Buga Ramen es simplemente increíble. Desde que entras, el ambiente te atrapa con su estilo moderno y acogedor. ESPECTACULAR, no le pongo más estrellas porque no me da la opción. Me lo encontré de casualidad y comer allí fue lo mejor que hicimos, la comida es súper rica, la presentacion es de 10, la experiencia es alucinante ( parece que viajas directamente a Japón), la amabilidad, la hospitalidad, todo, todo allí es espectacular. Al llegar ( no teníamos reserva) y nos atendieron en menos de 2 min, nos sentaron en un sofá que tienen mientras nos limpiaban una mesa, fue súper rápido. El sitio es limpio, buen ambiente y hasta tienen un robot que te lleva la comida a la mesa. Si te gusta el manga, si te gusta la comida japonesa, o simplemente si te gusta que te atiendan bien, comer calidad por buen precio, no dudes en visitarlos. cuando vuelva a san sebastian, 100% iré a comer allí.

Buena relación calidad/precio. El ambiente es agradable y la decoración lo hace muy diferente. El servicio bastante rapido. Aunque pregunté que llevaba un plato y no supieron decirme bien en castellano. Las gyozas picantes buenísimas. Pedí "Torisoba" y me lo esperaba mejor. Hay mucha variedad así que habrá que volver para probar más cosas.

Nos ha encantado! Todo lo que comimos estaba buenísimo y las cantidades son generosas. Buena relación calidad-precio. Algo a mejorar seria el servicio: la persona que nos atendió no hablaba nada de castellano y tampoco entendía bien, lo que provocó algún que otro problema en los platos que nos sirvieron. Pero sin duda, es un restaurante diferente en Donosti que merece la pena conocer.

Fui con una amiga a comer al mediodía sin reserva pero nos atendieron Luxia rápidamente con una sonrisa. En pocos minutos salió la comida. Es calidad-precio, el ramen estaba delicioso. El ambiente estaba tranquilo y había un robot que te servía la comida. Volveremos!

This place was a really pleasant surprise. We've been coming to San Sebastian for over a decade, and there are such extreme food highs and lows here. So many delicious gourmet dishes, right next to absolute tourist slop. While I wouldn't call this place "gourmet", it was absolutely delicious, fast, and had friendly service.The staff were friendly, and patient, and they spoke enough english to make up for my poor spanish. The Tan Tan Ramen was flavorful, the noodles were cooked well, the veggies were fresh. The Karaage was crispy and tasty (even after the walk home). The Duck Ramen was flavored well, but maybe not as tender as I'd like. We got spicy level "3" on all our dishes, and it was not even in the category of any asian spice level I've had in the USA. We've been here twice so far on our month long stay, and we would happily go back.

This ramen place is filled wall to wall with Japanese anime posters, like Naruto and Dragon Ball. The menu is easy to read with pictures. Service was fast and the food is decent. I would recommend if you need a ramen fix.

As an asian, I highly approve of this restaurant. I’ve had a few ramens in this town and this one hits the spot the most. The soup is very flavorful and unlike the other ones who cater to the palette of the locals here, this one I would say gives a more “we don’t shy on spices” vibe and that’s always what I need and will keep coming back for. I always order their takoyaki and their curry was very umami. I would prefer it to be on the sweeter side but nonetheless, it didn’t fail to give me that satisfaction after craving for some good asian food in this city.

The absolute best ramen place I have ever been to. Vegetarian options and menu with pictures so you know what you are ordering. There is a robot cat machine that serves you and speaks Japanese. The food was so good totally recommended!

Sitio para ir con niños. Buen ambiente, buena decoración, buena comida, para mí gusto demasia gente,pero si el local es bueno es lo que tiene. Mejor reservar.

Esta bien para ir muy de vez en cuando. Sitio curioso , con pocas opciones sin gluten. La comida en la línea de este tipo de establecimientos, bien presentada. Destacar la atención del servicio, muy atentos e informándote de los platos y opciones de niveles de picante, por ejemplo.

El local está muy chulo, con mucho ambiente de manga. Nosotros nos comimos unas giozas, takoyakis, ramen y mochis. La comida está buena, las gyozas y el ramén quizás con algo de exceso de grasa. El servicio era rápido y muy bueno.

Local moderno y nuevo. La comida bastante mala, unas patatas que en carta parecían interesantes resultaron ser patatas de bolsa del mcdonals con mayonesa por encima, 6 euros. Uno de los ramens tenía una mosca dentro. Eran las 23 de la noche y nos estaban recogiendo las sillas alrededor y fregando cuando no habíamos terminado, muy incomodo todo.

Not recommended since these are not authentic ramen. The broth is tasteless and doesn’t have any favor. They added very weird vegetables in the ramen soup which doesn’t match at all with the ramen taste. The Taiwan beef noodles also didn’t taste at all like Taiwanese beef noodles. The slices of the meat are very small and the soup tasted very weird. We would not come back again since the ramens were overpriced and not worthy at all.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very special and good. I went without making a reservation, and I was waiting in front of the door, but they served other people who came later than us first. There were no chopsticks and tissues on the table, but they only brought me food.🫠 The side menu was so good but personally, the taste of two ramen was a shame.
