Good menu selection. The Belgian Waffle Slam was great, as is the mango lemonade. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. A nice oasis in canyon country on the way between the desert and LA.
Specials great food amazing service..... our go to for sure
The server was really nice, went in for lunch we sat right away . Food was really good , the place is in a nice area.. decent amount of parking .
Enjoy a delightful breakfast with pancakes in a beautiful quiet setting. This location is located in the far back behind arcos gas station. I lived in Santa Clarita for a couple of years, and I never knew this restaurant was located there.
Excellent service put us by the window so we could see our dog fast with the food and it was hot opened up an area for us to that was closed. For us and our 🐕 very appreciative for that kindness!! 3 thumbs awesome
I know Denny’s is “just” a diner, but the quality of its food and friendly service are dependable and available 24 hours a day which is great for me since I am often driving long distances at night and need a place to decompress from the road. Thank you, Denny’s!
I came in super late night with a friend. Chang was our server and he was so courteous and kind. I asked for Hot chocolate and some creamers, but he told me he could make it with milk (never has a Denny's employee offered that before) it made such a huge difference to my experience to have a waiter who cared about the quality of the food, experience and dining. Even when they were out of large sausage, he let me know and I told him the small ones were fine and he ended up giving me 4 instead of 2! He noticed right away when drinks got low and when plates were empty. Clearing soundlessly. Never interrupted a conversation. Seriously, I haven't seen this kind of service since the 90s and it was so shocking that it completely made me question why I avoided Dennys so much. Normally the quality of the food makes me sick most of the time, but I can honestly say, even with battling morning sickness, I didn't have a stomach ache or any issues. The food was high quality and filling. If Dennys keeps training and hiring such detail oriented and attentive staff, I might as well dine there all the time. Trust me, I will be back to show my gratitude to Chang in the future. Could not be happier! Attention Denny's: keep up the unexpected quality of service and reward the hard workers like Chang! Keep up the good work!
This was so cute it is probably the smallest Denny's I have ever seen. It was clean and the waitress' were very nice. Food was so good. We were passing through and hungry that hit the spot.
This is another wonderful branch of Denny’s restaurant. They have enough parking, beautiful interior design and most importantly, operated 24/7.
Eggs were dry looked like under heat lamp, not the fluffy same we enjoy on our reg.visits😡
Denny's has to be one of the most underrated restaurants. Recently, they revamped the items on their menu such as their pancakes and hash browns. Their pancakes almost taste like their homemade, something you don't get in huge chains like this. They were delicious. Their hash browns were also great. Golden and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. I honestly haven't had hash browns this good in awhile. Most of the time at restaurants, they're excessively salty. However, this Denny's (or maybe all Denny's) found out how to make them perfectly. The service here is great, always serving with a smile. They provide refills often and check up often. Would recommend this Denny's.
Order food to go. Often times when I go to any restaurant, I order plain hamburger patties minus salt. Not recommended here. 9.50 for 2 burger patties alone. Other than that - kudos to the sweet young lady that put my order together. Don't forget to tip, even to go orders. They still have to wait on you, and pay taxes on every order placed. 😒🙏🙏
Everyone knows about Denny's. Lots of tasty food here.
It was great, food was excellent even though it was outside. The service was absolutely amazing it was quick and friendly, even though she was facing Gail force winds her dedication to our being served was beyond excellent. In fact the entire staff, cooks bussing staff were great. Did not here one complaint from other customers while we were there.
We had a large group, 26, they reserved a special room, designated 2 servers just for us, wrote separate tickets for those of us that wanted them. Food was served hot with friendly service. We were allowed to stay and visit without being rushed to pay or leave.
Good coffee house food. Fair prices. 90% of the time we only go if Orlando is working. Very pleasant & ALWAYS get our order just right.
Even though there was A/C issues in mid August we had a great salmon dinner. Service was excellent 👌. With AARP card we had 20%off about 9 dollars .
My family always stops here after a long trip. The staff is always kind and conversational, the vibes are great, and the food is good! They have a few new items, so we tried them. They all tasted great!
