I love all Chick-fil-As but this is the best one that I have been to so far. They were super busy but we still got our food fast, the place was clean, tables were cleared and cleaned fast, everyone was kind and helpful. None of these things are new for Chick-fil-A but I saw 4 different church groups while we were there and they still kept up. Also, I was so impressed with the courtesy table in the women's restroom. They had diapers and wipes by the changing table incase someone needs one.
The food is as good as it ever was. The problem is not that it has got worse at Chick Fil A, but everywhere else has improved their food so much.
Ms. Tracy was so helpful and attentive to the needs of our family of 6. Loved the fresh ground pepper for our salads. All the staff was amazing! Love Chic Fil A!!
Chick-Fil-A never ceases to amaze me. And as a mom, may I just say, the fact that their bathrooms are always immaculate is just wonderful. No matter how busy they are their workers are pleasant; the food comes out quickly and is always delicious.
It had the greatest experience at this location. Every employee was friendly and very helpful. My order taker, Dharma, greeted us with a smile and was happy to take our order. I received my food quickly and everything was warm and fresh. There was an employee, Maria, I think her name was, who was on top of cleaning tables and sweeping the floor. I would definitely come back!
I just wanted to shed some light on an individual who honestly went above and beyond. Christina was such a joy to speak with, she made my boyfriend’s birthday even more special today. Not only is she warm hearted, attentive, and honestly the best asset this chick fil A has although all of your employees were phenomenal Christina really made a lasting impression on us! Anytime we are in town this is the chick fil A we will go to! Thank you and hope Ms.Christina gets some recognition!! She was multitasking, taking orders, and doing her duties all while maintaining a genuine smile on her face. That’s a blessing and amazing 5 star service!!
I grabbed lunch here around 11:30 on 7/17 on my way through town. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming, as per usual for this franchise, but I never take it for granted! The grilled chicken club with pepper Jack cheese was delicious. And the fries were hot and fresh and seasoned perfectly, and were fantastic dipped in the sriracha sauce. Great stop on the way through town to keep me going strong for the rest of my journey!
Chick Fil a is always amazing. But this location was fantastic. The food was great, service was great, and the restaurant was clean. I always get a “my pleasure” which m, let’s be honest, we’ve all come to love and enjoy a pit chick Fil a. This location is right next to wal mart and easily accessible from I-20. It’s also in close proximity to ACU which is very nice. Next time you’re in Abilene, stop by! It’s great!
We eat here on a regular basis. The food is great and the service is fast and friendly. I cant remember the last time I had a mistake on my otder..
My husband and I went through here. The fries tasted like the grease needed to be changed and they were kind of cold. Usually don't have issues with chick-fil-a, but that day was a bad day for them
Food was great, people were kind but that is where my normal Chick-fil-a experience ended. The place was dirty and in some areas filthy. The front entry concrete was black and needs to be power washed. All the windows had finger and hand prints. The floors had napkins and food under the tables. Several booths were broken. The bathroom needed a good mopping. I am a frequent patron to CFA so this experience was exsurprising given the level of cleanliness at every other location I have visited. I hope you clean up your act Abilene and represent your brand better!
They had no biscuits, therefore I got not breakfast. They were very pleasant about it though. To be fair I’ve eaten a lot of breakfast at this Chick-Fil-A over the years and it is usually good food and good service. The only times I have had issues were during severe weather, once randomly and this time on a holiday. I will definitely go back.
Person at the drive through speaker was NOT nice. Working in the service industry, you understand that this is not how you treat customers. If I say I want a large, why are you up charging me for only the hashbrowns and not the drink. That doesn’t make sense.
Driving through town on a long road trip. Saturday morning was extremely busy and the drive thru was 12 cars deep at least. Ordered 4 breakfast meals and move out of everyone's way. Get down the road a realize we're missing a sandwich from one of our combo meals. The parking lot is chaos with no parking so I decide to not deal with the traffic so we left. Needless to say, check your order because Chick-fil-A isn't perfect. The other meals were fine.
Do not eat at this Chick-fil-A location on a Friday after 5 pm. I finished placing an order 5 minutes before we pulled into the parking lot. The parking lot was full and the drive through lane was wrapped around the building to the entrance of the parking lot. We waited for 10 minutes before we ever talked to the employee at the drive through line. We waited another 6 minutes before we got to the front of the line to be handed our food. Chick-fil-A is supposed to have the fastest service and it would have been nice to know in advance when I placed the order that the wait was that long. I would have cancelled my order and gotten back on the highway instead and ordered food from somewhere else. We did not have spare time on our trip to spend waiting in the drive through. Also, my husband got the new Cherry Berry Lemonade and it was disgusting. Incredibly sour and so tart to the point you couldn’t have more than a few sips.
