We are usually getting salads bars. They have lots of items to choose. I like their wings, orange chickens, and clams chowder. Pretty clean and roomy. Parking is excellent. I do recommend this place.

Ribeye was a touch dry, even at medium. Service was fine, oldies on the radio. I got the Steak and Endless Shrimp (usually tri-tip, but you can upgrade to the ribeye).

Literally, my first ever visit to a Sizzler. Was still surprised to see the old dreary outdated wood decor from the 80s? And the carpet was dead. Upgraded to the New York strip for both meals along with mushrooms and onions. One with the 6 piece butterfly shrimp and the other with all you can eat popcorn shrimp. Everything was cooked perfectly for the most part although 1 steak was supposed to be more medium but turned out to be medium rare but not a huge deal. The butterfly shrimp was pretty good along with the fixings except the quality of the steak was pretty low-a bit chewy and bland. I couldn't believe how much shrimp was poured onto the plate. I was trying to direct myself to finish but I left a few. Skip the free soft cheese bread and salad bar for $8. Service was acceptable. Soft serve ice cream was ok. Won't be coming back though.

The place smells a bit crusty upon entering. The service is good and reasonable. The food is poor quality. I think my food was either not heated up to the correct temp or it was from the day before.

The Sizzler was conveniently right next to the Hilton where we were staying. Our first time going and the Service from the Cashier taking our order was Horrible!!! So not used to being treated like this. We definitely Will NOT EVER go back!! Management needs to make sure their Employees treat Customers with Respect!!

The plastic fork broke while cutting the meat. The potatoes were hard, and the steak was overly salty. The only decent menu items here are the burger and French fries. The French fries are seasoned, so there’s no need for dipping sauce.

I often come here around lunch time (I've been there 6times last two weeks) and usually order the “All You Can Eat” salad. However, almost every time I visit, the server only gives me one or two plates at first and then stops bringing more. After that, she ignores me or avoids my eye contact, so I have to walk up and ask for another plate myself. Since this is an “all you can eat” option that I paid for, I don’t understand why getting another plate feels uncomfortable or awkward. Food is ok (but dinner is bad, because they don't refill foods in dinner time but same price as lunch and nothing special), server is terrible because she makes me I don't want to go there. It would be nice if the staff were more attentive and didn’t make customers feel like they’re asking for something they shouldn’t. Food is ok with that price, sometimes the spaghetti is too watery.

What a Journey. It all started with a Party of 4. First, they did not properly log my order, and there was an unnecessary back-and-fourth regarding the number of plates they were willing to give us for the salad bar. Second, they got my order wrong. No biggy. Third, they give me a steak that was supposed to be a ribeye. It was not a ribeye. It was either a sirloin, or the thickest piece of LEAN 0% fat ribeye to ever grace the planets surface- perhaps some kind of GMO ribeye. Fourth, Manager came out and attempted to justify the Ribeye by claiming that technically even though it doesn't look like a ribeye, is not shaped like a ribeye, does not taste like a ribeye, and has no fat like a ribeye, it is IN FACT a ribeye but just the "end cut." While I appreciated the anatomy lesson and am undoubtedly a better person because of it, it did not change the fact that I either got a Ribeye from some kind of government issued tin-can ration, OR I was in fact given a sirloin. Fifth, a separate member of my party was given an actual Sirloin that, through the entire piece of meat, had a Kevlar-grade tendon/silver skin. We all took turns picking a different place to try and cut it, and I believe my efforts to saw through the meat further exacerbated the tendinitis in my wrists. What made this matter more frustrating, the manager attempted to justify it by saying "Yeah, those tri tips tend to have a bit more tendons in them". Meanwhile, I'm wondering why such an alleged tendon-filled piece of meat can be considered edible and isn't instead commercial processed into rope to teach the Boycott how to do a triple bowtie knot. Sixth, I like sliced hardboiled egg in my salad. That container in the salad bar remained totally empty and was not replenished for the duration of my 45 minute visit. Seventh, I need to request the building plans for that establishment from the City Assessor's office. They somehow managed to maintain an ambient temperature of 80ish degrees inside the restaurant, even though it was easily 65 outside. They claimed the AC was on to me and one other patron, but the perspiration dripping into my eyeballs which caused my vision to blur seems indicate otherwise. Opening a door/window to attempt to let the rising levels of CO2 out the door apparently was not an option. Eighth, they did a rather intriguing dance with my credit card. First charging for an additional plate, then refunding a singular dollar (lol?), then charging for the Ribeye I was always originally supposed to get, then attempting to refund the Kevlar that somehow slipped its way onto my friends plate from a local US Marine storage locker. My accountant is going to need the weekend to sort that mess out. In the end, the manager did end up giving some rainchecks and (Supposedly, the excel sheet I need to interpret these various charges/chargebacks still needs analyzed) refunded the sirloin. Also, the Ribeye that I did end up getting after the third try was pretty decent. Thing is, if you are ultimately going to provide the customer with a satisfactory solution to the problem you created, just go ahead and skip all of the BS ad-libbing anatomical arguments for why the piece of meat you gave them is trash/clearly not a ribeye. I wouldn't have taken 20 minutes to thoroughly describe my less-than-ideal experience once I got home if the raincheck and refund were given with nothing more than an apology and a smile. By the way, the ice-cream machine in the back that has a fruit-fly liquid chemical deterrent dutifully guarding the dessert station by sitting on top of the glass display was also pretty good. Although a more ideal approach would be to thoroughly clean that station each night instead of needing to use chemical fruit fly deterrent traps.

Food was horrible!!!!! Just left it that’s how bad it was undercooked!! The steak was awkward shape and look like scraps!! Burger was all salt!! People are nice but Quality of food made you sick. My husband had to stop himself from throwing up horrible experience. I will never eat at a sizzlers ever in my life. Worst mistake waste of money.

I ordered a ribeye steak through the DoorDash app and went to your restaurant to pick up my order. When I went inside, I told them I was there to pick up my order, and I was met with a rude "Sit down here." I then waited for my order, and even though it was ready, nobody informed me, and I received my order cold. Later, when I opened the package at home to eat my meal, I found that the steak was completely burnt. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant; my rating is 0. Encountering such rude staff was also unacceptable. After eating a few pieces of the burnt meat, I had to throw it in the trash.

Ordered salad bar. 40 min later...explosive diarrhea. Can't believe how disgusting Sizzlers has become. Workers and cooks don't care. I noticed one of the salad bar employees placing food back in the container when it was dropped outside the container. 🤢 Workers here don't care about cleanliness. It seems like I'm living in the slums of a 3rd world country. Never going to a Sizzlers again. Overpriced food with no flavor. I've had better food at 🌶. And what's with the lids for to go cup? The cashier refused to give me a lid when previous times we were given lids without asking!

Ordered salad bar and after getting my first and only plate started eating. As I ate I saw a bug crawl out from my salad! After pointing it out to staff and management I got refunded for my order but nothing was done to clean the salad bar. I’m not saying they have a huge problem but the manager saw the bug and did nothing but say they clean it. Eat here at your own risk.