I love this Denny's , it's better than the one less than a mile away from me. Service is great, they even remember my wife and I. We stop here to eat when we come from our ucla doctor's appointments. Food is always consistently the same even when I request my eggs to have browning on them. Everything is done with Love. It gives a hometown vibe, eve if your not a local. We forget we're in Denny's. This place is in a class of its own. Love it ❤️
Surprisingly good food. Everything was cooked to perfection and good service as well. Our entire party commented about how exceptional this particular Denny's was.
Great for an after work meal on my way home.
This location is awesome! Not too close to our home but we are willing to make the trip. We can't get over how friendly the staff is! And the food (breakfast) never let’s us down. The cooks seem nice and no matter how busy they are, I've never seen the cooks get frazzled.
Omg so incredibly good! Great cozy atmosphere and my wife and I both had the country fried steak 55 and older senior dinner. Super super delicious with veggies and corn. Yum. Karina was a wonderful waitress with great old fashioned service and company. My wife and I had a great little chat with her and made us feel at home.
Who doesn't love Denny's. They don't get enough support now they don't stay open 24 any more. They were the last . I'm bummed.
Very Nice Place to coming to East good Food 👍 👌 👏 😀 🙌
Fast and friendly service. My burger was juicy and tasty. Son was happy with his chicken dippers and dad was loving their chicken strips and fries. Great first stop for our road trip. We're all happy and full ☺
Waited 10 mins for drinks and to have our order taken and 20 mins for dessert to be served! Hardly anyone in here...should have been a sign. Used to be a nice place to get some fast and tasty food. Not fast now, but, still tasty.
Nice and quiet late night dinner. Service was excellent and staff was very nice. Food was delicious and special requests were made just as we ordered. Even got to choose to sit in the front to watch our Harleys while we dined... Definitely will make this a regular place to stop for a bite when passing through.
Really enjoyed the 50s/60s music. The food was good. Karina was great. She took great care of us!
I typically visit this place at random times of the day when I have a long trip back from LA going back to Palmdale. No matter how late or early I go staff there is always friendly and food always hits the spot.
Just stop by here for breakfast. Food was great. Service was awesome. Five star all the way.
Play some good oldies...my favorite is their hamburger ! The meat quality is the best..
One of the waitresses was really rude to the Cook she was yelling at him in Spanish for all the customers to here our waiter was very nice. They only had one cook but that didn't matter to us she should have disrespect him like that
So this Denny's has been here forever it is a pit stop for when people come back home to the antelope valley Santa Clarita area from Los Angeles At least in my experience I've never had a bad experience here definitely have seen weird things in the parking lot late at night but what do you expect When you're open 24/7 I always stop and get gas there's a gas station in the same parking lot But the service at Denny's is always good always served with a smile It tastes the same every time I hope it stays here forever
Great restaurant next to the 14 highway plenty of parking with excellent service. plenty of tables ready to be served. The only reason why I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the kitchen didn't listen to the exact instructions that was very simple but I asked for them.
We got our booth for 5 pretty quick. Everyone enjoyed their food. I'm not happy cranberry juice isn't an option & the girls didn't get the advertised cup they wanted.
I'm still over the moon for "Moons Over My Hammy." 🤩 This is a very well-managed restaurant. No matter how busy they get, the kitchen cranks out good, old-fashioned diner comfort food, and the wait staff gets it to you while it's still hot. 😋
Great food! Just don't ever order food to have delivered to your house , super expensive ! I paid almost 100 dollars for 2 dinner meals and 2 shakes and one drink. The delivery person cool.
This is definitely one of the better Denny's I've been to...believe me I've seen my fair share Denny's. The service was great the parking is plentiful. It doesn't get too crowded. The food is good and cooked to order. I haven't had a burger there in a years but I did recently, and Denny's has definitely stepped up their burger game. The everyday value menu does not disappoint, you can accommodate the thinnest of budgets. Recommended.
