The welcome, the chef, the girls serving, the restrooms, all five-star. The business lunch menu was followed by the panna cotta with marron glacé... Yum... I traveled 34km from Turin to try the trattoria and I'm satisfied. I'll be back!

We dined, favoring dishes from the mushroom menu. The small complimentary aperitif on the house was very welcome, a rare treat. The Fassone tartare was delicious, both the light seasoning and the presentation were much appreciated. The squares of blue Lanzo pumpkin and walnuts were noteworthy. The aged Angus entrecote was tasty and well-cooked (it was claimed to have been aged for 60 days, but there were some reservations). To finish, a hot zabaglione with biscuits, delicious as always. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and courteous. The wine list was well-stocked with interesting labels. Prices were reasonable and suited to all budgets (set menus and buffet appetizers are also available).

I found it by chance, and I must say I was truly thrilled! Honestly, I didn't have high expectations from the outside; but once I had the chance to sample the products, I practically fell in love! If you're a truffle lover, they also have a decent variety of dishes featuring it, although it can also be added upon request. The selection buffet idea is a nice touch, with a choice of 4-5 or 9-10 selections, and 42 appetizers displayed before your eyes, which are then plated. The wine cellar is also quite varied, with excellent selections to choose from. The all-inclusive lunch menu is also a great option, perfect for a lunch stop while passing by on your motorcycle! The staff is courteous and very helpful! Based on my experience, I can definitely recommend it!
