I get pizza from here embarrassingly close to once a week, everytime it's perfect, and they have great online deals! The girl at the register is always friendly and definitely excels in customer service.

Great place to eat and amazing customer service. The Dinning Area is nicely setup and ready for all customers. This store is my favorite pizza hut in town.

Delivery drivers are very good at what they do and order never has mistakes. best pizza hut I have experienced and I travel the States visiting many Pizza huts. Other places often forget the extra sauces but this one never forgets.

Good store but typical Pizza Hut. Service is usually good but my favorite sever is no longer there. Shame because Ms. Colleen was so personable and great at handling all our requests in a timely manner even when juggling many other guests and responsibilities.

We went for the lunch buffet. There was only one waitress and they were packed. I didn't get her name but she was amazing at how she took care of everyone and everything.

I dropped $5 and the lady very easily could have pocketed it, instead she restored my faith in humanity and honesty in others. That was why I chose to let her keep it and in returned restored her or at least made her night I hope...and the pizza was delicious.

I was having a bad day and completely went and forgot my wallet at my house (I don’t live in Abilene) so I tried to pay with a check, and they need my dL. I told them I didn’t have it and that a check was all I could pay with. They told me not to worry about it and gave me my pizza and dp for free. Such sweet people!

Thank you pizza hut on Ambler and to our delivery driver he was awesome he actually said more than two words most of the time they just ask delivery for ... But he actually took the time. I hope I can get his name some how and get him to deliver our meal again. But the Alfredo pasta is what we got and it was also amazing it was still hot right out of the oven. My son doesn't come home until late and wow they did an awesome job on the meal as well thank you. Definitely five stars

Mu first time dine in Pizza Hut in Abilene. Love the restaurant so classic, clean and nice. The server so charming, kind, helpful, great srevice! My Cinabon roll was so yummy!

Lunch buffet was great. Wide variety of pizza. Sat for about 45min eating and watched them constantly putting out fresh pizza. They did it right! Wasn't a large pizza with 4 pepperoni on it! Good, well made pizzas with a variety of toppings and crusts. Ill be back.

We had lunch here today and had a great meal. They have recently opened up their dining room again... Yay! They are now offering a lunch buffet and it was delicious and they kept it well stocked despite a big lunch rush. The employees were very friendly as well! We will be back soon!

I placed my order on-line from work. The confirmation showed that my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes but I was not able to leave work at that time. It was at least 45 minutes (maybe a little longer) before I was able to pick up my pizza. When I arrived the 2 ladies in the front were super friendly & did not make me feel bad for being so late to pick up my order. Thank you, it’s nice to come across friendly people these days! Also my pizza was still nice & hot like it had to come out of the oven. Thanks again!

The pizza app was very easy to use. I got my pizza easily and quickly. It was cooked perfectly and had great flavor.

Was about 10 minutes before the door's locked! I thought 💭 they'll never take a order , but I thought wrong ! Within the 20 minutes there I received friendly service and two pizzas that were done with excellence.

Last visit had to wait because my order was given to someone else. This time they forgot my 2 dipping sauces and barely any sauce on the pizza. Third time us a charm I guess

Employees are always nice and helpful, the pizza is good, and that ultimate cookie is the best! I have no clue why this place is always empty.

I requested contactless delivery. The driver did not follow through with the request. He rang the doorbell and knocked on the door. I have two puppies at home that I am currently training. The delivery caught me off guard. I would have preferred the driver just to ring the doorbell, put the drinks and pizza down on the porch, and left. I will include the instructions when there is another delivery. The food made up for the hiccup. Drinks were cold and pizza just right.

The lunch buffet is back! Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 to 1:30. Buffet and salad is $12. They kept the buffet full so there was no waiting. I love their thin crust pizza. We will be back!

The staff can seem out of it, and the interiors are sometimes grimey feeling. Their food is still usually good, though, so just stick to ordering delivery.

Excellent tasting food, but service for dining in is terrible. Waited almost ten minutes for menu and drinks. Never offered a refill on drinks, and after getting pizza waitress never even returned to table. Good food....bad service

took over 1 1/2 hrs. for a delivery i never got. I was willing to accept this old pizza. But the manager canceled my order and hang the phone up in face after I waited an additional 20 minutes for the pizza delivery. Her name is Jennifer and she should be fired.......

This location is always out of limited time Detroit Pizza. When I sent question to customer support that this out of 3 locations in city this always showed out of stock on online order (other locations do not deliver my side town). Few days after website stops showing out of stock. So I order it on Saturday (just after it opens too) and few minutes later get call they are out of stock (website never changes)

Ordered food for pick up. Got there and 2 employees are standing outside, they clearly seen me walk inside. Waited at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone finally comes up and waits on me. Food was good and prepared right. Just not happy with the customer service.