My 4 & 5 year old boys said the grilled cheese and macaroni & cheese was good. They finished all their food. I had a turkey and avocado sandwich. Was pretty good. Fast service, friendly waiter. Truthfully, more expensive than I remembered but it's all good.
I hadn't visited a Denny's in years because I was not pleased with their food. My bfs parents wanted to take me to breakfast so I couldn't turn down their offer. I was pleased with the food! I ordered the country fried steak and eggs. The food was so good that I decided to go back the following weekend!
This place is getting better. They broke down and fixed the A/C so your summer days will be bearable. It's a very old restaurant and needs a remodle/ freshen up to say the least.
I had the wild salmon salad. It was pretty good! At least the fish was seasoned with salt and pepper and was cooked perfectly. Salmon is usually a hit or miss with a lot of establishments. Either it's not cooked enough all the way or it's cooked too much to where it's dry and just not good. A lot of places don't even season the fish either. So great job, Denny's. My sig other seemed to enjoy his superbird and said it was pretty tasty.
There is something nostalgic about Denny's, particularly this one. On the outskirts of LA this is the perfect stop after escaping traffic. The service is great. The food is fairly priced though. Not the best in the world. This Denny's definitely has an atmosphere that is truly California.
Hard to mess up Dennys. Wouldn't recommend wings at a breakfast spot, take that as you will.
Our Waitress Was Really Nice Ordering Was Quick And Easy But Food Was Terrible The Tenders Were Over Fried So Hard To Eat
I usually stop by Denny’s once a week and ELLA continues to be an amazing servicer every time I’m there to do late night homework assignments or just to get a bite to eat. I appreciate her service and she shows immense dedication to being a Denny’s employee. She made my experience one to remember.
Location:Good, Parking:Good, Service:Good, Food for price: Good, Overall: 1st time try at this Location and I can say I was impressed. The portion sixes were better than in other Dennys I've been to. The Cinamon Crumb pancakes were just the best and if I ever land in that area again I know where to go for breakfast!
Have came to this Dennys years back and service hasn't changed. They have a lot of employees but all are very slow and our food took a while to come out. The time we we got there wasn't super full so I'm not sure why service took long to get. Attendant only came after she would check on the other tables. Didn't feel I got my money worth. Will stick to going to the Dennys near magic mountain.
Slow but friendly service. There's always something wrong with the order. Portions have shrunk significantly, even coffee cups are smaller. Good luck on getting that second cup without waiting long.I go because it's closer than IHOP. It's not terrible, just hmm.. not as good as it can be
I've got to say I love biscuits and gravy , hash browns on the side. The sausages were a little raw I said something to the server they told me that they came that way they only warm them up. I asked him to please take it off my bill just a sausage and he takes off my granddaughter's beverage go figure LOL. Other than that I love Denny's. Just make sure those sausage links are fully cooked.
The amount of meat in my wife’s cheeseburger was minimal. My sandwich was a mushroom burger, but hot peppers replaced in. It made it too spicy.
Friendly staff, food was good for a Denny's. Kid's mac n' cheese is a hard no, but the baked mac is pretty good. Onion rings are nice, and the burgers had some nice fresh greens.
Okay guys so we were on our way to the In-N-Out on the same exit but it was ridiculously I'm not a line waiting person so we downgraded to go to Denny's but you know what did there any experience was not that bad good service polite and the food was okay kids ended up liking it. Although in the parking lot it got crazy with guys fighting and arguing screaming at each other I suggest they get some kind of security guard there I think there is a bar in the same Shopping Center #breakfastallday #pancakes
This Denny's location is conveniently right off the freeway. There is also plenty if parking, and always has an open table. Unfortunately not all of the employees are friendly, and sometimes the food is lacking in flavor. However, for the price, its acceptable.
The hostess was a very nice Lady. Sorry I didn't get her name. Kimberly our waitress though was so boring. I usually go to the Denny's in Lancaster 20th Street West and Ave K. Kimberly could use some training on smiling and courtesy from there. If you don't like the job get another one. I spend my money at a restaurant for good food and a nice atmosphere made that way by the workers that serve me. I am not a bad customer. The food was great on the other hand. Always is. Thank you and God bless you.
