Having tried out 3-4 bagel/breakfast spots in the Bay, Noah’s Bagels by and large is the best in terms of customer service, quality of food and prices. The first thing that really impressed me here was the feeling of warmth and greetings from the staff. This was not the case in other local places (some other places look upset to see customers:( The staff were extremely accommodating in customizing my bagel (got avocado thrown in there). I got my food in less then 5 minutes and it was busy too. Fantastic atmosphere and I definitely found my go to bagel spot!
My favorite is the power protein bar! Service is great and if you download the app you get points and a free coffee here and there.
I'll admit I'm not very picky about bagels, but I thought theirs were really good! Also enjoyed the shmear (cream cheese) it was the honey almond one, which is so sweet it's basically like cheesecake frosting. Some good sandwich options for lunch, too! Online ordering worked well.
Being from New York, bagels are something i'm always skeptical of outside that area of the country. We got breakfast sandwiches from here and they were delicious. The bagels were unique and flavorful while the rest of ingredients were fresh and complimenting. The decor of the place is cool too, looking like the subway. Highly recommend for all your bagel needs.
This location is convenient if you work in Santa Clara. I frequent Noah's Bagels for a light breakfast and coffee during my northward commute on San Tomas in the mornings. The staff keep it nice and clean, and are super friendly, something you don't often come across early in the day. The parking can be a little cramped sometimes, but that never stopped me from copping their delicious bacon Swiss spinach bagel sandwich. I don't know what that sauce is that they are putting in it, but that is my favorite option from their menu. Also, their coffee is pretty good too, saved my life a few times.
Authentic New York-Style Bagels in Santa Clara! Noah’s Bagels is a game-changer for bagel lovers in the area. Their bagels have that perfect New York texture—crisp on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Every bite brings me back to the bagel shops of NYC! Their menu offers a variety of bagel flavors and spreads, and the breakfast sandwiches are phenomenal. The everything bagel with cream cheese is a personal favorite, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything here.
Decent place to get a great bagel I believe this is the same as Einstein’s. Silva can be slow as customers take their time to place the order so order ahead. They have my favorite bagel type ancient grain
Staff is a bit overworked but flavors were consistent and coffees were good and fresh. Brisket bagel isn't on the store menu but you could ask for it it's pretty good. Parking is good enough since it's in the suburbs. Restrooms are not available which makes it inconvenient but it's not the end of the world. Not really a person that eat carbs, but this is good enough
First time going here for lunch ! I got a turkey club on an Asiago bagel 🥯 yumm it comes with turkey / bacon/ avocado / lettuce / tomato and sauce it was very very good. Recommend for a good little lunch and they have breakfast and other items !
Updated to 5 stars since they fixed the issue with low inventory. Thanks and sorry for being so harsh. Sorry I have to give 2 stars since they always don’t have jalapeño and I ordered ahead and nothing is ready. I paid for Jalapeño and I get other alternative bagel. Lines are busy on weekend and you have to wait.

Not only did Jasmine take my order promptly, but they also took the time to ensure that my preferences were met, going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect from suggesting what's new and what's popular at there restaurant. Hello everyone. Ready for breakfast. 1st time at the restaurant. Ordered a bagel with lox n cream cheese. It was delicious. I also ordered a bagel with double egg n cheese + coffee. It was also good. Staff was very nice n friendly. They got my order done quickly. I was shocked , how fast they made it. This was during the early morning hours. I’ll come back again for sure. Try it and enjoy. Thanks

