Had a really nice time at Coopers Hawk with family! I got the surf and turf with medallions and the grouper, highly recommend. The brussel sprout appetizer was a hit! Great wine and nice ambiance. Would definitely come back!
Always great service food and if course wine. We come in and try the wine if the month I liked Januarys red ♥️ hubby hasn't gotten away from Moscato . I get the pretzel breaded pork or a risotto. Hubby likes the wedge and burgers. Apps like drunken shrimp and brussel sprouts. Join the club only 24 a month and you get benefits like bday and yearly anniversary date you joined $ off also you get points everytime you eat there which adds up to $ off too. I had a $25 off reward and we used my monthly bottle of wine opened in house x2 and we ate for $40. Worth joining the club. We stop by every time in town and we will be back. 🍷
Excellent food and service! We loved our server, Jane. She was so knowledgeable of the menu and had a great personality. We arrived before 5:30, was happy to know we could still enjoy a great deal on drinks and appetizers before our entree. Definitely recommend this spot.
It's rare that you can find a place where both the wine and the food are amazing. Cooper's Hawk is one of those places. The beef medallions and lobster were perfect as was their Old Vine Zin wine. I always look forward to this experience.
First time here and was amazed. We got the butternut squash ravioli with lobster, scallops and shrimp, and the scallop & shrimp risotto. DELICIOUS. My husband asked for a sample of the moscato and our lovely waitress Natalie also brought him the gewürztraminer to try, which he actually liked better. Excellent service, amazing food, will definitely be back.
Been here a couple times. Great service. Good selection of food. Never had a bad meal.
Had a lovely night tonight except for we arrived and waited for approximately eight minutes to be served at the bar finally had to go to the hosteas stand and ask for someone to wait for us being a wine member for a wine tasting and the manager Nick showed up and the Wine server took care of us. We were seated in Jane G took immaculate perfect perfection care of us Had a lovely dinner and then we left to get a few petit fours and we’re not able to get serviced as we checked out so we left we waited for several minutes waiting for someone to check us out and there was only one person. It seemed very shorthanded tonight. The best part of tonight was Jane G. Thank you for taking care of us it felt short handed tonight Which is amazing for such a slow time of the year for someone that lives here year-round in Naples Floeisa. Take care of your locals. The pictures of a jambalaya it’s a split entrée, so it was very generous in size and we loved the food tonight. It was simply lovely, but the service was very lacking.
My husband and I came to celebrate my birthday here. We enjoyed the experience. Our server Ms.Carol was absolutely phenomenal from the moment we sat down. I will be visiting again soon. Everything was lovely
Shout out to Senior Manager, Cindy Stua @Coopers Hawk in Naples, FL. Thank you for always putting customers first 🙏🏼 See full review @🇺🇲SWFL FOOD LOVERS🇺🇲 restaurant review group
We just had a phenomenal Happy Hour experience at this beautiful restaurant. Debbie, our bartender/server was outstanding. She was kind, engaging, knowledgeable about the Wine selections, and informative about the wines being offered. The food was fantastic, and presented in a magnificent way, and Debbie made our time at Cooper’s Hawk a truly enjoyable one! Wish they had this place, and Debbie, in NYC!!!
Coopers Hawk provides a uniquely different dining experience and wine tasting environment that exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding and the servers were exceptional in kindness and conscientiousness. We were thanked multiple times by every staff member as we exited. Can't wait to return!
The service here was 10/10. Generous pours. Great wine. Innovative flavors. I tried an almond wine. But then the food too is great. The Caesar salad and the lobster bisque was so good. Also the egg rolls
Wow wow wow I have no words for this experience other than wow. Every single thing on the menu was DELICIOUS, especially considering the amount of variety it holds. The service was phenomenal; welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Every single member of the staff was more than familiar with the menu and its origin. We went earlier than our reservation to experience the wine tasting and, again, every single one we tasted was incredible. The entire experience felt like VIP treatment, I would certainly visit again in the future.
I love the wine aesthetic! When you first come in, it’s a wine shop with a selection of wine with descriptions of all the wines! They also had a wine tasting area, super cool! My wife and I had a great experience, our waitress Nicole was amazing! My wife had the Braised Short Rib Risotto and I had the churrasco steak medium well! It was all delicious! Our choice of wine was Vin Veloute and Malbec! Classic tomato bruschetta as our appetizer ! Btw it was our first time here, so the euphoria is here while I write this!