Dear Mark Pulley who my receipt says is the owner / operator of this location: Your staff needs some serious retraining. When I placed my order, I asked for the spicy deluxe meal and a diet coke. When he read it back, he said I asked for a lemonade. Not even close. I asked for a diet coke again. So my order said that my sandwich was indeed the spicy deluxe, and since I was driving home after working all day and had 3 hours to go, I hit the road. My coke was an unsweet tea, and the sandwich was just a regular, not spicy, even though the box and my receipt said spicy. It shouldn't be this hard! To top things off, it had a funky taste, and the sandwich, and drink went in the trash along with my $10. It is obvious when looking at the sandwich it isn't a spicy one, yet, they were fine marking it as such and selling it to me. Very disappointing.
I bought a market salad one day early in the morning 7am I was in a hurry to go to work. I got my order and just left I didn't think to look. When I got to work I was disappointed to see what I got lettuce, chicken and like 1 strawberry, 3 blueberries and and a few pieces of apple. I saved it returned back to Chick filA in the evening with the unopened salad. I arrived asking for a supervisor and the clerk wanted to be nosy and ask why? So then the female supervisor came and asked what was wrong. I told her this salad was bought in the morning and it's incomplete it didn't even have blue cheese. She looked at it and pointed to a tiny piece of blue cheese smaller than a piece of granola and said it has blue cheese. I said so where is everything else the apples, blueberries and strawberry ect. there's bearly any and she says you actually want the blue cheese? I'm like Ma'am I want everything this salad is supposed to have and she turns around whispers something to her co-worker and laughs and made me wait to get another salad and the second one was better but these salad is not the same as advertised anymore. I was disappointed how I was treated also I gave them back there other salad. The other worker came and took it from the counter all mad and threw it in the trash all rude.
They forgot a sandwich of mine and when I called the guy was so rude and told me to come back that night or call another number. I told them I live far away and he could offer no other option. I will never go back to that location. On top of that someone else called back a basically said I was a liar and was so rude to my father. There's another Chic Fila, thankfully. I recommend avoiding this location. If they're rude when they mess up, there's no telling what the employees are doing to the food that you actually get.
WILL NOT BE RETURNING! WORST SERVICE EVER ! Ordered two salads Gave me ice cold nuggets …. Got back in line was given MORE COLD NUGGETS ….came back in line just wanted my money back at that point ! ….. was told I couldn’t get my money back ….. then asked for a receipt told I couldn’t get one …WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE . If the workers didn’t want to be at work YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE CAME ! Will go back to southwest location ! $20.55 went down the drain
I had a really disappointing experience because of Melany. She didn’t listen to my order correctly, which caused it to be wrong, and when I tried to explain, she told me to speak up instead of taking responsibility. The attitude was rude and unprofessional. Chick-fil-A is usually known for great customer service, but this interaction was not it at all.
Worst Chik-fil-a I’ve been to. They forgot an item I paid extra for. I called to notify them and they told me to call their customer care line but before getting off the phone I asked the member of the “leadership” team for his name. He says have a good day and hangs up. I called back a couple more times and he doesn’t answer. So I called the extension he gave me and it goes straight to voicemail. Why is it so hard to get an item that they forgot? Normally places say to come back with a receipt and they’ll give me whatever they forgot to give me. The man name is Jordan and he’s a “leader”. This is what he’s teaching his staff how to deal with customers. So I advise you to check your bag for every item because to receive a missing item that you pay for you’re going to have to leave a message and they’ll get back to you at THEIR convenience. Jumping through hoops.
Went to pick up my breakfast after placing my oder at 10:20am. I got there at 10:35 and they would not give me my order. The manager made me cancel it through the app. I then had to wait 30 minutes stuck in the drive through and got absolutely no food. And was late to work. Will not return. Yeah so the manager on duty made me go into the app and cancel it myself. my order had never been canceled until the manager forced me to do it. Again will not return if i had seen the order was canceled I wouldn't have shown up. So you're response is a flat out lie. My order wasn't automatically canceled the manager made me cancel it.
One of the absolute worst experiences at any chickfla ever! Juan who's the store manager, terrible, he didn't want to retaliate against my answering why an online order took so long, instead he was escalating a simple situation. Drive thru blamed the kitchen for taking too long. Then the owner honestly acted the same and found the situation kinda funny, he was smug like Juan, which explains why Juan acts that way. Pretty pathetic. Basic customer service is so easy, well for some anyway.
