Perfect spot for a quick bite to get you going in the morning. The breakfast tacos on blue corn tortillas were amazing. We tried the Tejano, Del Chef, and the Ranchero. Each one was layered with flavor making each bite better than the last. We washed it all down with a Cafe de Olla and a Churro Latte. Delicious!!!
The late afternoon called for an iced latte, I found this Cafe on a random search. Pleasantly surprised, I found an entire food court encompassed as part of the space shared by this Cafe. So if not planning to get coffee, their are a number of options of food choices for a guest. I went to the Cafe and saw delicious deserts, but just ordered the iced latte with almond mylk. The drink, within minutes ready, I added a raw sugar packet, which actually seemed unnecessary afterwards. The almond mylk and the naturalness of the espresso on ice had a sweet flavor about it already. I was very happy with my drink for dessert and went about my way, next time planning to try one of the food places in the same building, what a genius concept!
Best damn Mexican breakfast burrito and chilaquiles I’ve had in SB
Ramon Velasquez does it again with this little gem inside the Public Market. Great breakfast and fantastic coffee's. A must stop in the morning before coming back for ceviche at lunch next door.
Great breakfast stop! It seems to be owned by the same folks that run Corazon Cocina. They have breakfast tacos and burritos, good pastries and cakes, and lots of coffee options (shout-out to the churro latte!!). We liked everything we got. Service is fast, and place is not too busy
Was looking for a good breakfast burrito. Found it, ordered the Chilaquiles added birria and had them wrap in in a tortilla. It was awesome!! Thank you again!
The gracias Madre was actually so good and filing. 10/10

Came here for breakfast and tried the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Also ordered some tacos. 11/10 truthfully. Quick service, friendly faces, highly highly recommended.
Owned by Chef Ramon Velazquez, a native of Guadalajara who began cooking with his grandmother and mother at a very young age, Little Heart Cafecito is the sister eatery of Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient Corazón Cocina. Little more than a stall adjacent the flagship, a few savory items plus several types of Coffee, Little Heart plies its trade in Dulce including the thick Orange Flan and sopping wet Tres Leches also offered at Corazón. Open from 8am until 8pm daily, fresh-baked Breads typically sold out early, dinner guests need not fear as Little Heart’s selection is well-culled and faultless whether one chooses Rice Pudding beneath confit Pineapple, a loaded Cowboy Cookie or additional seasonal Cake slices flavored by Pumpkin Puree or Almond Milk and Cinnamon.

This is my first time visiting this market and also trying out Corazón Cocina. I decided to order the Sal de Mar dish 🐚🌊 and it had such an interesting taste! I really enjoyed it. If anyone reading this happens to be in the area, I highly recommend giving it a try. 🫡🫡🫶🤝🤝🤝 Tuesday, October 10th, 2023 ( And to you, yes you, I wish you all the best and encourage you to stay strong 💪 You have the potential to achieve great things, so never give up! The carpintero breakfast burrito was delicious! Got charged for the full price even that they were out of potatoes. And the chilaquiles -which was my main reason for trying this place- sold out at the open. What? It was like my morning turning out to a bad day until i took a bite of the burrito and a sip of the Oaxacan mocha.
We got takeout breakfast tacos. It’s in the Public Market but pretty much everything else in the market is closed in the mornings - so not much to comment on the atmosphere. The breakfast tacos were good and average size. We got the steak taco and a birria taco. They were good, only issue was the birria taco was extremely messy and hard to eat. This isn’t something you want with takeout and eating on the go. Relatively fast service but it is cooked to order so expect a bit of a wait.
Portion was small considering it was $16 for a breakfast burrito. Note: picture shows the Burrito cut in half. Good flavor but too greasy for me. Good salsa! Service was slow, over 10 minute wait and no one else was there on a Wednesday.
Food is good but very unpredictable and unreliable. I’ve ordered almost once a week via Grubhub and always request green salsa with the migos. Today I received the worst iteration yet. No sauce or cheese and the whole thing is somehow an unpleasant shade of orange? No green salsa and they sent ted along with a spoon and knife to apparently eat this soggy mess with. When it’s good it’s good but when it’s bad it’s pretty bad.