Not a bad dennys, the food was as good as dennys food gets. The service was just okay, very nice waitress, but she didn't come by after we got our food to offer anything or give a single refill on our drinks. But everything we ordered was correct, at least. They always seem to have some sort of electrical issue, though. The past two times I've been there, the power was either off or the AC was not working, so they just had industrial fans going, which it was still pretty hot in there. All that being said, at least they are still 24hours. So if you're hungry late at night, it's still worth it to go.
Our 'Male Hispanic Waiter' provided barely mediocre service at best. He had a very poor attitude and actually 'mocked me' for only leaving him a $2.00 tip. In retrospect, I should 'NOT' have given him any tip at all for his poor service. Our early morning breakfast group, and I won't be eating there again. The nearby IHOP will be getting all our business!
Food is usually pretty good. Served hot and fresh. The service is nothing special. If eating there they'll greet you, take your drink and food order, bring it out and bring you the bill; if you need anything you have to get their attention. If you go in to pick up a phone/ carry out order, they just hand you the food. They make you feel like you are bothering or inconveniencing them or something. You could be standing there, bag in hand, needing help as they walk past you or stand 10 ft away and chitchat with fellow coworkers, and will not help you unless you wave them down and ask.
We revisited this Denny's, a few times recently, and have been pleasantly surprised by the noticeable improvements. The restaurant appears cleaned up and the servers seem like they want to work there. We spoke to the manager, who was very pleasant and helpful. Also, there are some reasonable menu options to be found if you are watching your budget. We are pleased that this particular Denny's is back on our list of local places to go for diner style food!
Food is Denny's food. Hit and miss! however this Denny's is so convenient you think there service would have to be better. We stopped in and after ordering realized we weren't just sweating from working so hard, their AC was not working. Would have been nice to know sitting down to eat. Server is always just mediocre and food takes forever
The food was decent, but the low stars have to do with quality of service. I am not sure how many were in the kitchen, but at one point, I counted about seven staff in the dining room. There was food piled up at the counter with plates overflowing for about five minutes before anyone noticed. We ordered drinks and food at the same time. My coke was watered down (carbonation and syrup wasn't right) and our three dishes took a half hour to receive. Normally, I don't complain, but during this time, our waiter never once checked on us except to bring our food. We even had to hunt him down to get the bill. It may have been busy, but there were empty tables, people getting up and leaving before being served and the overflow of food waiting to be picked up brought us to the edge. I really don't think we will make our way back to this Denny's.
Food was good like any other Denny’s but there was some fresh ants accompanying us along with some fruit flies, yes lord. Service was not so good barely greeted us and didn’t ask if we wanted anything else and just left us our check In a rude manner. Never coming again. 🫡
Whatever time you think you'll spend here, double it. The wait time was abysmal and the food was cold and dry by the time it arrived on our table. Just as I was canceling the food, all of a sudden the lady was rushing to the table to serve. Someone stopped by our table twice to ask "how was everything" and when we asked for a refill twice, it was ignored both times. If you're gonna ignore a customer, commit to it all the way.
Took over 15 mins just to get a waitress to order our coffee another 15 mins to get it. The food also took a long time to get to our table. The only good thing was the table next to us felt so sorry for us they paid our bill and we didn’t know. Wish we could have thanked them.
Stop Jared to get a bite to eat on my way home ordered a Cobb salad. Please note their Cobb salads do not have chicken and only like two and a half pieces of avocado if you're lucky. They brought the dressing left it sitting on my table for like 5 minutes before my salad showed up the salad was not much to look at Brown lettuce on the top. I will not stop here again
I don't understand when you get to a restaurant and there's just tables sitting around that are all dirty with dirty dishes like nobody cares to pick them up. Then when they finally sit you down at a table, the table is actually dirty and sticky. It's disgusting. Makes no sense to me. They weren't even busy. Then I went specifically for pumpkin pancakes because Denny's pumpkin pancakes are absolutely the yummiest and they didn't have any. They said that there was some issue with their supply or something. Very disappointed.
