Highly impressed on our visit this evening. We ordered 5 subs, and the 2 young people (1 girl, 1 guy) worked together like a well oiled machine, and got us in and out quick, and built some good looking sandwiches and wraps! Our usual spot is at Burnt Store and Pine Island, but they were out of wraps, so it was a toss up on which one to go to instead. Glad we stopped at the Santa Barbara shop. They definitely did not disappoint. Shop was nice and clean too.
Stopped by Subway today and had a great experience! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the food was fresh and delicious, and everything came out just right. Enjoyed my meal with a nice cold drink in my Subway cup — perfect all around! Definitely coming back again
We use to go to the subway on Chiquita. We've since Saturday decided to give the one on Santa Barbara a run. There 2 ladies there Sunday and not only did they keep us smiling and laughing but made us 2 amazing subs! It's been year's since I've had a sub like I had Saturday. Well done ladies, thank you!

Subway employee declines my $20 bill because it has a small little tear on the corner but the bill was complete. I explained That was a good $20 bill regardless of a small little tear. So employee barely speak English or understand. Subway employee did not take my $20 bill and I had to swap it with another $20 bill that has no tears. Poor services. Refused to sell us the new breads saying those are not ready. Force us to use their old breads by saying those are the only available. Then, while we were sitting there eating, they sold the new breads to the 4th customer in line.

First time. Last time. Poor service, poor food , and quality were just poor. The spinach was old, and tomatoes looked older. 1 spinach chicken wrap 2 prices - 7.49 or 11.49. No drink , no chips, no cookie,charged 10.49. Ya, it's not a spinach wrap because they didn't know what it was. 2nd sandwich 8.49 again no chips, no drink, no cookie. Look, elsewhere for quality food. I hate to say Publix would be cheaper. Total $20.21
I love subway don't get me wrong but this place is the only place that close to me and walking distance but the workers there are rude I came in today on 8/25/24 because they had a bogo going on and today was the last day so I go online to get the deal and to my surprise Yet again there online is not available but mean while every single subway around me the online is working just fine there excuse was the weather was bad but it's clean and sunny I wasn't gonna argue with them just took my sub and left not coming back here again if you dont want your customers to use the bogo don't post it on ur website just saying

I was there around 5:30pm on Monday, while waiting I was looking around. My turn came, told what I wanted, and watched, he grabbed the meatballs from a metal container, I asked if they were fresh, he said yes, not, the time posted on the tin said 9:30am-1:30pm! I asked about it, his response was something about not being busy & his brother didn’t change the time, I call bullshit! When I got home, I began eating my Italian and the bread was stale could hardly chew it, hurt my teeth! The attitude was horrible! I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know to do the same! I highly recommend the subway on del prado and Cornwallis. Friendly and most of all fresh, I should never have tried this other one!! Please heed my warning!! This subway should be sold or closed permanently! Surprised the health department hasn’t caught them yet, shame on them!!
This subway has gone downhill so much in the last months. 1 person working the front with 2 in the back having a great time laughing and ignoring customers in line. I can go to the one on del Prado just as easily as they make customers feel welcome and get it done. I spent 28 minutes in line before being waited on. Unacceptable!!!!
Please just know if you're on your way to this subway....turn around and go to a different one. Just trust me. The produce looked like it had been sitting out since the previous night or early the morning of. They handed me my drink cup which had nasty stuff in it and then gave me another. I didn't think much of it and went to the soda machine and when I dispensed ice...mold came along with it. I looked and the ice maker has mold ALL OVER It. And to top things off, this subway is way more expensive than others it seems like. I paid a little over $17 and had to go to Wawa to get food instead because I was too disgusted to eat the food I just paid for.
Very disappointed with this location. I placed an online order and clearly used the instruction section to request spicy dill pickle chips and to have the sandwich cut into three pieces. Both requests were completely ignored. Worse, olives were added to my daughter’s sandwich — and we did NOT order olives. They didn’t just add a few either; they loaded it with them. She hates olives, and there were so many that the entire sandwich tasted like them. It had to be thrown away. I tried calling the store four times between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM. The phone rang and rang, then disconnected every time. No one answered. Ignoring written instructions, adding ingredients that weren’t ordered, and being unreachable afterward is unacceptable. Very frustrating experience and a waste of money.
Did a pick up order on subways website just to pick it up and realize that the older lady working two nights ago, completely screwed up our order and put the wrong bread on the wrong sub and the wrong toppings on the other sub, also wanted extra lettuce & tomatoes & they did the opposite of that & gave us BARELY ANY. Worker also complained about the customer who was in there prior stating “they were so difficult & annoying”. Been trying to call & ask for some sort of refund or even gift card as the two out of 3 subs we’re not even eight because they had everything incorrectly on them but they aren’t answering their phone…
The lettuce was wilted and the gentleman informed us that's all you had with an excuse of it's bad because it went from fridge to bin. The tomatoes were water logged and I added a soda to make it a meal. Then they informed me they didn't have ice for the drinks either. I cancelled my order and left. There are other sub shops close by no need to settle for less than. In fact Publix is in the same parking lot.
They try to rip u off by telling you the price for the food then they add a tip for there selfs so u think u paid one thing when u paid more ..and when brought up the Spanish lady said I added the tip haha sry but if I added the tip why would I be complaining abt the 10 dollar extra charge I got smh wont be coming back here
Rude employee that barely speaks English. Call me what you want, America is an English nation, employees should be able to speak baseline English.
If I could leave no stars I would. This is a wasted space that they call a subway. They never have what you want and are always out of everything. Would not recommend them at all.
Terrible both times I’ve gone there. First time out of turkey for my club & didnt bother to add more Ham or bacon to replace it. Just left there now and 1 of the 3 subways was ridiculous. Wrong bread that was rock hard and falling apart. 2 of them should have been identical and looked nothing like each other. They won’t answer the phone and were jerks when I picked up the order.
Arrived five minutes after my order was to be ready. Sandwiches left open on the counter and employee sweeping floor. I had to be somewhere and they refused to finish adding ingredients to my sandwiches because the other employee was busy with something else. Took my sandwiches and they shorted my cookies and drinks. They refuse to reimburse or supply missing food.
Terrible Customer Service, Workers are so rude and unprofessional and very lazy. Don’t Recommend this place.

This Subway use to be our favorite and only one we would go to! I met the owner one day and just loved her and how her store was ran. Well the last 3 times we’ve gone we have gotten the same guy and he is awful! You can tell he hates what he’s doing and could care less to make your sandwich how you want it. He never makes our sandwiches consistent either. One time my sandwich was dry as hell from not putting the condiments on it and tonight it was soooo sloppy and disgusting. I asked for banana peppers and got jalapeños somehow! I’m tired of spending the money there and getting a sloppy nasty sandwich to eat. You’ve lost my business!
