My girlfriend and I came to eat at Olive Garden this afternoon and it was a very pleasant experience our waiter Sid, was absolutely very attentive and offered multiple suggestions for us as we ordered. We were there for about 2 hours and never felt pressured to leave. The atmosphere was very inviting the food was priced very reasonably for the size of portions served. Another thing I did not realize until today was Olive Garden had a full bar area with TV's with sports. This may be the next place I go to when I'm looking for football games! I always enjoy going to Olive Garden Now I may have another reason or should I say excuse To go eat there!

This place makes me feel Italian. I love going with the family or just my wife and I. We sit at the bar and try some of their wines while trying to figure out what to eat. Can I try the Chardonnay please and maybe that new Merlot you just came out with. Next thing you know there is a bowl of pasta in front of you, or a tour of Italy. The salad comes family style and if you want extra fresh parmesan cheese, just tell them, when. ( Tell me when). For the last year I've been trying to get my fix at olive garden but the service is terrible. We like to sit at the bar and socialize with people and staff. We cant sit at bar so when I call and ask for bar seating they say yes come in. We get there and bar is closed. This has happened a few times and now they went from 4 stars to 2. Please open up so we can have the atmosphere that we want. We are not going just for food, we are going for the experience. I had your of Italy and I didnt know I could mix and match entrees. So I switched it up and they said, patrons have not done this before and the staff was excited. Great time! The steak! Wow very surprised again on how good it is.

We visited this location for the first time on our way back home . We really loved the ambiance, food and our table server JP (Juan). He was very friendly and gave us good suggestions. He made sure to check in on us every few mins as we were unsure about what we wanted to order and we finally ended up ordering dessert. My kids ordered Fettuccine alfredo with fried chicken which was yummy. Our favorite was Cheese ravioli. It looked so beautifully done especially the cheese on top which was grilled and had spices. We have never had cheese ravioli like this ever and we told our server too that we loved the taste and presentation of the cheese ravioli. We ordered the chocolate lasagna but that was ok. I would have loved it to be a little warm with some more stuff . I would like to request the Olive Garden team to pls pls bring back the marinara sauce without meat so that I can have Lasagna again like so many years back. I am vegetarian and love lasagna but I miss it now. I would love to recommend this location.

It was a very nice experience typical Olive Garden Play service good food it drink and I'm just a nice environment all around I recommend it to anyone especially those little kids that look the black olives that I can put them on the fingers and all that stuff tiramisu dessert little fettuccine and Florentine you got chicken if you want to just get one plane cappuccino it's the bomb.

Olive Garden never disappoints! My go to is always soup and salad. Salad is always fresh and so are their soups. I brought my daughter and her friend here after my nephews Nutcracker play.. We were Sat in a section that was not busy.. the waiter that was supposed to have us Alejandro said he'll be back.. we were waiting for 7 min before Travis a young kid that has been there for a month took our table because he was concerned that our server was doing his job. Travis took initiative while Alejandro passed us twice.. before giving us to Travis. I worked here in the passed I could take a whole section by myself and still have good customer service. General Manager of this olive garden please train Alejandro again or have your new servers train him and this dude is cocky for no reason.. Good job Travis your going to do good here.. On the other hand Alejandro needs to treat people with respect. Travis 5 stars on everything... Alejandro 0 stars for lack of enthusiasm and effort. Came here around 9pm on Saturday evening. Ps. The prep cook forgot to butter and salt the bread sticks . So or server Travis that added us to his list took the step of making fresh ones for us.. The bread sticks came out buttery and perfectly seasoned like the old days of olive 🫒 garden.

My first time there ! But I wasn't really impressed as in other restaurants I been too. Our waiter kept forgetting to get our drinks & bread sticks when we ordered more. The drink we had was like 3.75 or so & pretty much it was all ice😑 had no type of favor to it either. The only thing I loved here was the actual food. I got a plate with chicken & shrimp & it was finger licking good haha😍😍 it was soo delicious! The bread sticks went great with the pasta too.. I saw on the desserts some canolis I wanted to try but after the bad time I had with our waiter I just told my bf it was okay didn't want the same thing to happen. I stayed craving it.💔

We come here often. Tonight was the worst service ever. Server took order. We had to wait 25 minutes to get the sangria that we ordered. In the mean time my wife ordered soup/salad and breadsticks. When the server brought the soup and salad never asked if she wanted cheese on it. She dropped it off and didn't come back to check on her to see if she needed more. We finally flagged server down to ask about the lasagna I ordered. Service said oh yeah I'll go check on that and see if it's ready. Mind you the restaurant was not busy if it was I would be more understanding. Once my lasagna came to the table she never stopped by I asked if we need a refills how the food was or anything. Man walking around talking to other tables never came by our table Because if she did I would've told her right then what was going on. Worst service I have ever had at Olive Garden. If the server was as worried about her tables as she was about flirting with the other staff she might've been able to get her job done. Other servers were walking around doing their job our server was either flirting or nowhere to be found.

This is the worst service I have ever gotten at an Olive Garden and we won't be back because of the service at the table, as well as the response of the manager. We came in with a party of six. As the server took our order, he was unable to answer *any* questions about the menu. With each question, he would leave for several minutes to ask someone. He did this repeatedly in the middle of taking the orders instead of taking everything down and then going to find answers. He did not take orders for everyone's soup and salad so some people's meal was incomplete. He would disappear for long periods of time and did not refill drinks or breadsticks. Drinks from the bar would sit so long that they came to us with the ice almost completely melted. Half the table's orders came out, all dry from sitting under the heat lamp, then 20 minutes later the other half of the table's orders came out. Also dry from sitting under the heat lamp, and some were not made correctly. It was Endless Pasta so you can choose your sauce and get shrimp, or chicken, or sausage on your pasta. The sauce on one was wrong and the meat on the other was wrong. This is while half the table is already done eating their dried out food. He brought it out wrong three times and also argued about whether it was wrong. When we spoke to the manager, he said that it was busy that night, and that our server was "a really good employee". That may be the case but we did not receive "really good service" so it must be a training issue, which is down to management.