Dirty, Food tasted off. There was a fly flying around inside.
Ordered the French toast slam eggs over easy and well... that's what I got..... a super under steamed egg. The yolk was like over medium and the whites were still runny!!!! Bad customer service. Tables were dirty when we walked in and the time we left. No coffee refills or water refills. Did not check to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything 2.69 for coffee ? I got a half cup and had to fill the rest with creamer and sugar
Waited an hour and a half to be seated, larger groups were seated before us. When we asked why this was happening an employee said they called our name half an hour ago (they did not)
The owner is an idiot. Myself and 5 others walk in to have dinner, THE PLACE HAS 2 PEOPLE ONLY, and we are sat down in a corner with little room. I can't remember her name, but we were hosted by an older Hispanic woman. She takes our drink orders and we wait. Drinks take a little longer than usual, no big deal. The orange juice we ordered was pure concentrate. It was like drinking glue. She had forgotten my drink. So I wait about 5 minutes after everyone else gets theirs, I flag her down and say excuse me, I'm missing my coke. She says "oh." A few minutes pass, she seats two more people, and low and behold, both of them get their drinks brought to them. So at this point we have been here for about an hour, still no food, no drink, and no one has come by to check in on us. So we all get up to leave. We tell her its ridiculous that we waited this long for food, let alone a drink, especially after you have brought others' drinks after I ordered, waited and then reminded you. She says something to the owner in Spanish, and they're talking for a minute or so, as we are waiting to pay for the drinks we got, minus the one we never did. The owner says "If the food is ready, you can not leave. I will not allow you to leave until you pay for the food." I said okay, bring the food to our table then, it's not there. Where is it? The lady tells the cooks to stop cooking in Spanish, that we are leaving. I ask the owner, why do they need to stop cooking if our food is ready? Huh? He gives me a dirty look, and talks to his server. We have been here over and hour now, and now it's an ordeal in front of the 3 other people in the restaurant. The owner than says, "okay bye, you no want to eat, bye. We don't want you here." I said excuse me, I'd love to eat the food I ordered over an hour ago, and the drink would have been great. He says no, bye. What a clown. Lol.
14.00 for a veggie omelet. One greasy flat egg with uncooked hard onion and uncooked hard green pepper. No sides since they no longer have cottage cheese. Dennys use to have good fluffy eggs.
When we got inside Denny's there was no air conditioning. It's July 1st today and it was extremely hot. All the servers were very uncomfortable but they still stayed extremely nice. We all ordered a piece of cheesecake to go and left.
Very hot. I don’t think establishments should be open if the ACs are this broken. We came in here almost a month and a half ago, and it still exactly the same. We showed up about 4 AM and the ranch was very runny like water on our salad. Asked for another side, same thing. We gave up and just ate it without more ranch. Please fix your AC, not only for your customers, but for your employees. This isn’t right.
Took over 20 minutes to come and take our order. Veggies looked like they had been torched, not cooked. My steak, which I ordered as medium, was well done. Worst service I have had at this Dennys.
We went there today at 5 pm. The restaurant had a handful of customers and not busy. It took a whole hour for the food to arrive. We also ordered regular water and a cup of coffee. After 30 minutes of waiting for the water and coffee to arrive, my husband went and asked for the water. Then I had to go and ask for the coffee. I had to ask for it 3 times. The service was really bad and they didn't seem to care.
Ive gone here a few times and it's always been pretty good but today was terrible. Went in got seated fairly fast. Then once seated it took a little while to get a server then once we ordered our drinks and food it took almost a half hour just to get drinks then over half an hour to finally get the food and once we got it, my french toast, eggs, bacon and sausage were completly cold, my bfs fries were cold as well. People everywhere were complaining and one couple actually got up and left. We talked to the manager who I think cared about the situation, which usually a nice lady, took our bill and took 20% off which that's a nice gesture but on a 30 dollar bill for food that I almost could eat and took forever to get, 6 dollars is hardly compensation, but a decent step in the right direction. Not sure I'll be going back.
