Thank you for my 19 year old rag doll's first ever grooming! Her feline partner of 10+ years recently passed and I wanted to treat her finally without fear that my other cat wouldn't take too kindly to her smelling and looking different. Jesse (wonderful owner) made sure I had my vet's number on speed dial and a clear path to emergency services had my girl needed anything. I had an appointment on a Monday as it's designated cat day and she didn't have to deal with any other kinds of animals, which I'm certain helped the cause. They brushed out her mats, clipped the thicker ones, cut her nails, and she smelled like a sweet berry when we came to pick her up. Side note, these guys know what a cat carrier bag is and returned her to me in the bag all ready to go! Also picked up a cute regular carrier cage for my third cat when I was leaving. She doesn't roll around on her back as much as she did, I know this means her comfort level has greatly improved. She sleeps like a rock since her appointment, which is also new and welcomed. Thank you again for treating my darling so gently! She's still my queen 🥰👑 thank you guys for treating her like royalty!! Edit: A fluffy, happy queen is the best kind of royalty 💕 Thank you again!! I took my senior dog here for the first time today. They were so gentle and caring with her! I was very impressed with their treatment of my girl! You can tell they really care about the animals and I feel 100% safe leaving my fur-baby in their care! They did a great job on her cut and even told me they gave her breaks during the process so that she didn’t get stressed out. When I dropped her off she was shaking but when I picked her up she was wagging her tail! That’s always a sign of a good visit!

I love this place! My 17-yr-old Zeik is not as nervous going here, I can't explain it. Also, getting an appointment is easy, as they are very accommodating. Can't say enough about how customer friendly this place is.

Aloha, My experience today at Paradise Pet Salon was fantastic! Gentleman who checked my little Bella in was friendly and caring. They got her done earlier for me because they knew I had a doctor appointment. They surprised me with early call she was done to my delight. She looked so cute. Pricing is a bit high, maybe they could offer a senior discount? But otherwise I would recommend them for sure! Donna

The owner is very hands on with the consultation of your fur babies. Their shop is super clean with stuff for sale for our fur babies. They have a big sized separate grooming area which is also spotless and organized. Walking in you would not smell any dog odor at all. I highly recommend this place. And they really groom well. The cut they did for my shih tzu was how I instructed them to do, and it's all even. The price is reasonable for the service they have. Have my scheudle with them every month set already.

White lady YELLING at white poodle: This was an experience I had 2 years ago. I took my dogs grooming young man groomed my dogs, did an excellent job. When i was ready to leave with my pets, an older white lady employee was screaming at a white big poodle. I was in shock. I regret not saying anything. The young man noticed it made me uncomfortable and kept his head down. Don’t come here. Unless you want your dog to be screamed at. Who knows what else.

Warning: Our Dog was injured (symptoms of severe internal bruising) during grooming. He is a normally very happy golden retriever , yet was visibly upset at time of pick up. The Groomer and staff denied awareness of an accidents or incidents while there. Within an hour of leaving Paradise, his pain level increased serve level. His body was quivering intensely and his breathing was shallow and uneven. He would not get up from his dog bed, would not eat-drink, and did not want us to touch him. Severe pain that required strong meds lasted for over 3 days and required a >$350 vet appt with lots of tests (thankful no symptoms of cancer or broken bones). Upon reporting the incident to the Owner, they stated that the Groomer/Staff report to them that our dog seamed fine at pick up and were unaware of any accident-incident while grooming. The owner stated that vet would need to provide clear evident that pain was linked to an specific grooming injury to reimburse for the post grooming vet bill. We had not asked for reimbursement and of course a video camera would be needed to show a specific incident casing an internal bruising injury... We are writing this as a warning that our sweet dog was painfully injured while at Paradise and the Staff and Owner seem to only care about taking any responsibility. No explanation and no apology.