Came here for a wine tasting but it turned into sitting at the bar as well for more wine and lunch. Kate was our tasting server. She was a pleasure, very friendly and personable. The tasting was only $12 for 8 wines and well worth it. It was a nice blend of whites, rose and reds with each one having good character and flavor. The food at the bar was delicious! We had the gnocchi with yellow squash. Amazing! We loved the Hawk red blend, the super Tuscan and the cab-zin red wines. We were there for 3 hrs and enjoyed it very much!
Tasting room server did not give me any receipt. I bought a Magnum and regular 750ml bottle .
My parents and I came for lunch to celebrate my birthday. Krystal took such good care of us and we all had a great time! Food and wine were excellent as always!
I wanted to take the time to thank the staff and especially our server, Jonathan, for the excellent experience for a special dinner for a last minute wedding dinner this week. The staff was kind enough to give us a table in the private dining area and give us a table for 14 , however we only ended up with 11 for dinner. The service was excellent with special attention for a requested toast and cake that we provided. The food was great and the evening was perfect. I can't thank them enough, we will most certainly return and thank you again Jonathan for going above and beyond. We appreciate all your extra efforts and we hope Cooper's Hawk appreciates you in kind!
Amazing food, service, and atmosphere. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is lively without being loud. The service was impeccable. Cannot wait to go back.
Calling all wine lovers! I love Cooper's Hawk. I've been there multiple times ,and I've never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. The service has always been great. And if for whatever reason the bay or the kitchen is having issues, our servers have always had good communication to let us know what's going on. The only reason I have the atmosphere 3 stars instead of 5 is that the dining room can be very loud. However, if you sit in the side dining room or the bar in the back of the restaurant, those spaces are more quiet. The food is fabulous. The fried brussel sprouts appetizer is magnificent (get the extra bacon ;). And I've never had an entree there I didn't enjoy. In terms of wine, I usually get wine flights because I like to sample different things. And I like dry reds. Their Old Vine Zinfandel is very good so is their Pinot Noir. However, they have a very extensive wine list of white, red, blush, sweet, dry, sparkling, and even fortified wines. There is a wine for every palette. There is parking, but if you go on a busy night, parking could be tight. However, Cooper's Hawk offers complimentary valet parking. For the cost of a tip, totally worth it. Lastly, definitely plan to arrive for your reservation (reservation recommended) early and have a wine tasting at the front bar. The best tenders are friendly and knowledgeable. You could easily find your new favorite wine. They do have a nice dessert menu, but try their handmade chocolate truffles. Especially if you have wine left for a nice pairing. Their chocolates are yummy. Thank you Cooper's Hawk!
We were there for the Mother’s Day brunch. I gotta say it was nothing short of perfect! The service and food as amazing! We went as a family of four with a 3 year old and 3 month old! The best time we are in Naples, we will definitely have dinner there! I had the steak and eggs, which as phenomenal!
Came for brunch at 10. Given all the menus and told we could order dinner. The place was empty. Completely. Our waitress was so friendly. Food was delicious as always.
Our server Nicole was amazing!!! We came for a birthday dinner and had a wonderful experience. The food was so delicious and fresh! Our server was very attentive and friendly. This is a great restaurant and we’re looking forward to coming back!
Had lunch with a wine tasting. Server was very helpful with wine selection based upon our preference. I had a salad with lobster bisque soup. The bread brought to the table was very tasty.
Great wine collection, they offer a membership with lot's of wine benefits more than I can post. Excellent service and wine knowledge.
My bff took me for dinner for my birthday. The service was top notch. Our server Colin C went above and beyond. It was my first time there. He explained the menu thoroughly. He explained the wine membership. We joined . The food was obviously delicious. Will definitely go back.
Good food Nice atmosphere good wine choices plenty of parking. Our meal experience today was awesome. It started with Cindy taking our reservation so happily late the night before. We had an excellent server Carol who made our celebration special. We have now become wine club members and love it!
