First time and this place did not disappoint! Cocktails were great. The Mole Old Fashioned was unique with a spicy flavor. The different Tacos were delicious, rib eye, Burris and baha were excellent. Our server Ericka was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

It was my first time at El Puesto, and I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews, but honestly, it’s a 10/10! The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were a solid 10/10, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. I went around 1 PM, and we had a super relaxed and tasty meal. Highly recommend!

My first time eating here, and it was outstanding. Nothing on the table was bad, and Amanda my waitress was on point. I mentioned very early in the dinner I wanted the Tres Leches cake for dessert. She remembered, and even got it added in for me without me reminding her. Definitely will come back again for Taco Tuesday!

Puesto absolutely delivers! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was spot-on—upscale and trendy with an almost Amazonian feel, lush and vibrant. The bar is stunning and sets the tone for a fun, elevated dining experience. We started with the chips & molcajete salsa and the classic guac—both super fresh and packed with flavor. Then came the passion fruit & mango shrimp ceviche and yellowfin tuna crudo… just wow. So refreshing, bright, and beautifully plated. The tamarindo shrimp tacos were a flavor bomb—sweet, tangy, and perfectly balanced. But what really made the night was the bartender. We sat at the bar and got completely spoiled with tequila tastings—he walked us through flavor profiles, suggested perfect pairings, and made us feel like VIPs. You can tell they take pride in the experience just as much as the food. Can’t wait to come back—Puesto is a whole vibe.

Puesto in Santa Clara is an amazing spot for elevated Mexican food and a great dining experience. The tacos are incredible—fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The handmade blue corn tortillas really make everything taste authentic and unique. The service was excellent from start to finish, with friendly staff who were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere is lively and modern, making it a great place to go with friends or family. Overall, Puesto is a fantastic restaurant if you’re looking for delicious tacos, great drinks, and a fun vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Joe K was our server. Excellent service, very attentive to our needs. Appreciated the excellent service. Had the ribs bowl. Shrimp bowl and the beef enchilada. Passionfruit ceviche. All solid. Maybe a bit too strong on something I couldn’t place on the ceviche but still solid. I think the appetizer chips were fun tasting different salsas.

Beautiful inside with oversized booths that connect to the bar. The suspended bar storage sets a fabulous tone. Chips and salad fresh and tasty not too salty or spicy. The spiced pear margaritas were yummy yum. Crab and ship tostadas were just ok. However the brisket and filet mi tacos made up for it. Good cuts of meat and flavor . The ice cream churro dessert was just the right size and yummy.

It is a good dinner place for upscale Mexican food….loved the salsa! Avocado platter was good. Tacos were tasty and ceviche was star of the show. Cocktails are not watered down.

First the positive: Excellent service! Nicely located. Warm and Welcoming staff! Nice & lively atmosphere:-) Now the less than ideal: Their Food is "ok". They offer a (1) taco for prices ranging from $10 to $15 dollars wow 😳😦!! 😂 In Mexico you place an "order" of tacos which normally are 2 or 3 tacos per order. I assumed the price was per order NO one taco individual priced to $10 or $12 or $15 dollars WOW. Unbelievable! Mind the tacos are "ok" not bad but not good and definitely not worth the price. Their salsas leave so much to be desired. Were medicre tasting salsas. Again the service is extraordinary. Their margaritas are also good. Much better than the tacos.

Taco Tuesday is a great deal since all the tacos are 50% off! Typically they are $12-15/each and a bit expensive full price. The service is always great and the ambiance is lively (lots of people come here after work for dinner and are still in business attire). Highly recommend making a reservation since this place gets packed!

Delicious Tacos. My parents (born and raised old school Chinese folks) were intrigued by the cool bar atmosphere and the taco dishes, although later found the bar music a little too load for them. Overall a nice experience.

A co-worker friend and I had lunch here today. We sat at a bar area booth, that was nice and comfortable. Our server Joe K. was very friendly and attentive. The food was very good and filling. We started with chips and salsa, they give you a lot and we couldn't eat it all. My friend had two tacos, chicken al pastor and a carnitas. I had two Baja fish tacos. Check out my pictures of parts of the bar with the multiple shelves of alcohol!Will be back with my wife! Update: My wife and I sat at the bar and the staff was really nice. We had the Filet Mignon was absolutely tender and delicious!

We ordered the horchata to start with, which was very good. We then moved on to the chicken enchiladas and the steak bowl. The quantity was decent for both of them, however the guacamole in the bowl was a little sour for my taste. The service was a big let down. We had to wait a long time after every item ordered not just for the food, but even to have a server check on us for anything we needed. We later ordered a soda, and it came completely flat and we had to wait 5-10 minutes for the server to check back on us and we were already done with the food by then. I would try their filet mignon burrito next time as people have recommended that to me, but it will sure not be a dining experience.

Overpriced and a novelty. “Fancy” tacos at a premium. Better off at a local food truck. For the price the quality and flavors were lacking. Also, every employee I encountered seemed to be annoyed to be there. As if they couldn’t be bothered to be hospitable. I sat at down at the bar, which was really wet with food all over it. I waited patiently to get service and asked for a towel. The bar tender just wiped the spot in front of me even though the entire top was dirty. I had two margaritas that were fine. Joining my dinner party I got to see and taste a wide spread of the menu items. Guacamole flight was a gimmick. Same guacamole base, just with different toppings. None of the tacos were tacos I would tell anyone about, especially for the price. Rubbery lobster and tough filet. None of the 10 of us had any amazing reviews for any of our meal. It was all just “ok” Quesabirria was the worst I’ve ever had. Overall disappointing experience. Like I said, it feels like a gimmick. And I feel a bit tricked.

I’ve been here a few times and the experience in the past was fine, but during my visit earlier this week I experienced the worst service ever. I took a friend who was visiting town and she was excited to try it, but the service we received was incredibly disappointing! I’m not sure if they were understaffed or what, but I had to continuously leave my seat to find a waiter or waitress. I even had to chase someone down to get the bill (I asked 3 people before we finally got our bill), I guess they didn’t want me to pay. Still leaving a few stars because the food and atmosphere is overall good, but I won’t be coming back! There are plenty of other wonderful restaurants in the area with better quality and service and I’ll be spending my money elsewhere next time.

The atmosphere is fairly vibrant and cavernous. Food was good, but you're definitely paying for the atmosphere. The salsa was smoky and personally not my favorite. The chips were a bit salty, but decent. The guacamole was okay. The passion fruit and mango shrimp ceviche was okay. The Baja fish taco was mid, but I liked the CDMX ribeye taco better. I really wanted to like this place, but it wasn't meeting my expectations.