The inside of this establishment is fairly clean. I've had wrong orders, and bad service, not ordering from here anymore.

Ordered a pizza on the app and not all toppings were on the pizza. Called about it the next day and the representative informed me there was nothing they can do for me. You made the pizza incorrect, so it shouldn’t matter if I call the next day or not.

My pizza was so greasy that the grease seaped through on my car seat. None of us could eat it. The cinnamon sticks were hard and stuck to the box. Never had this experience there before but it wasn’t good.

Their pizza is getting worse every time I order it. The pizza looked and tasted like they went over and grabbed a pizza from little ceasers and put it in their box. Not good at all.

I like Pizza Hut and all for giving me the option to make my own vegan pizza, but I do not appreciate workers sneaking tiny prices of cheese on there. At the time of my order, I was told in 20 min. Our pizza's would be ready. I live in a neighboring town. I still had to get dressed, put gas in my truck and drive to Abilene. When I got there I was told by the cashier he would be with me in a moment. Moments later, after paying for my pizza, I'm told it will be a few minutes. My pizza still wasn't ready. I then overheard a woman demanding to speak to the manager because she'd been waiting 45 min. And another man had been waiting longer. I waited an additional 20 more min. Before my order was ready. The woman was still waiting and I believe the man left without his order. Not a very friendly environment and service was horrible. Pizza wasn't even that good, not bad but not all that good either. I was very disappointed.1

Employees are very warm and friendly. Last time we ordered pizza we had 2 delivered and within an hour we both became ill. I'm pretty sure we had some level of food poisoning ( I won't share the details💩). We gave feedback on the Pizza hut survey letting them know. We won't be back.

The food we ordered was good, but the service was terrible. We walked in find the chairs stacked on the tables and cleaning supplies strewn about. The employee at the front counter ignored us to joke around with kitchen staff. When he did acknowledge us, he asked if we were there to pick up an order. I told him no, we'd like to eat in. He said "Oh" and continued to ignore us. We were confused and stood at the counter. He asked us if we knew what we wanted and we said we didn't know yet and he again said "Oh." I asked when they were closing because I hate being the person to walk in 5 minutes before they're done for the night. He told us not for 3 hours and asked if we were going to need menus. I said yes. He gave us the menus and turned his back so we found a place to sit. We were the only people there. The lobby music was loud enough that we had to speak over it to hear each other, and the kitchen staff were playing there own music that was louder than that. When the guy did come to take our order he looked back toward the kitchen while he talked and we couldn't understand him. Maybe the guy got stuck up front and wasn't trained? I don't know but the whole service experience was lame.

The hand tossed pizza is mostly bread. I used to to really like Pizza Hut but now it has so much bread and flavor not good. Will look for pizza elsewhere.

Service people and food is great. My gripe is that the app and website is glitch ing. So then I called, which the call was answered from some guy in India. Took like 12-15mns to get my order correct since half the time I can't understand what he was saying. On top of that he kept talking over me. For the amount of money I paid (almost $100 with tip) Pizza Hut needs to get their crap straightened put.

I order food here all the time never have an issue when I do I call it's solved no problem. Tonight I ordered like I usually do well my cinnabons are burnt and they never put the amount of icing on top of them as they did today they tried to cover up the fact that they burnt them. I tried to call busy signal try it again busy signal what is going on. I don't appreciate getting burnt cinnabons

Called at 10 to order a pizza no one ever pick up. I call the pizza hut when the answering machine pick up I hung up and immediately hung up and called back 20 times. The first time I called they left me on hold from 10:03 to 10:23

The employees are rude and seemed to be put out that I was there to pick up my pizza. I obviously interrupted them by ordering a pizza. Also, still no dining room service.

Detroit pizza was listed in the online menu. The location had to cancel the order because it was no longer available. Why was it on the online menu if it was no longer available??? Waiting on refund now.

Spent 95$ and did t even get my order right and when I called to have the correct items delivered they said I needed to do another order over 12$ To have it brought to me never ordering here again smh

When you say a pizza is ready on the app, make sure its ready. I got the notification that my pizza was ready, got to the store 20 minutes after that and still waiting almost an hour before I got my food.

I got charged twice and now I have to wait 7-10 business days, thats 9-14 days, to get my money back! I'm a broke college student you cannot hold $30 for weeks!!!! I'm so upset. I need that money. Never ordering here again.

It’s sad when the manager is just as rude as the employees! When you order food and pay your money, you should receive what you paid for, and not be given attitude when you call about your food! The delivery drivers need to be retrained if they can’t make sure that someone’s order is completely delivered. I will never give this establishment another dollar!!