An Unforgettable Dining Experience at Cooper’s Hawk – Naples, FL We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my nephew’s birthday at Cooper’s Hawk in Naples, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the host desk team greeted us with such warmth and professionalism that set the tone for an amazing evening. Our server, Daniel Matos, provided outstanding service, attentive, personable, and perfectly timed in every detail. His genuine enthusiasm elevated our entire experience. A special thank you to Nick (Manager) and Natalie (Supervisor) for their visible leadership and thoughtful attention. They checked in to ensure everything was perfect and truly embodied what hospitality should feel like. And then there was Austin, who joined in the birthday celebration with an unforgettable twist, adding rhythmic “instrumental” sounds to the “Happy Birthday” song that turned the moment into a performance we’ll never forget. His energy and creativity brought smiles and laughter to everyone at the table. To top it all off, Chef Travell personally visited our table to ensure everyone was to our liking, a touch of class and care that speaks volumes about the culture of excellence at Cooper’s Hawk. The food, ambiance, and the team were all extraordinary. Every detail, down to the handwritten Happy Birthday card placed at the table, made it feel like more than just dinner; it was a celebration of hospitality done right. Thank you to the entire Cooper’s Hawk Naples team for going above and beyond. You didn’t just serve a meal—you created a memory our family will talk about for years to come.
What a great place! The food was excellent. I had pistachio and crusted grouper which was light and flaky perfect for my taste. We had an excellent waitress. Her name was Pam. Even though she was super super busy, she still made time for us and made us feel welcome and appreciated. We will definitely be returning.
Food and service was excellent! Ben was our server and he did an amazing job, offering great suggestions and explaining everything, as this was our 1st time to Coopers Hawk. It was very busy on Christmas Eve, and now we know why. We will definitely be back.
We have been coming here for years and the food & service are consistently great! Tonight we had a wonderful dinner with some friends and our waiter was exceptional from start to finish! Ben went above and beyond in every way to make our evening extra special! He was so friendly and professional and truly deserves recognition!
Great place for lunch or dinner. Thai lettuce wraps and drunken shrimp are delicious! Love the Super Tuscan red!🍷 Less noisy in the bar area👍
We had a great experience thanks to our server, Jonathan. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. He checked in at all the right times, knew the menu well, and made excellent recommendations. Service like his really makes a difference. Thank you, Jonathan.
Great first experience. You must try the brussel sprouts appetizer. Not a vegetable that I thought could possibly be prepared in a way you could describe as amazing but this is it. Generous portion for two. I also had the sliced prime rib sliders served in a pretzel bun. Again amazing. Everything we ordered was creatively and skillfully prepared. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We went out to dinner last night at the Cooper's Hawk in Naples FL, and had a great affordable dinner. - All the staff, from the Front Desk to the Tasting bar were very polite, patient, and helpful, even though they were very busy and hard working. - Unlike many fine restaurants in Florida, they actually all spoke English, so we didn't need to use Google translate to explain what we wanted to order or ask about policy. - It was a very cold and windy evening, for Florida. About 40%, but fine inside, except when the door to the back patio was opened for staff to bring in or out, food, or orders for the brave outdoor dinners who probably in parkas or under radiant heater were outside. - Shout out to the floor manager, Cindy Stua, who was relentless, in making sure that this issue was addressed effectively, and this required her working with many busy staff who were genuinely unaware, busy, and a little oblivious to the issue. The final fix was a paper sign on the door that it was not to be used. Also some big yellow wet floor cones in front of the inside of the door. - So, the problem was effectively solved, but she was very hard working and it was challenging to solve, but she did it, and all the diners within 50 of the door could take off their parkas! Kind of funny really and we laughed. She treated us well and was terrific! - Kudo's also go to our waitress, Valerie, and she was very helpful, attentive and able to make good food and wine suggestions. I'm giving a total 5 star review because we are members, and every time we like the staff. One evening which was challenging, but very well handled in the end, does not take away from the overall rating. Running a service business is a great challenge, and a process and communication issue with a young set of enthusiastic wait staff workers will I am sure the addressed as the management clearly wants to know and address issues that are encountered. - I hope the management will read this and give these specific individuals the credit they deserve. -
Cooper's Hawk in Naples is a must-visit for any wine enthusiast. They have a large variety of wines, a fantastic tasting setup, and a great atmosphere. The food was incredible—cooked to perfection—and the staff was so welcoming that we actually decided to join the Wine Club! We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back.
