We are so excited that there's now a Share tea here in Marin. No more need to drive into SF for incredibly fresh boba!

My kids and I really like this place. They make it just the way you want it. It can end up a bit sweet so remember to as for less sweet

When I tell you this is the best boba I’ve had in my life— I’m not exaggerating. Across 10 states and 3 countries (over 320 boba spots) none come close to comparing to this specific ShareTea. Not all ShareTeas are the same, and the owner here is doing everything right. The taste of the tea, ratio of milk, sweetness, boba consistency, etc. is consistently perfect and I’ve yet to find a match anywhere else. My go to order is a classic black milk tea with 50% sugar, normal ice, and boba. Other drinks that are great here are the strawberry ice blended with boba and lychee and 50% sugar, and the Kiwi Fruit Tea with Lychee and 0% sugar (because the fruit juice is already sweet— and it’s real! has seeds in it!). Make no mistake and don’t sleep on this little gem in San Rafael!

The first time I went I did not like what I ordered, this time I made sure to take my time and it was good! Pearls are sweet and just the perfect combo between soft and chewy!!!

Boba was pretty good but very sweet even at 80% sweetness, which made me feel a little nauseous but my experience wasn’t bad. I recommend getting 50% sweetness to balance it out.

Lady working was rude and Answered as if we were bothering her. They did have quite a few options on drinks. We didn’t end up getting any drinks because they don’t except cash, only cards which was kind of a bummer. Oh and also, you have to order online, which is not a big deal, but I thought it was something I had to mention.

Tea was meh, 50%sweet is what i get generally but this was quite bland at that level. Asked for less ice still got a bunch. Not much parking and angle parking isn't easy given the space.

The drinks they make are great. Customer service is decent and needs work. No place to sit and drink so it's mostly to go.

So I came in the day after my birthday and asked the cashier (who I’d never seen before) if I could get my free birthday drink and he had no idea what I was talking about. LAME. At least the tea I paid for was good.

Not too happy with share tea, San Rafael. They are miserly giving out iced water even after you buy extremely expensive tea from them...

Very poor customer service. We're here 7/11 . Waited for 30 minutes after we were told that orders are online only , after 30 minutes told us that online ordering isn't working. They took orders of other people who just got there and completely didn't acknowledged that we've been there first. After all the long wait, our orders are wrong. Employees should at least got trained to deal with their customers. Good customer service is important for small businesses like this. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The Tea is good. However the owner has the worse attitude towards customers and her staff all the time. She has taken my order twice and always gets it wrong how?!!!? She’s so rude and unkind

This ShareTea is NOT managed well, and customer service is horrendous. The cashier couldn't understand the orders at all, getting both my (simple) order and the order of the people in front of me wrong. When I tried to get my order fixed, they scolded me for it, telling me it was my fault. When someone was fixing my order, the cashier went over screaming at them to stop! Not to mention they were arguing with each other the whole time I was there. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Despite liking the tea, I will not be returning here any time soon.

Popped in to get my Boba fix while on route. But I can't order in-person? I don't have time to create a profile online to order and pay. Ended up not getting one. No acknowledgement despite 3 employees there, heads down, and hip and phones out. Disappointed with my experience.

Manager is very rude to her employees screams at them in front of customers. Treats them like slaves at this point, she demands her employees to get stuff done, didn’t like her attitude towards her workers.

I paid $7 for tea-colored iced water. I will never go back. I'm sorry the store has bad reviews. I wanted to give it a chance, but now I know the store got bad reviews for legitimate reasons. Don't waste your money. 💔🧋❌️

Every single time without fail, every single person working here is so rude every single time and when they messed up my order they blamed it on me 😂 I just bought another one not to be rude and mocked the owner making sure to take my receipt the second time. I've been coming to this place once in a while for over 5 years and the lady that bought it a while ago genuinely seems like one of the most miserable people you will ever meet and she hires people with the same attitude. I don't know if it's contagious but definitely don't come here if you're already having a good day. If you want to feel bad for a middle aged woman you can park your car outside and watch her complain as she makes boba. I genuinely despise this woman.

The worst customer service here. I was only coming here because it was the only decent place to get boba. But I honestly hate ordering here, instead of feeling welcomed and comfortable. You feel unwelcome ande your disturbing them. In case you’re looking for a place with delicious boba and excellent customer service try Oddcha in San Rafael. Not the most convenient spot but worth it.

Customer service is the first thing and the best service is definitely not a mistake and I will go to an even better place with better service
