April 2022 Mmmm good pizza! The gluten free crust was thin and tasty. I also had veggie toppings and they were great along with the vegan cheese! May 9, 2022 We ate here again and loved our pizza's!!!

I came in after 5 and ordered a custom pizza. Due to dietary restrictions, it’s challenging to find options when eating out & it can be stressful or embarrassing (IBS dietary restrictions). I asked if certain substitutions could be made and if the staff could use a different pizza cutter for mine because cross contamination has been an issue at other businesses. The young gentleman helping me was patient, respectful, and kind. I was able to tailor my pizza to accommodate my needs and he asked the chefs/staff to make the adjustments. Service was fast and the pizza is delicious! I really appreciate the staff being able & willing to accommodate me all while being kind. Other food businesses haven’t been as accommodating or respectful so I made sure to show my appreciation with a good tip in the tip box. Thank you again for your help & the delicious pizza! 😊 I wish we had a location in Sonoma County! For fellow IBS people who may be curious, here’s what I ordered: Olive oil (sauce sub), Miyokos vegan mozzarella cheese, spinach, olives, chicken, & bacon. My sensitivities are dairy, onion, & garlic. This pizza gave me no symptoms/ IBS episodes.

Customer service was great and the pesto pizza was awesome! Small space but it was clean, well stocked and the workers were very attentive to the needs of the customers. All men except the older lady that was cooking the pizza. They all had smiles and weren't standing around looking bored.

I grew up on this pizza in Santa Cruz. I used to go there 3 to 5 times a week after surfing or skateboarding. They are growing, and now in Danville this so awesome.

I am not typically a fan of pizza; however, my spouse expressed a desire to dine on pizza. We ordered from Pizza My Heart, where Aurora took our order. The pizza was notably delicious, and both the service and decor were exceptional. Consequently, I intend to visit this establishment regularly to enjoy their high-quality pizza.

Pizza is always on point. In the past we had a he-cup when the order was taken incorrectly, however we were very pleased how management handled the situation. Since then we are loyal customers to Pizza My Heart !!

Stubbled upon this as I was going to habit, decided to give it a try. Pizza was very delicious. I recommend the Hawaiian or Pepperoni pizza. Service is normal and the inside is cool.

First time it took forever, but we have it another chance on Valentine’s Day. The cashier told us it would be forty minutes, but it took over an hour and twenty minutes, double the time. Luckily I wasn’t in a huge hurry that night but other customers were getting pretty upset and the staff just seemed really uncommunicative and unapologetic which felt a little off brand. Still loyal to Pizza My Heart but I’ll be sticking to the Dublin location for now! We did love the heart shaped pizzas though!

However the costumer service at this one leaves a lot to be desired, I have been here to dine in twice and order take out that I picked up myself twice. All of these times the same cashier was behind the register, her demeanor is so sour and rude, after the second or third time I’m left to wonder if it’s a coincidence that she was just rude to me and my family because I noticed her demeanor and attitude changed with other folk. Now, the kitchen staff seem nice and friendly enough but this cashier is so so rude I just cannot fathom how she still works there. I will continue to drive to the Dublin location for my pizza instead even though this one is just 7 mins from my home because her attitude ruined my dinning experience every time.

I have loved this pizza in the past but have noticed that this is the floppiest pizza I have ever eaten - pizza crust should be crispy and should not fall apart when you try to eat it - it’s almost inedible since the flop is so bad - everything falls off when you try to pick it up- el presidente would give it a 0. Anyway, they can change this by offering a crispy option. Will unlikely be back.
