The donuts are so freaking amazing. Arguably the best I’ve ever had, and Ive had a lot. Really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich as well. Our interaction with Joy (one of the folks behind the counter) was just stellar. She is definitely a joy! :) highly recommend this awesome spot!!!!

Best boba in town!

I got a cheese bagel with cream cheese and it was so delicious, and tasted fresh. We also got a bacon egg and cheese jalapeño bagel which was great. The half carrot half orange was so fresh!! Would definitely come back!

Amazing bagels, donuts & coffee! Was a quick pit stop on a road trip and definitely worth the trip. A family owned business & the owners are incredibly kind and helpful. Stop by whenever you’re in town :) Ps love the jalapeño bagel sandwich!!

I love going here for breakfast , the donuts are great. They have so many options like breakfast bagels, sandwiches, boba smoothies, coffee, croissants and more . The staff are very nice and it’s locally owned. I recommend the strawberry banana boba, glazed donut, and plain bagel with cream cheese 🍩🥯

We were visiting from Montana and wanted to find a great donut shop and we did!!! Spudnuts had a huge selection of yummy donuts! We also had breakfast sandwiches that were awesome! The fresh juice was so good and so was the coffee! Best of all though was the customer service! The staff was so positive - it made our day!!!

Travelled from San Francisco down to L.A . And honestly this was thee best breakfast spot along the way the doughnuts were to die for. The atmosphere was just perfect for that time of the morning . There fresh OJ incomparable. Unbelievable.

They have great bagel and croissant sandwiches, their baked goods are fluffy very light. Is the only place I have seeing with strawberry glaze donuts. They have great boba drinks and fresh juices made when ordered. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their customer service makes you feel at home. It is great for students, for taking dozens to works. Ps: they have different types of cream cheese flavors.

Today is our last day in Santa Barbara after living here for two years. This location Spudnuts has been our favorite breakfast place. We love ordering the Ham, Egg, and Cheese breakfast sandwich on a Jalapeño and Cheddar Bagel. For Donuts we love to order the Chocolate with M&M’s and a Plain Glazed Donut. The owner, Joy is always such a pleasure to see and talk to as well as Rodolfo, one of our favorite employees! We will miss this Donut Shop and the love & kindness they shared with us. The shop should be called Joy’s Donuts because it truly does bring joy to the community. 🍩💘Peace, Love, & Donuts! 😎

My family and I spent three weeks in Santa Barbara and our favorite place for breakfast was here! Every morning it was a pleasure to be greeted so kindly. All of the staff were kind and always smiling. The bagels were our favorite ❤️ our last day they sent us off with a box of doughnuts as a gift, it was such a surprise and so sweet of them. We wish we could take Spudnuts back to France with us! We will miss them.

Yep, this is where you get your breakfast and lunch for miles around. Don't let the humble appearance fool you, this is quality stuff. With lovely staff helping you with a big smile and honest courtesy. Glad I found this gem! Had an egg, bacon and cheese on a bagel and couldn't have been happier with it.

I lived in Santa Barbara years ago and this was my favorite spot for my morning coffee and bagel. The owner literally is the sweetest lady and I haven’t seen her for like 5 years, but I still think about how welcoming she was to me. I love chive cream cheese and she literally went out of her way to get fresh chives for me. At the time, I was going through a rough patch and this little donut shop felt like a safe haven. Being able to stop here for ten minutes every morning, grab coffee and talk to the owner while she made my food with love was very comforting. The bagels are crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside and donuts are delicious too. Glad to see your business is still thriving! Hope you and your family are well.

I tried the breakfast bagel and I thought the hype might be better than the actual food. Service was great and quick even with a busy place at 6am in the morning.

This donut shop has delicious donuts and wonderful service. BUT, during my last visit I ordered a bagel that was flat and prepared incorrectly. The dough was raw and in a baker's opinion, the dough was not fermented long enough and/or the incorrect mixing technique was used - possibly just a bad batch because this is a first. Just be aware of raw bagels on the shelf. Although, never disappointed with their sweet treats!!

Seemed a little pricey. A breakfast sandwich and one regular donut came out to $15. The sandwich was not seasoned so it was kinda bland.

The new Hispanic male that usually works in the morning always charges a different price for donuts by the dozen. We get (or used too) the same dozen donuts 2-3x a week. The last four trips the price is always different from the other. I mentioned that to him several times and could not give me an answer as to why? The Best way to resolve this, we now go to Ellers down the street where the prices are always the same and a much better donuts.