Ate Sunday brunch menu. Great atmosphere. Kind people. Slow service however. All dishes were excellent with exception of the brisket hash. Three of us ordered the brisket hash and we all agreed it was ok, not great. Otherwise, the other dishes like the salmon and eggs and french toast were excellent.
great food and service! our waiter was a very sweet young guy but he was not very attentive. what he lacked in service he made up for in attitude! he was very helpful when it came to explaining items on the menu and making recommendations. he did, however, leave us without silverware and did not check back with us until we were almost finished with our meals. the food was good overall! i wouldn't say worth the price, but the taste profile created with the recommended wines was fantastic. it is TOO LOUD in that restaurant. i could barely hear anyone at my table, and the tables are all so close together. i may as well have been sitting in a strangers lap.
The food was great. I got surf and turf. The steak was cooked perfectly. The service could have been a bit quicker when asking for A-1 or little things from the waitress. They bring small cups of ketchup or A-1 sauce rather than the bottle.
The service, food, and atmosphere were good but do not sit outside if you want to be eaten alive by mosquitos. It is TERRIBLE! They should fumigate and if they do already, let me tell you it’s not enough. The food was not enjoyable from having so many mosquitos on you. We were rushing out as soon as possible. The drinks were very good.
Disappointed. My second time coming here. We got there early and had no parking with 20% taken up by valet. We had to wait 20 min to get our table. Once we got seated the our service was good for the most part. Apps were good. Our mains must have been sitting for a while. The pasta had that look as if it was getting dry on the top. Steaks were cooked well. One of the mains were completely missed from our order. I never got my wine with my main. For such an established business they should have addressed this with the manager visiting. Shame.
My friends and I decided to go there for lunch, and the service was really good. I ordered the steak and tuna. Steak was really delicious but the tuna was blend. I decided to join the wine club and I was provided with some info about the wine club by the waitress. However, when I went up to pick up one bottle of wine, I was provided with different information. A few days later, I decided to go by myself. I asked the hostess to confirm some of the information about the wine club as I was provided with contradictory information by two different people last time. She advised she's not 100% sure but she'll confirm with a manager. After she talked to a manager (thought she said manager's name was Trisha), she provided me with the answers to my questions. After I was seated, I informed my server that I am a wine club member and I would like to get the glass of wine that came with my membership but I was told that my membership does not come with glass of wine. Again, I was provided with contradictory information by two different people. Seriously, none of the employees was on the same page about about the membership as far as what it includes. I decided to just go ahead and upgrade rather than going through the contradictory information each time. I was told I would just be charged for the difference. However, it was charged with the difference two times. It was refunded to me subsequently after I called and emailed proof that I was charged two times. The second experience I was in, the service was HORRIBLE. I understand I was only one person and the waiter was busy with a table with more people (more tips). However, after I ordered and received my food and drink, I was NOT checked on ONCE. Nobody checked to see how my food was. I was NOT asked if I needed more water or would like to order another drink. I was very annoyed and disappointed about the second experience as my first experience was good.
My wife and I finally checked out of this wine club after paying about $50/mo and receiving subpar service time after time and without receiving any member perks. She also called and left numerous messages to get a reservation and never received a return call. In person, the employees stated, “being a wine club member does not benefit you in getting a reservation.” Guess we didn’t fit the mold of the highfaluttin retired folk in this area. We do very well but live humbly and also don’t flaunt our wealth. First time getting snubbed was on my wife’s birthday. We didn’t ever stay past appetizers as they just didn’t come to our table to serve us. Second time was our anniversary (we had our two children with us) and they just treated us like we didn’t exist. Our children were well behaved and sitting at the high top like grownups. When my wife cashed out the membership and gathered all our earned wine, the employee said nonchalantly, “oh, alright you’re set”. I guess they don’t mind losing business due to the business of their current state.
Had pork chop and grouper combo. The crusted grouper was not edible. Potatoes were cold. Pork chop was overcooked. Seemed like they were serving premade food on New Year’s Eve. We were seated in back section that had zero atmosphere. Would not go back.
How does this place have 4.5 stars? Me nor my taste buds will ever understand. It has to be the community they serve because this food is bland/no taste what so ever, stale and barely cooked. First time trying. Last time visiting. Requested a full refund. Didn't finish one dish. Nevermind. The passion fruit lemonade is the best dish on the menu.
My wife and I had dinner last evening and what we didn’t like was the onslaught of pressure to sign up for their wine program. They pitched us as we arrived in the “wine room” and then our server was a really hard sell every time he came to our table! It was very uncomfortable and I’m not sure we will return. Regarding our food, starters were very good. Grouper has way too much breading and not much fish and the smash potatoes were cold. It was not a busy night and we had to get from our table and get our own straws for our iced tea and flatware after they took it when we finished our starters. Not sure we will return!!!