I have patronized this Noah's Bagels location before. Though I do not live in Santa Clara, a family member lives nearby. They used to have indoor seating, though I can't really remember whether they still do now. In any case, I have found it is better to get your bagel to go, as most customers do. Located at the intersection of El Camino Real and San Tomas Expressway, it is a busy spot with lots of foot traffic. In my opinion, the quality of the bagels has declined slightly since my first visit several years ago. Their "shmears" (such as cream cheese) are slightly less generous, their bagels have declined slightly in quality, being more bread like and less chewy, like the bagels that I prefer. I attribute that, at least in part, to having been acquired by Panera Brands, home of Panera Bread and Einstein Bros Bagels. Still for a quick bagel to go, I think that Noah's, though not perfect, is still a option for me.
I come in here every weekend before I head out to my tournaments. This place is always busy in the morning, which could attest to how many people enjoy this place. The line is always long no matter when I go, and the wait is decent, but there is no other bagel place nearby. The staff is always nice and friendly. I'm giving this place 4 instead of 5 stars because of the fact that one day I was waiting for my bagel and I was overhearing a customer complain that they had messed up 3 of his 4 bagel orders. I usually don't have problems with my toasted blueberry bagel with blueberry shmear, but that day, when I had already arrived at my destination, I realized they had messed up my order to. Make sure to check your order before you leave.
Went there at 9am they had a lot of fresh bagel options. We ordered the nova lox and chorizo/avocado bagel sandwiches. Super fresh and yummy! Will definitely be back! Customer service was pretty good too.
Ordered 2 sandwiches on gourmet bagels and both came out great. My wife and I both enjoyed our meal.i reduced 1 star since I felt the place was a little dirty. They also seem to have storing racks in the dining area.
The Bagels were ok, their breakfast bagel sandwich is good (according to my Daughter) LOL. The staff are not communicative or friendly. They could do better on customer service...
This is a nice place. Had a ‘power up’ without Turkey from the menu and coffee. Both the items were tasty and good. Service is fast. The place is very small (only negative about the place). We literally had our table next to washroom. Apart from that it’s a nice breakfast place. I loved their whole wheat bagels.
The everything Bagel is a bit hard to bite & chew, but the taste is great! Couldn't find hot drinks without caffeine 🥲
Pretty good bagels and some friendly service. They have a couple tables for outside dinning. Lastly, they are following social distancing protocols well!

Three stars for the speedy service in completing my order! Would have given more stars but, the two employees who were working at the time I walked in were a bit rude & seemed unfriendly! After mentioning that it was my first time visiting a noah's bagels, northern really seemed to give a damn one way or another! Not sure what I wanted to order, northern bothered making a suggestion or pointing out popular items from the menu! So, I just ordered what I went there for, requested by my friends & got out of there making a mental note not to go back to that location!
This place needs to improve its service. Waited for over an hour for my order and when I received the bagels were super cold. They didn’t even offer cream and sugar for the coffee. It seems they don’t have enough people or there’s no structure. It used to be one of my fave spots; not anymore.
I came in at 815. The staff looked extremely frenzied and rushed. They didn't have alot of product out. I would recommend that the staff pop in to work early for whatever prep work needs to be completed for their morning Rush. Quality of the food was good and it came out timely enough. They just didn't have the items I wanted to order.
Always a wait because the employees are slow and a bit disorganized. I had to read their 'special'/Monday deal to them as neither of the two people who tried to help me knew what was going on. The first person actually just walked away, as soon as I requested it, muttering something about it not being her job. Another time I tried to come here, there were several employees in the shop but only one person picking out bagels and ringing up customers; he didn't seem to have any system as sometimes he'd gice the bagel and then charge the customer right away, and other times he'd give food to a couple customers at a time but then leave them waiting to pay while he helped and rang up other customers who came later. The layout of this small shop causes a jam at the door, and the lot is also small and quite busy as there are 5 or 6 other food places in this . The employees are also not quite friendly, and while they do use gloves, they don't always take them off/change them when going between touching money and grabbing your bagel.
We haven't been to Noah's in years and decided to go, the bagels are so small and cream cheese was as thin as if I put butter on my toast. My husband tried the Lox lunch box and we asked for no capers, they put capers🫣 This was first time trying a Lox bagel and he said it was just OK. The veggies were fresh the pickle it came with was old. I remember years ago they would put so much cream cheese and bagels were much better. Well the workers were super nice and friendly!
I’ve turned into a regular and love the bagels here. Double stack is my favorite. The one thing they need to address is on the customer service (1) the orders don’t have the names written on them and I’ve had challenges finding my food and the team didn’t know if an order is ours or whose, (2) the person taking our order in the morning was not friendly and seemed irritated to be there. I don’t expect smiley faces but can’t accept poor service either
The staff were fine and the dining room was okay. The bagels were decent too. Mostly I’m giving this place a three star due to the grossness of the bathroom. We only arrived early at 9-9:30 am and the bathroom was in horrible shape. Clearly no one had cleaned it during the Night Shift from the night before. The toilet obviously had mold lines in the bowl and the trash can was full. If their bathroom was this bad, how clean can their kitchen be? Clean your restrooms, Noah Bagel people. Your management isn’t on the ball here.

