Isabella has been such a great server! I stopped going here years ago because of the bad service they always had! She is so great, attentive, nice person! I would recommend if you go eat here go with her, you won’t be disappointed.. Thanks to Isabella’s service we had a great time!! Would definitely be back with her!

BJ’s is a great restaurant with good food and the BEST service team I have ever experienced. While some establishments have one or two exceptional servers BJ’s consistently leaves me and all I bring beaming as we leave and talking about the kind and welcoming team even more so then the food itself. I will say though…the Pizookies are great! But genuinely, the wait staff is phenomenal and especially kudos to Faith S, who served me and my boyfriend tonight and gave us the loveliest experience and best suggestions!! She made the night special and deserves serious kudos for her warm energy. 😊

Food was amazing! Waitress was top notch! We had the Server Emily! She was just getting in when we were assigned to her area. She was attentive, good at her job, and when they got something wrong in the kitchen and my daughter’s burger was delayed she went into the kitchen and came out a few minutes later with her food. BJ you should absolutely reward a server like Emily! She will keep people and families coming back!

The food here is excellent with an expansive Selection of dishes to choose from, and it seems to be expanding every week! My party has our usual server named Cheyenne who always remembers our orders and has a great charismatic energy about her, making for a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant itself has a relaxing atmosphere of tavern aesthetics everywhere you look.

We have visited BJ’s restaurants in several states and have enjoyed the visits. Today was no exception except for a dirty fork that my found. Oh we, it happens. The beers here are awesome and we have always enjoyed them. My wife had the Mediterranean pita tacos that taste like a gyro and I had the ahi tuna salad. Very good. Try this restaurant if you haven’t been to one before

Great food, but high prices. Despite being empty, they seated the groups next to each other, which was kind of annoying since the children were pretty loud and could have been easily avoided if they spaced out their seating.

This is a fun high energy restaurant. Alexis, our server, went of a way to ensure that everything went perfectly smooth. She was very attentive without being overbearing and really went out of her way to make sure that we felt comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. The three primary dinners we ordered were marbled with entirely too much fat to stake ratio. There's definitely improvement in this area. Thank you alexis! We will be back.

The food was just okay but the service was amazing. Our server Alexis went out of her way to assure everything went well. She is very welcoming knowledge about the menus. Thank You Alexis for making my birthday memorable.

Our waiter, Sean, was absolutely fabulous! Loved him. I asked for a half sweet iced tea and he made an extra effort to make that happen. I had the broccoli soup and a house salad which was ok. The soup would have fantastic on a baked potato!

We were easily able to make reservations the same day for a large group and the waitress, Cheyenne, was amazing with getting all the orders in and food came out so quickly! She even was able to separate the bill to multiple tabs which made things so easy for our group. We'll be back next time we are in town!

BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse at Coddingtown is fine, but nothing stood out. You get a big menu and consistent food, but the experience feels average. What worked: Large menu with plenty of options if you are with a group. Food came out hot and looked good. Location is convenient when you are already shopping. What missed: Service felt slow and not very attentive. Food tasted decent, but not memorable for the price. The dining room was loud and felt a bit worn. You will probably have an okay meal here. It works if you want something familiar and easy. You likely will not go out of your way to come back.

Grace was our server and she was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and genuinely made our experience better from start to finish. She was quick, thoughtful, and had such a warm, positive attitude. We felt well taken care of the entire time thanks to her outstanding service. She was also very knowledgeable about the different holiday deals going on.

Excellent spot to watch a game, have a pizza or burger 🍔 and beer. They can accommodate large groups easily. We had 13 guests, Sean/Shawn was Excellent.

We had a large party. The music could have been turned down a little. The lighting was good. Our waitress Amera was amazing. She was very friendly, answered all our questions (if she didn’t know she went and checked) , and she made sure we were happy with our orders. Unfortunately the food wasn’t as great and especially for the price. We ordered the buffalo boneless chicken wings, ribs, pizza, burgers, spaghetti, 2 orders of avocado egg rolls, and nachos. We had to send back the avocado egg rolls. They were so greasy and tasted like they had been in the freezer for to long prior to being cooked. It was very disappointing especially for the price. They were almost $20. The same thing with the nachos. The nacho cheese was watered down and runny. Everything else was nothing special. We did get a pazookie (cookie with ice cream on top) that was delicious for free because it was someone’s birthday. And someone got a cocktail in a mini bathtub that was fun.

I have been a long time regular customer. I have been going to BJ’s maybe twice a week for food and drinks. Mari has always been our bartender and she is always so amazing. Positive attitude and very attentive to her customer’s. The days we have been there on the days Mari is not there we have the worst service in the world! We have to waited soooo long for our next drink. We have to flag down the bartender and even then we still have to wait to be served. With Mari we never have to ask her for the next drink. The moment we are finished she is always coming with the next. She has great customer service skills and makes it pleasant and fun to come into the restaurant. When Mari not there we cringe and hesitate to even stay because we already know our service is going to be horrible. The manager is not very helpful. There have been many times I’ve told her the bathrooms are filthy or there is no toilet paper and she ignores and doesn’t address the concern. The volume is suppose to be up on playoffs or local games and she will not want to turn the volume on for the customers. I’ve watched the manager Khins drink on the job and not be professional. Mari is the best.

Took my mom to dinner for her birthday. Everything started out good untill we ordered and had to wait like an hour to get some of our food. Others in our party had to wait even longer. Food was ok. We have been there and it was way better the time before. Then ordered desert and paid and poor kids had to wait another hour just for desert. Juan C. was really good and had a good attitude but beyond him bad service. Manager came out but didn't make things any better. After spending over $500 the best she can do was give $10 off my moms ice cream which they already give out for being her birthday. For the prices they have I expected more but goes to show how some employees don't care about customers. I know where not to spen my money next time for mom's birthday.

We came in to celebrate a friend’s birthday and were really looking forward to a fun night out. Unfortunately, the experience ended up being pretty disappointing. Everything took much longer than it should have. One of our friends ordered a pizza and Parmesan chicken that took 1 hour and 10 minutes to come out. In the moment, she asked for Alfredo sauce and it took 10 minutes just to get it (she timed it) and 17 minutes for dessert. One of the salads came out with the wrong meat. Another salad had specific requests that were missed not once, but twice. Another friend asked for a steak that was undercooked and basically raw in the middle. Even getting boxes to go took at least another 15 minutes. Because service was so slow and disorganized, we had to cancel our plans after dinner. What was supposed to be a birthday celebration turned into an underwhelming night. I understand that there are some nights that can be difficult for the staff but when I worked in service, I made sure I payed special attention to make sure that errors don’t happen more than once. 75% of us worked in the industry and this was a really bad experience