That pizza seemed as if it were waiting under a heater for the next person to place the exact same order. Pizza hut is my go to for take-out and I was extremely disappointed in what tasted like 3 day old pizza.

This place is horrible! I ordered delivery, it was out for delivery for over an hour! I drove to the store and told them I wanted my food remade and the manager was trying to whisper to another employee and said that they were not going to be remaking my food. He ended up txt his boss and I got a 20% discount and food was remade but it tasted horrible! Will NOT be going back to this location on ambler!

For the price of our meal service was horrible. We have normally had good meals at other Pizza Huts but I would not recommend this one.

Overall this location offered very poor service. The dining area was unkempt and dirty. I noticed several employees talking on their cell phones openly. A woman and her disabled children that were sitting in the dinning area and I noticed the mom had to get up several times to look for help with refills, plate ware, and ask if her food was ready. Sadly, I do not recommend this Pizza Hut.

Worst experience ever ordered pizza wings and soda. Driver shows with cold pizza and wings. Forgot our soda and ranch. Called back to ask for our items and order additional wings. Same driver shows up with our items and the wings were not cooked as we asked for them. Told the driver we were displeased and we would be contacting the corporate location and his response was they are franchised and was very rude. Way to go Tom you are lacking at every point of customer service. I will make sure I tell everyone to not order here again. Very disappointed with this interaction.

Paid for extra cheese on 2 large pizzas and I didn't get what I paid for. Hardly any cheese. Today is my daughters birthday. She requested pizza. Very disappointed.

Our dinner was delivered 2 hrs later. When it arrived the driver pulled it out from the BACK of her TRUCK. Beings it was 40 degrees outside and 2 hrs late our dinner was cold, you could visually see that it had lost temperature. I am extremely unhappy with this visit.

Ordered a thin crust for curb side pick up. Got home 5 minutes down the road my pizza which is supposed to be light sauce pepperoni was drenched in sauce and the sauce and the cheese were soured.. Thought I’d try Pizza Hut again after I don’t know how many years, they’re still up to their old tricks of not delivering even after taking the money. This is why Domino’s is better, they’re open later and ALWAYS deliver.

I strongly suggest Little Italy Pizza & Pasta. I called to order delivery while staying at the Sleep Inn and the woman, who was rude throughout the whole conversation, said she needed an address and told me to call back when I have that information, the Sleep Inn is less than a mile away.. when i called back and gave her the address she repeatedly asked for the address. I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was the manager on duty, but I find it hard to believe the manager was sitting at the counter taking orders. Little Italy is my suggestion for all of your pizza, pasta, and wing needs(plus much more)

Ordered some food online, thought maybe it may be ready even though I’m a little earlier then my pick up time. The guy working the front was really rude. It was still not ready until 45 minutes after my pick up time. Being very unprofessional yelling in the back along with cursing. Half of the workers were playing on their phones. As I’m sitting waiting for them to bring my food to me like they said they were going to, the just placed it into the warmer. Until I got up and went to the counter. Will NOT be coming back to this Pizza Hut again.

Horrible. Didn't want to give not even one star. No customer service what so ever. I paid 30 dollars for terrible pizza that didn't come to me the way I ordered it. I was charged extra pepperoni and didn't receive it. I was told the "manager" made my pizza and put extra on there, I'm sorry but I didn't know 2 to 3 slices a pepperoni per slice is extra. I could of went to little ceasers spent WAY less for more pepperoni on a normal pepperoni pizza. Pizza came to me cold and i live right up the street from there. Pizza tasted funny too and made me sick. I threw it in the trash where it belongs. Have fun loosing customers. Since ya'll dont care. Never eating here again.

I had earned enough points to get a large pizza for free . I called the store and was told to chose pay inside and they would take care of it there! well I get there and was told I did not do the order right and would have to pay for it! I asked them to at least give me the F7 discount and the manager said there was no such thing! I have many tickets that the F7 discount was given to me at this location! I left the location and told them to keep the pie and I will not use this store again!

I dont understand why the GM can't answer phone calls. I order a pizza last night at 930pm and never received it. I called about 2pm today and the "fill in manager" said to call back after 3pm. now it's 5:30pm I've call 3 times already and can't get a manager to even pick up the phone. the associate keeps putting me on hold.