Not sure what happened. This morning I ordered jalapeño bagel and asked them to double toast it - they clearly didn't. it was cold but I was like fine it's ok. I ordered also a coffee and bought it to work man ... it's the worst ever. Cold plus more milk. No one made it that way before. That's why I said not sure what happened today. This place is usually good have been coming in for years but not today. I regret going there for a pre-birthday breakfast.

Decided to try Noah's for the first time (09/17/2024). I had to wait close to 30 mins just to order. I ordered a large caramel Latte with an extra shot and a 6-cheese bagel with extra smear. When I received my order, the employee yelled Caramel Macchiato. I told her I didn't order a macchiato and she said "it's the same thing" and gave me my order. I decided to grab the items because I was already there for almost 40 mins by the time I got my items. It felt as if I was burden and a number to the company. The employee looked like an Asian lady about 5'9" and approximately 250lbs. She didn't bother to fix my order at all. I decided to give Noah's a second attempt this morning (09/18/2024) this time I placed my order online since yesterday I had to wait approx 40 mins just to place and receive my order. I placed the order for pick-up at 07:50a.m, I placed my at 07:13a.m. and when I picked up my order at exactly 7:50a.m. The two bagels were cold as if they had been heated earlier and placed in the bag and they cooled down. The bagels had a glue-like strechy consistency. They were definitely NOT packaged for pick at 7:50a.m. I literally gave this company two tries and failed. Very disappointed, it was definitely not worth my money of approximately $40 in total. I know this doesn't mean anything to Noah's and store owner. Wish they fix the employees attitudes because the quality of the food isn't bad, just wish they did it correctly so we can enjoy a warm meal/breakfast.
This location has issues with bagel availability. I ordered a chocolate chip bagel on their app to pick up, but the order wasn't there when I arrived. I wait and wait and wait...finally somebody asks what I'm waiting for. I told them my name and order, and come to find out, they didn't have ANY chocolate chip bagels then. On a Saturday morning. Would have been nice to know when I had ordered. This wasn't the first time they were out of certain bagels already on Saturday morning.
I have had bagels from this place before and I had loved them too. Went after a long time today and was a little disappointed with the service. We took jalapeno bagel and spinach swiss bagel. The jalapeño bagel had no jalapeños. All of them had dropped off from the bagel which totally ruined the experience. They must be watchful and give customers what they pay for. The spinach bagel was good.
Usually love Noah's bagels... But I went into this one on New year's day and had a pretty unnerving experience. My girlfriend and I both ordered bagels (chocolate and onion) with cream cheese (regular and jalapeno). I started eating mine and it tasted strangely fishy. I opened up the bagel and the cream cheese did not look or taste like what I had had before. Sure enough, my girlfriend started eating hers and said her tasted fishy too. I'm assuming this was a huge cross contamination error and the employee probably used the same spreader for fish as with other spreads. I'm just thankful this happened to us and not anyone with a fish allergy... Kinda sketch
Very poor service. Been here several times and they keep getting rude and disinterested in good service. This latest time I was there with my baby, and needed some room temperature water. I cannot believe this was such a hard thing for them to provide. We had to buy the bottle, then realized it was cold, we gave the bottle back but they didn't give us the money, we said that's fine, they started rolling their eyes at us and muttering amongst themselves and repeating whatever's in the front is all we have. After a hard night with your baby when you step out early morning for a bagel and coffee, all you're wishing for is someone who treats you nicely. I'll never go here again. People at Starbucks are so much friendlier