I visited this café with my family and enjoyed the atmosphere, but I was disappointed with the hot matcha I ordered. For the price, I expected a more enjoyable flavor. Matcha is a unique drink that requires care in preparation, and I think there’s room to improve the process. I hope they can refine it, because I would love to try it again in the future if it gets better.
Used to really love this place but I feel like the quality has gone down. Was my favorite breakfast burrito in town, today my burrito had maybe 2 pieces of potato and despite paying $3 for avocado to be added, there was literally 1 single sliver

I ordered a single breakfast taco and it took 21 minutes to arrive. I understand the ingredients are more premium, but for the portion size and amount of steak, just four small pieces. It didn’t feel worth the wait or price.
It hurts my corazoncito to write this review. I was looking forward to try this coffee shop in the public market given the stellar reviews and recommendations. Yet, it didn’t meet the hype or expectations. I came in on a Sunday morning with my partner. Of course there was a line given its popularity but that moved briskly. The menu is semi-hidden on a side wall away from the register so you can’t view it while waiting in line until its decision time. Some printed menus would be ideal. The gal at the register was friendly (hence the second star), however, our experience went downhill from there. We each ordered a burrito plus a coffee drink. They were unfortunately out of the Churro Latte—no biggy, it must be popular and worth returning for. I went with a basic vanilla oat milk latte, while my partner had an iced oat milk Cafe de Olla. Both drinks were very palatable (I preferred my partner’s choice), however, my drink wasn’t hot, not even luke warm. I returned to the counter and the barista did not give me a pleased look when I asked for a fresh latte, however, he did remake it after a short wait. I understood that they were busy but am paying for an item I can enjoy. They provide you with a buzzer after ordering while you wait to come retrieve your food when it’s ready. We waited, and waited, and waited—as did several groups ahead and after us. Eventually after 30 minutes I sent my partner to the counter to check on our order’s status. Sure enough our’s and everyone else’s food orders were sitting there. Not one buzzer was rung. If the system was down, the register should not be handing them out and instead call out names like the coffee orders. Two other groups went up after us to the counter to realize the same thing. They were out of all of the normal Corazón Cocina salsa options except for a mild green one. When we opened up our burritos they were thankfully warm but one was the Los Alamos and another El Carpintero. We ordered the same burrito…? We didn’t want to wait longer so we ate them anyhow. Sadly, the burritos were watery and full of filler vegetables (onion, bell peppers with minimal eggs or meat). Nothing was good about them. Regardless of the hype, I don’t plan to return here and will go to Caje or Crushcakes nearby.

$20 and waited 20 minutes for a breakfast burrito. Few bites in I thought they gave me the wrong one, it probably had barely half a strip of bacon in it and a mushy tater tot. Eggs also watery, go somewhere else for breakfast burrito

EXPENSIVE and EXCESSIVELY BAD Mexican food. Used to be good eats, but it's become horrible. Took a half hour from ordering at counter to get to g food on paper plates and plastic tray. Chicken mole was mealy and bland -- and they threw RICE IN THE TACO! This is a TACO. not a BURRITO. Lousy food. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It's a shame, the owner Ramón used to run a good place. It now totally sucks.
They close for a break until 2:30. No smile. No talk. No thank you. The worst part…CAFE DE OLLA WAS LUKEWARM!!! Hot coffee should be HOT not warm and definitely not lukewarm.

We tried a little bit of everything and we weren't happy with the food. There were additional ingredients in the dishes that weren't listed. The food was too busy and lacked the traditional simple ingredients expected in a Mexican dish. Tacos that were supposed to have refried beans did not seem to have any. We would not eat here again.
