t get enough of these 9-grain pancakes. Taking the grandkids to Dennys is an easy decision. Dicks

It was a nice change from drive thru . The service was friendly and fast. It was not crowded. The chicken fried steak was good. Please know if you order french toast ala carte you get one slice cut in 1/2 just so you know. The pumpkin pancakes have a lot of flavor.

They don't accept the deals you see advertised on television, like the $7.99 grand slam. because it's privately owned. Pretty lame. The food and service was good

For starters by looking at the other reviews I’m your going to say they were having an off night. Me and my boyfriend came in and less then 5 min were asked if we were ready to order so we did. I asked for a water along with my smoothie , I never received my water until my food was done and my bf had to ask for it again.. I order the omelette with cheese, bacon , spinach and ham. When I first received my omelette it didn’t have spinach then when I told the lady she took it back , and then she brought me back a omelette that was greasy with ham and spinach (forgot the bacon this time) people make mistakes so I’m not to mad I just wanted to warn yall they do mess up on your order and will have an attitude if you send it back!

This place doesn't' do any deals like kids eat free, no birthday breakfast...nothing. Staff seems like they hate their jobs. Makes me sad to see this.

When the employees don't feel like working their attitude is clearly shown. Just on this guy's work ethic I will no longer take dennys for it's family friendly environment it used to be.

I went to this Dennys in San Marcos the other day looking forward to their breakfast deals of $5.99 and they told me the restaurant Owner does NOT offer them! My kids and myself were pretty bummed out specially under this bad economy (I mean we couldn’t just walk out since we had already been sit in and had ordered drinks). If you have a big family or are on a tight budget - I will advise to stay away from this establishment.
