This is a U bake store. Fresh pizzas made wi th a lot of toppings. You can upgrade for $3 to extra meat. The prices are good.

Excellent pizza with a lot of toppings and cheese. You can add extra too. It is about 1/3 the cost of all ready cooked pizza. 🍕

This place is not a dine-in spot... it's a quick pick up your order and go sandwich shop/take & bake pizza shop(Motzerella Sticks and salads too .. also a mini snack bar with a variety of random munchies and fruit cups available inside) A small shop, Currently Located next to Starbucks and in close proximity of Taco Bell The Sandwiches are great, better than subway in my opinion and as of 2023 you can get one with chips and a soda for about $8. Food is good. Service isn't great. Ordered a sandwich with no mayo, took a bite, loaded with mayo, asked for a new one, they responded all we can do is wipe off the mayo. Really?....

Don’t really care about this place. 👎🏼No one ever answers the phone and when I go in to order. The phone is ring off the hook. And they literally say infront of us customers don’t answer the phones. And they wear the same gloves to touch and make the food. Answer the phone and make a card payment with out taking off gloves and they go back to making food with same gloves 🥴. And no manners, if your waiting for a long time they don’t apologize and not a thank you. They always haven’t no new people working there. And they are all the same.

The food is great and priced well you can also purchase it with EBT but every location I’ve been to has extremely rude and unhelpful servers. I only go for the food and the fact I can purchase with ebt. If there was another place that accepted ebt with good service I’d go there instead.

Pizzas are made well but quality of the pizza has declined. I'm not sure if it's fresh dough or not my family and I have gotten stomach problems the last three time I've gone.

My husband was refused service for not wearing a mask when he has a medical condition prohibiting him from wearing one. They were unwilling to be helpful in any way, which is extremely illegal. We will never ever buy from this company again and we will never recommend them.

The girls who work here reek with attitude as soon as you walk in. I visited today @7:40 (20 mins before closing time) to get a sub & the girl tells me they’re closed when they had customers inside the shop. This place seriously needs an attitude adjustment before they get checked by someone.

Asked if the bag she put on the counter was my specific subs, she looked at me didnt answer and said have a good day. Got home and opened everything to see that they threw together my sandwich so badly with literally barely anything on it even though i paid more for avocado, and they left so many avocado peels on the other combination sandwich. Get new help or get better customer service skills because i wasnt even being rude when i went in. I get that it was busy though, hopefully it was just a rough day but past behavior makes me think not.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have encountered this behavior from her; I have also observed her treating other customers similarly. Brianna had an unpleasant and unprofessional manner. She didn't ask whether we wanted chips with our meal or give us anything to drink. She again provided equally poor customer service the day before when I phoned. Her interactions with consumers appear to indicate that she is not thrilled with her work. Romero's deserves employees who genuinely enjoy their work and can provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. I hope that management can address this issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for all customers.
