we were staying at a hotel close by and wanted a late night snack. i was surprised at how fast and good the food was at this location and how quickly it was made! the one in my town is not like this at all, so i was very impressed.

Amazing!!! I have never been in one and my boyfriend wanted to show me. We read about this franchise being one of the best in the area. The guy was amazing, super helpful, trying to understand the "Spanish" of my boyfriend. Food was so much better than I thought! Congrats!

Wings were delicious. If you want hot you've gotta go for the 4 flame sauces, the 3 flame ones got nothing goin' on. The missing star is due to several issues being present such as the bathroom being in a bad state and the drink machine not working for about 30 minutes. Also I do not recommend the baked beans - very odd taste. But the wings kept it at a 4/5.

Always delicious, the only disappoint was that the multi flavor Coke machine wasn't working properly. But we enjoyed it very much, I was glad that they close late, midnight. We were looking for Chinesse food at 9:30 pm but couldn't find anything open in San Mateo.

Quite pricey for the food. But like always it was absolutely delicious. The customer service was amazing. The inside of the establishment was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back. The only reason I'm giving it an overall rating of only four stars is because it is quite expensive!

I really like the mango habanero sauce and go here when I'm feeling in a junk food kind of mood. Portions are huge and the fries are good. I recommend calling and ordering ahead as service is really slow. Their system saves your order to your phone number, so if you have a regular order (like boring old me) it's convenient.

The wings are good and tasty, for a good price. But be careful to conform when you place phone order, 2 times they said they had my order over the phone and when i went to pickup after 25 min they said they never received the order. They don’t have any tracker for phone order so i had to wait another 10 minutes.

It's not the quality of the food nor the cleanliness of the restaurant that makes me rate this location 2 stars. It's the lack of staff in the restaurant. One person was taking orders, handling money, and making food. Where is the manager to take charge of his team? I'm not likely to go inside if there is only one person multitasking. This was about 9:30p. And there was a line when I got there just to order while 4 other people waited about 20 minutes for their food.

Not only do you take forever even when i order ahead, but ontop of that there is ALWAYS something wrong or missing with my order!!! In the beginning y'all would forget my fries and my dipping sauces so then I learned to check my order, but then later you guys forget to season my fries and they did not even include the 2 tenders I paid $2 for! Today January 10th, 2021 at around 8:40 the service was terrible. DO BETTER.

Cashier spends time taking phone orders while people in person are in line waiting for their orders to be taken. This is while 3 workers are standing behind the cashier waiting for work. Then the dinner rolls at $4.99 for 6 pcs are just not rolls at all. Not warm nor tasty. Not coming back.

I am only giving it a 1 star because i have to put at least 1. They have the worst customer service. I tried calling and they never answer and when they do they are rude. Whenever I order from doordash my wings are super dry, willing to pay extra but of course... they never answer.

Employees here are lazy. They'd rather talk with each other than help customers. At 3pm they wouldn't accept cash said they didnt have change. Made my son buy a drink because they dont sell wings only.

Ordered it before I leave workplace, got there after 20minutes, waited for another 15 and still waiting. Wow, that's impressive. Don't trust the "stay online and skip the wait", because you just can't. Other customers are all here waiting. Guess that's normal for this place. If the food is good I'll probably switch to 3 star.

My order was completely wrong. I ordered through the phone from the secret menu “hot lemon” ( mix and match ). I was given all bone in and lemon pepper. Called to have my order redone and the manager argued with me saying I was in the wrong. He claims there’s no such thing as “hot lemon “ ( I’ve ordered from several different wings stops multiple times with the same order of “hot lemon “) manager could’ve prevented this and said they don’t have it when I first order through the phone . We went there yesterday, got chicken and fries. The problem is that they put SO MUCH salt in the food and on top of the fries — there was so much as if they were trying to poison someone!! We could taste nothing but salt and grease! Does ANYONE regulate this joint at all? Does any of the employees have any basic understanding of how proper tasty food is supposed to be cooked and how dangerous high sodium levels are for most people?? Stop making people ill and contribute to the obesity epidemics! Chicken wings and fries can be cooked properly in a much healthier way. Ask Italians or French how they manage to do that!! It's not a rocket science!!!!! PS they also got us a wrong order first so we had to wait longer to get the "right" one

This places rips you off. Never put too much trust in food places to get your order right. They'll mess up your order and expect you to drive back for what they failed to put in your order. Only offer to size up your fries instead of giving a refund for what they didnt give us. I'm not from the area so I wont be back for those fries you failed to give me when I ordered it.

ordered boneless, got traditional. none of the family likes traditional and we doordashed $50 worth of food. also stated extra ranch and NO sauce given at all. at least the cheese fries were okay. otherwise they should walk over here and give us our boneless wings

Beyond worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I ordered my food, when I went to go check my receipt it was nowhere near what I had ordered even though the lady taking my order repeated it back towards me. It was not the right amount nor flavors. I went in to get this corrected and they said they would. After waiting 30 minutes for my wings they still hadn’t given me the correct order. Biggest waste of my time ever

Worst service ever, we bought coupons from wingstop and some of them we couldn't use because the button wasnt there or they didnt have what was on the coupon. For example if we buy 32 oz drink we get 5 free wings, but they didnt have the 32 oz drink so we told we had to purchase two 20 oz drinks to get a 5 free wings. I complained to the manager via the online "contact us" form they admitted since they didnt have the 32 oz drink it was their fault, so the mananger said he but 10 free wings and 30% off next purchasae on my "account". I went to go redeem it and cashier said its not there and I'd have to pay full price.

Been ordering this chicken for almost 7 years and i know this doesn’t look like a newly fried wings, this exactly look like my leftover wings. The chicken tenders I was served were stale, hard to chew, and clearly not fresh, more like refried leftovers than a fresh meal. It completely ruined the experience. I expected better quality from your establishment and hope this issue can be addressed.

My fries were soggy with hardly any seasoning and my wings also were tasteless of flavor and tasted plain. The wings also didn't taste cooked fresh and sadly I wasted my money,time,gas and had to throw out half my order in the trash as I couldn't just eat plain flavorless wings. Too bad Millbrae location was already closed as they have everything on point the way it should be severed.
