Clean, pleasant wonderful young man was our waiter. Couldn't help but love him, service and food was excellent and fast. Eggs Benedict with bacon and avocado was amazing. Giant omelet with stacks of pancakes. Could only eat 1/3 omelet and 1/2 pancake. Huge meal Go and enjoy your wonderful meal. You won't regret it.

Nicole smiling away opened the door for us, my boss is in a wheelchair, she took our name and was so kind and friendly, Miguel with a huge smile came and got us let us pick our seat and told us about the rewards program!! Stefani was our server, also smiling They were so busy, All three continuously checked on us, No sooner did we place our order we got our food. The atmosphere was so friendly so clean it’s the first time we’ve been here, but it will definitely not be the last. I am so impressed. It’s insane. The food was amazing. The three staff members were unbelievably kind friendly and because of them we will be coming back and spreading the word!!!

I typically don’t go to IHOP but we were traveling and made a stop there. I didn’t expect to get such great service and a very friendly employee. We were in a rush and the guy was able make our orders very fast. Even when we asked how much sugar was in a drink he didn’t hesitate to open the big book and find the exact amount. Unfortunately I don’t know what this person name is but I am very grateful and wish him all the best. The food was great too by the way :) We will definitely make a stop there next time. Blessings.

I treated 2 of my grown children to lunch after a doctor appointment. The new menu is remarkable. I had the roast turkey sandwich with melted cheese and cheery tomatoes with onion rings! Yum yum yum! My daughter always gets the burger and she said it was the best yet. My son got a grilled chicken sandwich and loved it also. Our server was VERY nice and VERY helpful. IHOP also uses a new Black Tea brand, Revolution which was the best tea from a bag I have had at a restaurant. We plan on making this a monthly outing after we go into Santa Maria to see the doctor. Thanks IHOP!

Food is good. Service is overall good if there isnt a lot of people.. but it gets pretty busy on weekends so the service gets little eh😕

Dirty. Walked in at 7:04 am, 4 minutes after opening. You would expect the place to be clean. The floors were dirty (see pictures). Looks like the swept the dirt under our table. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. That being said, the service was great. Servers were attentive and polite. No complaints there. The food was good. It's been awhile since we've eaten here, since the covid started. I remember the food be better, but it could be me.

It’s crazy how the employee that helped me basically asked me for a tip for pick up , then pressed the tip on the screen and I paid he put the amount of tip by him self I don’t mind but the manager should be ashamed of his employees for real that’s stealing I’m disputing the charge on my card just bcs it’s stupid how did that

I went in at 9:50 pm . As soon i opened the door 3 employees told me they closed, no hello , nothing I told them it is 9:50 and sign says it is closed at 10. Then one lady asked me in a nasty tone " can you eat in 10 m?" I told her seriously u dont even know what i need. I ask for manager name then she told me she is the manager and they closed. I looked around and they were stil people . I asked again for her name she said i think Tania. I was not too sure. I ask for her to spell it please . She said " sir, the way you hear it" and turned around. I know that look well . I know when people don't give you a chance because of your look. This is the manager on the picture
