We enjoy the sandwiches. Bread is always fresh and offer rolls of sourdough, sweet and Dutch crunch. They offer specialty sandwiches but we like a standard sandwich so this place is good and reasonably priced.

Amazing sandwiches, hot pastrami with cheese is a guaranteed winner, as well as turkey avocado, great customer service, clean shop, friendly and great price. Highly recommend this place. They have amazing bread especially when they toast it, all meat and vegetables are always fresh. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the combinations. This palace offers affordable, unbeatable deals. Love their fresh cookies.

I do recommend the spicy kickin chicken sandwich, it is one of my favorite sandwiches i've ever had. Overall, the place has great service, friendly staff and is really clean ... I do look forward to my next visit.

I love this sandwich shop! Their Cali Tuna and Mr. Pickles sandwiches are amazing! They are filling and fresh, they make you feel healthy. I usually order Mr.Pickles on DoorDash, and my food comes in less than 30 minutes every time, and always comes with a delicious, fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. They also have a wide variety of drinks to choose from when ordering, unlike some other restaurants on DoorDash. I wish I could give this shop 6 stars, I definitely recommend!

Always busy at lunchtime but worth the wait! Best sandwiches in San Ramon. Even the basic turkey sandwich is absolutely packed and I can never finish a full one. The line moves fast, but don’t expect to get a seat during peak hours.

UPDATE: I now live in Utah, but every time I come to town, I have to stop by this shop.. its that good! The people are amazing and food is great! Always packed but quick friendly service and delicious, filling sandwiches

The bread and rolls they use to make the sandwiches is the best. They are not skimpy with the fillings. The staff works quickly and are pleasant. Not too much seating.

Great sandwich but the restaurant is dirty. Dirt, meat and ick on the floor and dirty tables. I love the brand but this store is under par for Mr. Pickles.

I have a question. You order and pay online for pickup. You come in and have to wait for them to finish the people in line before they will acknowledge you. Why should I tip. Food is good. But the reason people order online is to save time.

Not quite sure what all the hype is about. My Nephew ordered sandwiches from the Mr. Pickle in San Jose and the Mr. Pickle sandwich I had was very good. Since I had never been to a Mr. Pickle i thought I would stop at my local one in San Ramon. People seemed nice behind the counter, took my order, repeated it back to me. I ordered “the Mr. Pickle.” I asked for no peppers, No pickles, no tomatoes light on the sauces. What I received was VERY SPARSE chicken, barely any avocado, one very thin piece of bacon and a TON of shaved lettuce. I opened the sandwich and didn’t see any sighting of mustard whatsoever. Bit into the sandwich on Dutch Crunch (bread was tasty) but my sandwich was VERY SALTY, like the chicken had been sitting in salt water. I ordered 2 of the same thing and my friend said his was SUPER SALTY as well and he was not impressed. After spending $28.91 for 2 sandwiches, you would think the experience would have been more impressive. I doubt I will ever go back.

Unfortunately it was a disappointment: > the sliced sourdough bread was dry > a small amount of mayo and mustard was spread on some of the bread; most of the slices were uncovered > I asked for onion and they only put small amount on one side of the sandwich Cost of this sad sub was over $13. At least the complimentary soft baked chocolate chip cookie was good.

Then the employee making sandwiches said, "hi," but there still wasn't a sign of anyone wanting to help us. The second employee finally asked us if we're ready to order or pick up. I thought maybe it was an off day, but how do you not hear the door open or notice the only 2 people in the shop?! Our sandwiches were good and we were starving so we wolfed them down. Mine was lacking red onions which should have been present. They did give us 4 free chocolate chip cookies (1 per sandwich, I'm assuming?). The poor customer service may keep me from returning.

Sometimes the neighborhood Subway does the job much better. At least you can pick all the veggies, jalapeno and sauces you want.

Order the medium size sandwich but the person who made it charge me for large size. This is so b.s. I will not recommend anyone to order here in person. Waste my time and money. The sandwich did not taste good either.
