Had chicken kabob which was quite tender and given with rice and tub of salad with cholay and well cooked. The food had decent flavor and the servuce was fairly quick considering that it was lunch time.

Food was delicious, the kabobs were very soft and full of flavor. The rice was very good too. Most importantly the customer service was excellent! the server walked to the utensil area and grabbed us utensils and also was really friendly to us asking us how the food was after we finished. The cashier was also very kind to us.

My son had the lamb chops and chicken kabob plate and was raving about how tasty and flavorful the meat and the overall dish was. I had the lentil soup and it was very flavorful as well. First time here but will definitely come back here again

The best lamb chops I’ve ever had! My husband had the chicken curry and he loved it. We are from out of town so we had to get plates to go!

Unknowingly went on the day of their grand opening and loved it! Highly recommend getting the Badinjon Borani & Mantoo from the appetizer menu, they're both nicely spiced and flavorful. Can't wait to go back to try everything else on their menu!

We ordered a delicious spread that included Bolani, Hummus, and Salad — all incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. For our mains, we had the Veggie Korma-e-Nakhud, Veggie Borani Badinjon, Korma Chicken, Lamb Curry, and the Family-Style Kabob Plate. Every dish was freshly cooked and had that distinct smoked BBQ flavor that took the experience to the next level. The owner was exceptionally friendly, personally checking in to ensure everything was to our liking. He took time to ask about my dietary needs and was very careful and considerate about my allergies — that kind of attention means a lot. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and located in a safe and easily accessible area right off Great America Parkway. Whether you're vegetarian, a meat lover, or simply a foodie looking for something memorable, this place is worth every bite!

I've had Afghan food before, but tried Korma Lamb for the first time and was not disappointed. The lamb shank was fork tender, juicy, well seasoned and a wonderful culinary experience. As an individual from Toronto we are pretty spoiled with food and we know our food so I wasn't expecting much but it was a delightful experience. I must say the firnee was better then I've eaten at 50 plus Afghani restaurants all over US and Canada.

I was thoroughly impressed by the delicious cuisine. The standout dishes were the Sabzi Lamb, which was cooked to perfection with an array of spices that blended together beautifully with spinach, and let’s not forget about the Chopan Lamb, which was juicy, tender, and flavorful. To top it off, the Firni for dessert was a delightful with aroma of pistachio and cardamon end to a fantastic meal. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for authentic and delicious Afghan cuisine.

This was my family's first taste of Afghani food and we really enjoyed it! The girl working the counter was sweet and the music gave an authentic feel. We found the food to be very flavorful and a welcome change from our normal routine. Try the Afghan style pot stickers for sure. I could only get a photo of one before it disappeared.

The ramen restaurant next door said they were reservations only, so we came here instead. And it was a pretty good choice! We got the lamb kabob, chicken curry, and mantoos. The curry and mantoo were both pretty good. We liked the lamb the best, quite tender, and really tasty flavor as well. Service was pretty quick too, and the interior was clean and well lit.

Afghan styles grilled dishes for an reasonable price. Had the beef kabobs the first time, this time I had the lamb. Both came with sides of chopped tomato cucumber salad and chickpeas with pickled onions. Meat were cooked but completely tender

My husband discovered this restaurant near his workplace, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the chicken korma with rice, along with the chicken kebab and Chopan kebab. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The employees were very welcoming and friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The taste and quality of the food were good, but the food was served in small paper containers that were too small for the portions, which is inappropriate for a restaurant with higher prices! Eating was difficult because the food spilled onto the table from the containers, and the plastic cutlery was of very poor quality and unsuitable for a restaurant.

This place is quite good. A nice little authentic kabab place. I thought their best dish (a hidden gem) was their Rasmalai (a cottege cheese dessert). It had very less sugar but great taste and nice flavors. The Chapli kabab and chicken kababs were amazing too. Lamb kabab was over-cooked and below average (which is why the 4 stars)

Not worth the price and lacks authentic taste. $25 for a combo kabab. Naan is extra yogurt is extra. I’ve eaten at other Afghani places and food tastes much better.

Very low quality and over priced "afghan" food. Maiwand Market, on El Camino Real, is worlds better. Also, the ventilation inside is almost non existent.

Qabuli Pilau, which is the cornerstone of any Afghan meal, was bland and flavorless. The kabob was also dry and not juicy. There are better Afghan restaurants.

Naan was a bit like a bread loaf but maybe it’s different than Indian naan. Taste was fine! Kababs were average in taste. Lamb kabab was way too chewy and chicken was good when hot, once it got abit cold it was very hard to eat. Beef chapli was the only thing I liked TBH. They had garbanzo potato and cucumber salad. Garbanzos was very sour, also the green and red sauce had too much vinegar - again sour/tangy. It one big patty. Service took about 15-20 mins and overall ambience is okay. Nothing fancy.

Combination Kabob Aush Soup did not give yogurt and sauces on the side, the Aush Soup did not come with beef as that's what I picked

I wonder why they have such a low rating.

The customer service was really disrespectful. It was not worth the trip for us to dine here after traveling from Sacramento. The dish is pricey; even after paying more than $20, you won't even be satisfied. When the food is brought, it is not the same as what is described on the menu. I recommend not visiting this restaurant.

Pathetic experience . Ordered sultani kabob and chicken kabob plates . Received white rice with sultani instead of pilaf rice. It’s different to what they describe in the pics. It’s inaccurate description to say the least . Not to forget the portion sizes which are a joke for the premium price they charge . Complete rip-off .

If you’re black just avoid this place. Came here several times and all the times my order took forever. But, people that arrive after me get there’s a lot sooner. If you’re a brother or a sister just avoid this place.