I’ll never get food from any Pizza Hut again after the experience I had here. My pizza took over an hour to be delivered to me which wouldn’t usually be a big deal, but the pizza was cold and one of my pizza’s was made completely wrong. When I called to ask for it to be corrected I was kept on hold for around 5 minutes maybe more, so I was pretty irritated by the time I finally talked to someone about my order. I’m sure he could hear the irritation in my voice, but I did not call him names, cuss, or treat the man badly I just asked if he could please have them send out my pizza made the right way. My corrected pizza also took an hour to arrive and after I ate it I got very sick. I do not believe in coincidences and I wouldn’t have felt obligated to write a review on this place if they hadn’t sent me a pizza that made me ill. I just simply wouldn’t have eaten her again, but that just was to far for me not to share my experience so other customers atleast know if you ask for this place to correct a mistake they made you’ll probably end up sick as well!

The pizza arrived cold. It looked as if Mr. Steven Wonder attempted to cut the pizza slices. All uneven, some slices very small, others large enough to be two slices in one. My question is, what happened to the quality? Those commercials wet one's appetite, only to be disappointed when the steaming hot vision you anticipated does not become a reality. Just another cold slab of pizza.

They never answer their phone & they will keep forwarding your phone call to keep ringing! They make you put an order online instead of answering their phone. Also I ordered an online order & I needed to add something to my order. So I tried calling but they wouldn’t pick up & I had order another online order & I had to add extra stuff that I didn’t need because it has to be a minimum of 12$ before tax to get another order

I wish I could give 0 stars but anyway I ordered 2 medium pizzas garlic knots and wings it took over an hour to receive my order and when I did I got a pizza with the wrong toppings so I call and tell them and the young lady says she will remake and resend when they resend the correct pizza it was under cooked an just thrown together I mean literally dough I'm soooo disappointed in pizza Hut and the serve I received today! Wasted 32 dollars and I'll never do it again!

Horrible customer service ordered a pizza through Postmates driver decided to eat the pizza cause he’s 300 pounds plus who knows pizza didn’t show up wait in an hour called the manager they report there’s nothing that they can do multi billion dollar company but they’re not better than Little Caesars so I would not recommend this place. Don’t go to Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut is literally trash.

I would never return to this place, the worst treatment I have ever received in my life, there is an African American lady who mistreated us and her attention was terrible, she did not want to serve us, the best pizzas are from Pizza Hut but with that attitude no one will visit that store and many complaints have been reported about that lady and no measures are taken, there will always be more prepared people and with better treatment to the people who come to buy please take measures there are many complaints and a person with such an ugly attitude should be fired may God have mercy on her soul and her ugly attitude blessings

Terrible! If I could give zero stars, I would! Service and atmosphere was good. Food? I don't know if it was the hygiene, ingredients, or what, but we're SICK! Got two pizzas, wings, and cinnamon sticks with my husband. He went to the bathroom three times last night and we've been nauseous since. Gave our dog some of the bread crust as a little treat and even she threw up! We're still feeling ill. Will NOT be eating here again. God have mercy.

Well the first time I called the lady gave me the wrong directions I'm from out of Dallas I don't know too much about Abilene secondly the manager tries to fix he gave me $5 off but by the time I got to my destination the pizza was old looking the pepperoni was old and it was hard so I try to take it back and he got mad because he said he made the pizza on himself I'm back home in Dallas and I haven't been all different Pizza huts and they make their Pizza a whole lot better and if anything happened they're not going to be getting fired Abilene don't care about their customers they don't know that I was actually a secret shopper

Ordered a pizza from their call center they forward you to that's in like India. They took my money for the order and after waiting two hours I called in and they said they had no record of charging my card even though they did in fact charge it and told me to dispute the charge with my bank. So after waiting 2 hours and not getting the food they still charged my card and refused to refund my money. I will no longer buy from this company and I hope you don't either.

I ordered pizza on a Friday night and NEVER received the food I waiting up all night til 130am and it never came. The next morning I called the manager and his service was terrible. He took me through a long wait because he didn’t believe me to ultimately tell me “his drivers didn’t take it that it ‘probably’ was door dash” so now I have to make a dispute to get my money back instead of him just resending the order to me. Ive never had this with dominos pizza and will never order Pizza Hut again!!! This location is beyond terrible!!!

I really don’t want to give this Pizza Hut location a one star that has nostalgic memories. It looks like they need help with the hiring sign. We were hoping to try the buffet on a Saturday, but it’s only during the week. Our pizza was awful soaked in grease to the dough on a stuffed crust. We were the only customers at noon. The pizza wasn’t cut all the way through. The only thing good was the cheese bread with marinara. I hope some improvements can be made. Y’all use to be the Best!

Do not use this Pizza Hut. I ordered 2 different pizzas and they didn't put pizza sauce on either of them. How do you even make a pizza without it? All this is is bread and cheese. I will never be back. Service sucks too.