Went to get two breakfast sandwiches the other morning and never again will I go there. The sandwiches were smaller than my palm and cost $15 each. And the sandwiches were not even good. This place clearly is following shrinkflation. Paris Baguette is right across the street and is worth every penny. Don’t waste money at Noah’s.
I visited Noah's Bagels for the first time. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the unfriendly behavior of one of the staff members, a Mexican lady who seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. Despite my husband's attempts to engage her in conversation, she remained curt and dismissive, even speaking to her colleagues in Spanish in front of us, which came across as rude. While the food was enjoyable, the poor service left a sour taste. If this employee continues to provide such a negative experience, it may deter customers from returning to Noah's Bagels.
It's frustrating to waste your money on food which is not prepared as orderd it, cold Hash browns in the inside, ordered toasted bagels and they were cold. Plus rude service ......
Came to get breakfast and coffee, upon getting a coffee, they out and my cup was half full, I told staff that coffee is out, one lady came to check CREAMER instead of checking the coffee container. Another lady came, and said there’s more in it. Came back to fill up my coffee, lady was looking as there’s no more coffee coming out! Instead of doing her job to make more coffee she told me to press the handle harder? Like she doesn’t have common sense! How will a coffee come out there when it’s empty! Simply you need to do your job and refill the container!
Not pleased with the service. The lady seemed u knowledgeable about the products and annoyed. I was the first customer in the shop. I could not get the appropriate help to find what I wanted to orders I grew annoyed and went with something simple. Shops like this make me wish there was a Siegal's Bagel Mania here.
I was there at 1pm and the person at the counter was really rude. As always they were out of Jalapeño bagels. I asked for coffee, he said no coffee as they shut off their machine. I asked why and he says coz they close at 2pm they shut it at 1pm itself. I asked if the restroom is open he said nope they had closed that too. So basically he had already made up his mind to be rude to anyone who entered their store after 1 guess. So just close the store at 1 if you have such bad attitude. I don’t come to your store everyday and I don’t pay cash to receive bad aura from others. Don’t be negative, if you’re having a bad time take a break.
Order took forever to be prepared . I had ordered curb side pickup but after waiting 20 mins I went to check in for my order . After I asked for the worker about my order then she started making it and it took her another 15 mins to make just 2 simple egg cheese bagel sandwich. And also when I asked milk to be added to my iced coffee it seem like she was upset when I asked her to add a little bit more milk . Very slow service . Would not recommend this location . Bascom , campbell service is much better and fast
I ordered a bagel dog through Grubhub and after eating half of it, I found a long black strand of hair inside. Majority of the hair was located between the hotdog and the bread, but a portion of it was stuck inside the bread. I guess wearing hairnets while prepping their bagel dogs is not mandatory. Fortunately, I was able to receive a full refund from Grubhub.
This was the SADDEST Lox and cream cheese on an everything bagel I've ever had. Service was borderline rude, and got the order wrong when I asked for 2 oz she gave me only 1.
While their fresh bagels taste great, I have been given some not so fresh bagels in my bakers dozen assortment. One other surprise was that the lady who gave me my bakers dozen, thought it was a good idea to put a bagel that has been previously sliced and cut in my order. This was a bagel that was sitting in their basket of bagels and were probably trying to get rid of it at first chance. I do not think I'll be going back to that location.
Ordered online went to pick up they were out of hash browns and they said they can’t do anything and they have to cancel the order. Very poor management and worst customer service!

I came into the store about 10 minutes before clothes and ordered a toasted bagel with EXTRA cream cheese. I made sure to go out of my way and ask for extra cream cheese, but not only did they give me less than the normal amount, they also didn't even toast my bagel. I walked back into the store five minutes after I had ordered to tell them, and they would not let me back inside the store. I work in food service so I understand that it can get frustrating when people come in towards closing time but come on, It's like they went out of their way to mess up my order out of pettiness. They also basically forced my boyfriend out of the store.