This was our second try at this location. We live in Antelope Valley and this place is just off the freeway on the way home. The first time it was Christmas day and it was a bit busy, our food was served after 45 minute wait (We understood because it was a holiday) They did forget 1 of our kids plate and was brought to him after we were all almost done eating. Spoke to the manager and he said " Its a holiday nothing I can do" So we left dissapointed because we expected the manager to apologize and address the issue with the server. Anyways, this second time, its almost empty... The server was friendly and whatnot but once again, 1 of our kids plate and 1 appetizer was forgotten and were brought after we were all done eating. This is not right, we were hoping to have a nice family dinner and we had to sit here and ask and ask for our food. Our other kids shared their dinners with our son. So overall this place sucks. They only keep going because of the 14 fwy and the travelers. So drive down to COCOs across the street.
Good morning everyone.... Today is Veterans Day and being a Marine Corps Veteran I wanted to for the first time try the whole experience of getting treated for my service. I just got off my 14 hours on duty and haven't slept since Sunday morning. So I came in and asked to get my Grand Slam to go so I could eat it and then go right to sleep but I guess Denny's doesn't allow the Veteran to take their food home so I'm going home on an empty stomach but I guess that's a good thing so I don't get too fat from eating and then sleeping. Thank you away Denny's hopefully that policy could be looked at so we that can't stay to eat can still enjoy our rewards some other time. Marine Corp Veteran Edwin.
Service was okay. The food was okay. The restaurant is scorching hot, there is no ac. We had to leave the restaurant before even ordering. You can tell the waiters and waitresses are having a hard time on the floor and are pouring drenched in sweat. To treat these workers like Amazon factory workers, is not right. I don’t know who owns or runs this place, but it’s way too hot for even customers to sit in here. Inhumane as I came here nearly a month ago and it was just as hot - take better care of your workers. It’s so hot here the ranch in the salad is like water and melting.
I dont complain, but this place should be looked at with a fine tooth comb. I came in tonight to have dinner with my family and ended up leaving hungry. The waiter seemed annoyed to have to help anyone one. We ordered our appetizer ( cheese sticks), which came with more than half of them without cheese on the inside. The waiter had the cook heat up more and placed the same sauce and celery (which he held in his hand without cloves) back onto the plate. When our food came out, I picked up a piece of bacon and found a hair intertwined into it. I notified the waiter and he took my plate "fix the issue" then about 2 minutes later a female(I assume the manager) brings back a plate the same plate with the same food minus the hair. That is just nasty. I have been in the food industry. You are SUPPOSED to bring a whole new plate of food. Soo I decided I no longer wanted to eat for fear that my food would just come back if I asked for a replacement. I will never come back. My husband said the food wasn't good. Thankfully they were nice enough to have taken that meal off the ticket, but the lady didn't seem to please by it.
Cannot recommend this place. Took my family in here Thursday afternoon . The food was hot and fresh, but couldn’t enjoy it due to the sweltering heat. I really don’t think this place should be open until the AC is fixed. Saw another party leave. The condiments were runny like soup, my wife got another dressing switched out for soupy ranch dressing, someone needs to figure out that out here as they clearly don’t know how to make it. The employees were very nice despite all this, I sure wouldn’t have patience here. My wife had to take my baby to the car halfway through lunch due to the insanely hot place - we are not coming back here. Been a customer here 11 years and I’m done.
Awful coffee and basic ice tea are $4 EACH. All menu items are overpriced and obviously everything has gone to just off brand frozen. Dennys used to be where youd go late at night or for an ok bite to eat. Not worth it anymore.