We visited for brunch, and while the food and drinks were good as usual, the service and management were extremely disappointing. As year-round residents and members of the wine club, this experience was especially frustrating. As someone who works in the service industry, I was honestly appalled by the lack of awareness and leadership. Our server had approximately four tables and appeared overwhelmed, a bit lost, and scatterbrained throughout the service. If he was triple-sat, that is understandable; however, management should have stepped in to assist. But the restaurant was not even that busy and had four different servers working. Instead, management appeared to be standing around while the server struggled. It took roughly 15 minutes just to place drink orders. When we requested the check, our card was placed on the table, the server dropped the check, and then disappeared. After waiting 30 minutes with no follow-up, I approached a manager and politely asked for assistance in closing us out. Even after that, another 20 minutes passed before our server finally returned with the check. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for loyal, returning guests. Unfortunately, based on this experience, it will be quite some time before we return.
Forget about Coopers. Looked like neat place, but never having been there, wanted to do some wine tasting. Wine tasting bar nice and long, but only one person serving the wine tasting. He was working his butt off, but there were about 25 people waiting on wine tasting and he could only take care of one group at a time. Should have had a minimum of 3 people working the wine tasting. First time here, last time here!
Every time we have come to Cooper’s hawk, we have been met with such friendliness and kindness. The staff were always so helpful and made sure we had everything, however tonight was the complete opposite. We had just signed up for the wine club towards the end of December, so the manager had told us that they had comped our bottle in December and that the new bottle for January would be available for us to pick up in the new year. So being unsure of what to do, we went in tonight. The woman working the wine pickup area was busy and had informed us that there was only one computer working. Which we told her, no worries and to take her time as we were not in a rush. When she was done helping the other costumers, she asked how many bottles we were there to pick up and I told her just one. She kind of just laughed at me and said okay, what kind of wine. I told her that we had selected the white wine on the membership so I guess the white wine for January. She told me that there isn’t a white wine for January. I was like okay well, we didn’t select the variety, we would just like a white wine. She just told me that January doesn’t have a white wine. I didn’t know what to do at this point because this was my first time ever picking up wine. She just sighed and said I’ll get you a white wine. She packaged it up for us, asked for the wine card then told me that there wasn’t a bottle available. I said oh well.. she looked back at her computer and noticed something else and said oh never mind. Then just smiled at me. Didn’t explain anything, didn’t let me know what was wrong, didn’t tell me if I would have issues next month. Safe to say I do have my wine? Yes. Do I know how the wine club works? No. Did she ruin my night? Yes. Just wanted to pick up a bottle of wine to share with my new fiance as of yesterday.
Went last night for Thanksgiving Dinner with 4 people. What was supposed to be a celebration turned into a nightmare and the worst dinner I ever ate in town. First, the food, including the soup was delivered less than luke warm and the taste of the food was comparable to hospital cafeteria food. Two of us opted for the Thanksgiving dinner and both of us were not impressed with the taste nor the look of the food. Since when does sliced turkey look smooth and almost cubed/square shaped? The other in our party ordered a dish that didn't taste nor smell right to her. Mind you, she is pregnant and maybe something is not sitting right as senses maybe heightened or tastes intensified. Upon notifying a waitress, she went to go get the manager who came almost storming into our section and started talking loudly and annoyingly and questioning the food experience of my guest. He was talking overly loudly and seemed as to make a scene in front of other diners. Very unprofessional and embarrassing. Regardless, they did comp the meal and offered another which she seemed satisfied with. My other guest got the Churassco steak which he seemed pleased with. Overall experience, the pretzel bread was never offered and had to be requested. Note to ALL restaurants, you ALWAYS serve bread as a starter and complimentary. It should NEVER have to be asked for. The taste of the food was less than luke warm and cafeteria style at best. The service and attentiveness to our table was almost non existent requiring us to either ask another waiter for assistance or wait an excessive amount of time. Women were NOT taken care of first in way of ordering or serving breaking away from reputable restaurant dining etiquette. Lastly, I had a gift card of $250, which payment being used by the host of party is at discretion. This form of payment was out loud by the waiter and when shown he asked "What is it like $100 gift card?". Very unprofessional and horrible experience all around. This restaurant and manager has much to learn about etiquette. This was my first and last time here. This restaurant is more into their wine club than providing an actual decent meal.
