The Girls Everyone Are Very Nice & Kind. & The Place is Always Clean & Smells Nice.We Usually get 2# Super Pepperoni & Sausage ( $ 7.00 ) ea Pizza 2# topping. Well I ❤️ to Save the Other in the Freezer for another day. Taste delicious. They do have a Special 2# pizza s , buffalo wings or boneless & a 2 liter Soda. under $ 20. Sandwich s are good too. ❤️ The Turkey Sandwich 😋. " Thank You All for hard work & Kindness & The Delicious Pizza Everyone Makes for Us Customer s ". don't bother calling during the evening they will put you on hold for eternity's sake but that's due to the fact there swamped with customers. the 2 young ladies we very efficient at busting out orders. I would have gave a 5 star if the would occasionally smile or pretend they like there jobs but I understand frustration during dinner rush

I call to place an order and said it would be ready in 15mins. I got there in 10mins and she was rapping up my order and I was out of there. Quick service, nice crew. The sandwich are pretty good. The atmosphere is really small but there's chairs to sit down for your order. I'll be calling soon.

It was okay, would’ve been much better if my ham & cheese sub came with some ham on it - VERY VERY light on the meat, I would’ve paid extra for triple meat had I known No seating for anyone looking for a place to eat in but that was no big deal Service was very fast and the girl behind the counter was on point with multitasking

Food is good. No matter when I go in the girls always give an attitude. They are so bad I’m put in a bad mood. I can’t even get walk in without eyes rolling and being yelled at and just being left at the cashier.

This place has good subs but they workers are lazy. They never answer the phone when we call to place mobile orders. We show up to in person and the store is empty so there should no excuse to why they are not answering the phone.

The same girl with brown hair is always rude always has been. She cut me off and was hella rude toward me for no reason. Asked if the bag she put on the counter was my specific subs, she looked at me didnt answer and said have a good day. Got home and opened everything to see that they threw together my sandwich so badly with literally barely anything on it even though i paid more for avocado, and they left so many avocado peels on the other combination sandwich. Get new help or get better customer service skills because i wasnt even being rude when i went in. I get that it was busy though, hopefully it was just a rough day but past behavior makes me think not.

I am left disappointed yet again. I went in after a busy day of running errands. I ordered my sandwich and said "No Dressing" please no dressing I have an intolerance of the vinegar. She said okay. I payed two more dollars for avocado on a combination sandwich that I couldn't eat because she put the dressing. 😔 this is the third time. I figured if I tell her why no dressing they won't put it. I smelled the bag and didn't smell anything. So I thought I was okay. I ordered my daughter a, sandwich and said no dressing and it didn't have any. The first two times I thought shame on me for not explaining or for not checking. When and if I go back I'm going to ask to see it before they close it. It was disappointing to put away all of my groceries and not be able to eat my food.

They told us they were closed, they want to leave. These young staff members can't follow simple directions when making a sandwich. This owner and manager better get it together before someone really rips these sorry employees. I wouldn't even rate this trash hole. I hope this place goes out of business Or gets new employees.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Romero's, primarily due to the poor customer service provided by an employee named Brianna. From the moment my mother and I walked in, Brianna did not welcome us and displayed a noticeable attitude. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have encountered this behavior from her; I have also observed her treating other customers similarly. Brianna had an unpleasant and unprofessional manner. She didn't ask whether we wanted chips with our meal or give us anything to drink. She again provided equally poor customer service the day before when I phoned. Her interactions with consumers appear to indicate that she is not thrilled with her work. Romero's deserves employees who genuinely enjoy their work and can provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. I hope that management can address this issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for all customers.