I would give this location zero stars if I could. We waited almost 25 minutes for two omelettes (which were cold), a hamburger, pancakes, and toast. Actually, we only received the omelettes and pancakes after 25 minutes. For whatever reason, the hamburger and toast arrived about 5 minutes later. My omelette was only lukewarm, and the rest of the food was adequate at best. However, the quality of the food isn’t my main criticism of this location. My main criticism is of the service. When I inquired with Sandra, the manager that morning, as to when our food would come, she shrugged, made some vague comment about there being a problem with our order, and walked away. I didn’t expect her to take items off our check, but a “Oh I’m sorry about that. I’ll go see what’s going on with your order” would have been nice and shown that she cared somewhat for our business. Instead, she seemed like she could not care less. Our server, Angel, was equally inattentive and apathetic, not apologizing for the delay or checking on us afterward. I would be more understanding if it was a super busy morning but it didn’t look that busy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
By far the worst service ever. We didn't get greeted. We had to let the manager know that we were ready to order. So the manager took our order after we had been sitting at the counter for 10 mins. The server wouldn't even acknowledge us. The server just dropped the food off and we never saw her again. I didn't even get a refill offer on my coke. The server was just standing there on her cell phone. Why did I even leave a tip.. Food sucked and the service was worst. Never again am I eating here.
Such a terrible restaurant. WE never go to Denny's but we were on the way home from a long road trip and we're very hungry. Walked in, no one greeted or sat us so we sat ourselves. I think it was a manager came maybe 5 minutes later and handed us menu's and immediately walked away. Ten minutes later, a young man comes to get our drinks which takes almost another 10 minutes for them to come. At this point we were over it and tried to pay for just the drinks, but they wouldn't let us which I felt bad about and still left some on the table. Nice people, but terrible service, and I've had the food before.....That's why we NEVER go to Denny's
Portions sizes have gone down significantly. Staff is rude and inattentive to guests
This Dennys is HORRIBLE! The service sucks, the foods always cold! And they can never seem to get your order right! $85 out the drain to get nasty food and horrible service.
Do not eat here. Why did i find a whole candy wrapper in my omelet. This place does not need to be selling meals to anyone. When I pulled up I saw the cook out having a smoke in front of the restaurant. Should have ran, but I still gave then the benefit of doubt. The manager was very rude about the situation, only stating that she doesn't know that happened. I do inconsideration of others and no real structure. Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting.......
As someone who has been a server for dennys in the past years for almost 5 years Lizbeth has to be one of the worst servers I’ve came across. She’s snotty rude inattentive expects a tip for what? Her rudeness? How you going to charge us for 2 grand slams when we ordered to super slams and argue with me talking about yeah that’s what we asked for meanwhile our plate was served to us with 2 hashbrowns 2 sausages 2 bacon 2 eggs 2 pancakes? A super slam…. I really hope corporate sees this and replaces her she is not a great person for the job.
Stopped by to order a to-go meal at 1 am. We told the front server that we were going to order to-go but she only pointed at a table and told us to sit anyway. She was talking to two guys that came in right before us. After we ordered, those two guys insisted on paying for our food and we had a friendly chat with them. Though right after they left, the server came back asking me what drink I ordered, saying she didn’t get it initially. This was weird since we watched her punch it in earlier but it wasn’t on the receipt now, and the fact she came back to ask about the drink indicates that she knew I ordered a drink but did not punch it in. So, I gave her my drink order and payed for it. She was staring at us as she was moving between the kitchen front and the front desk. Later on, we received our meal and thanked her, she then stops us and says “You’re not gonna tip?” with a snarky tone and look on her face. The two guys that payed for our food gave her almost a 60 dollar tip, but we tipped her anyway. The server’s name on the receipt is Lizeth P.
The T-bone steak was already cooked, the service was terrible, and although I paid for the food, it felt like I was getting begged for food. This is a restaurant I really don't want to come back to.
Placed my order 2 hours before my lunch, when I get there they said they never got the order but then told me they would make it. Gave them my name and the order was wrong. Yes, I didn't take the time to check it when they gave it to me but by then....It was already time to go back to work
