Customer service 10/10 Best Burger I’ve had in a while . 10/10 Fries were crispy but soft in the middle 10/10 That ranch mixed with the ketchup 🔥 $10.99 lunch combo is too good to beat ! My big back will be back !

They make good, affordable food. Too many good options. This time I had the chicken breast burger, and my wife had the roasted beets salad with a fried chicken breast on top. We both also had fries with a side of ranch. We both really enjoyed what we got. I had hoped to maybe get Cajun seasoning on my chicken, but there was no option for it. Regardless, whatever seasoning they did use was very good.

Great local beef, fresh ingredients and a very friendly staff. Nice selection of local beers on draft. Good music playing too!

I've been here a few times now and feel compelled to leave a review—hands down my favorite burger spot! The fact that they use local meat is awesome, and the quality really shines through. The garlic fries have the perfect amount of garlicky goodness, and the onion rings are always fresh and delicious. What really sets this place apart is the consistency—every visit, the burgers are top-notch, and I never leave feeling overly stuffed or sluggish. You can tell they pay close attention to detail in both their food and service. The folks behind the counter are always so friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I love bringing friends here for the first time and watching them get hooked, just like I did. Truly a great experience every time!

I like this place. Food is excellent and prepared fast. Friendly staff. Extra sauce? No questions asked. Cannot beat the lunch special. My youngest really likes it, too. Been to the Cotati one, too. Consistent between the two.

We usually go to Acme Burger in Cotati, and we love it! We have been going there since the day they opened, so our expectations were pretty high, and the Santa Rosa location did not disappoint! The food was delicious. I got a Sonoma Mountain beef company burger with pepper jack, raw onion, and mushrooms, plus a side of coleslaw. The burger was juicy and full of flavor. Absolutely amazing! My husband's sweet potato fries were also outstanding. Everything was worth the price, and the portions were generous. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the food came out quickly. The restaurant, including the bathrooms, was clean. You can tell the staff really takes care of the place. We came as a group of four, and it was our friends' first time dining at Acme. As far as I know, they have already been back twice! :) Definitely recommend!

But quality and is much higher than five five guys and burgers are much larger than shake shack. They also have a large selection of sides which is awesome. Acme is definitely one of the better spots in sonoma county. Price is comparable to shake shack or five guys. But quality and is much higher than five five guys and burgers are much larger than shake shack. They also have a large selection of sides which is awesome. One of my gavorite burger spots here in santa rosa.

I love supporting small local chains. The burgers here are great, but definitely too small. I feel like for the money, we should get something bigger. The service is wonderful!

The burgers here are always delicious, they have a good selection of beer and the fries are great. They have fresh jars of pickles. Pretty popular place, id say its in my top 3 burger joints to visit in town.

It was our first time there. Acme is in the process of opening a new store near our house in Santa Rosa. We want across town to check out the one over there. We where not impressed. The food was OK. Definitely not a premium burger house. The place was not all that clean. I always take away a half a star if when I am to pay my bill at the register and they have a tip screen. That is just getting way out of hand. They do not have at table service. You pick your order up at the counter. The restrooms have a combination lock on the doors. I couldn't get the combination from an employee in a timely fashion, so we just left. There are other burger joints in town that are far better for the same kind of money.

I really want to like this place, but the food is mediocre at best. Burgers are cooked to order, but lack size and flavor. I can get a double char with cheese at Habit burger 🍔 cheaper and way tastier than a single patty burger at this place. My fries were stale and Luke warm 👎. That's a deal breaker for me. Better burgers at 5 Guys, Habit Burger and even In and Out. I won't be going back!

If the food quality is crap I would never recommend this place to anybody in either location because it’s all the same. I would much rather suggest Ozzy or Phyllis‘s giant burgers. Yeah

An hour long wait time for a burger is bullshit. Ordered on DoorDash and it said 15 minutes, then changed to 50 minutes. I will never return to any acme burger locations in Sonoma County ever again.
