Very kind staff. I disliked the coffee they then immediately changed and gave me a new one.

This is the only Starbucks we've seen in the last 5 days in Germany but they made great coffee!

Ahhh the American embassy: Open till 8pm on a Sunday, familiar selection of tea & coffee, easy credit card payment, and good free wifi. I appreciate and respect the German tradition of taking Sunday off commercially, but this was perfect for getting some work done before dinner on the weekend.

This location is great for people watching. The inside is small but there is good Wi-Fi and nice people; students and workers taking a break. The staff is so friendly.

Great location with beautiful view and delicious coffee. This time I enjoyed my latte macchiato with what I had with me - Iranian lavash bread with spinach and potatoes. I hadn't bought the lavash bread here, but nearby in the Frankfurt-Bahnhofsviertel, but the combination of Starbucks coffee and lavash was delicious. On the other photos coffee caramel macchiato and chocolate cake, very tasty. I highly recommend this café. The service is fast, prices reasonable and very very friendly atmosphere.

Lots of space on weekday mornings to find a table, sit down and get some work done. Staff are friendly & speak English. You need a code for the restroom: ask the staff.

There pastel de nata is very close to the original ones from Portugal. Chocolate cake is delicious and foccachia sandwich is also good.

The usual good Starbucks quality. The chocolate cake specially was quite nice. The only issue is that it's indoor sitting space is very small, so we had to sit outside in the cold. But for takeaway it will be perfect.

A small inner place with limited choice. Outside there’s a quite big square. Good for small and quick meetings or just for a coffee-to-go.

They have outside seating and the service is within 5 min, but I was there at a low service time. The mens bathroom was not that great with regards to cleanliness.

4 stars, just for the location of this Starbucks - right in the heart of Frankfurt. This Starbucks is right at the exit of WillyBrandtPlatz Station. Reasonable prices, good coffee - but slow service on weekends. Good number of seats available indoor. Staff speaks English.

Keeping it simple. The food and coffee is consistent everywhere I’ve been. Staff is super nice. It’s been such a wonderful experience visiting Germany. Everyone seems to be bilingual. So the female barista was extremely helpful with my decision. Service was great!!! Selection is different since crossing the pond

It’s quite a small Starbucks around the main shopping street. But it’s really nice to have outdoor seating area for fresh air and city watching!!! Quite crowded most of the time so I suggest doing take away if you want to visit this Starbucks Coffee! Service was good and drinks were great too, just that the environment can be neater if they pay more attention to the quality of the space.

It's Starbucks, that's all, but snacks and desserts look better than USA.

Not a well maintained cafe. The employee was chilling at the cashier waiting for a customer, while the tables needed to be cleared and cleaned. Toilet was dirty too.

Just bough an iced coffee from this brand, and as usual, I asked for cup sleeve but the waitress refused to give me under the reason. It’s only for ‘Hot drink’ Oh! That’s shock me! It made me feel like ‘ it was my fault to order cold drink in Autumn or Winter’ If someone use logical side of their brain, they should know that it’s most stupid policy! Oh Starbucks you let me down, I didn’t even expect to treat with a lower standard like this!

FYI- wouldn't let me use the restroom with my Janssen covid vaccine. The staff member repeatedly told me they only except two shots (it's a single dose vaccine). He was extremely rude about my child speaking English as well (and we speak German-we were simply conversing amongst ourselves in English). Incredibly rude and made my kid cry. Needs an education on the vaccine rules and perhaps shouldn't be in front of customers.

I had to pay for a pack of coffee because I took a look at it. One of the ladies that's working there was watching me while a took a look at one of the coffee packs in front. Then she said that I opened it and that I have to buy it now. As I told her that it was already open, she said that she's going to call the police if I don't buy it. So I just payed her the coffee because I didn't want to get in trouble with the police. I'll never go in this Starbucks again. Toilets are dirty, wifi sucks and the service is very bad. No star!

Terribly understaffed. Be ready to wait for a VERY LONG TIME to be served. Pathetic service. The server is always annoyed that you are placing an order and he has to serve you coffee and overpriced sandwiches. Go to any other place and have same shitty sandwiches instead of this dump.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks and won’t be coming back. I stopped in for a coffee and hoped to enjoy a quiet moment to read, but it was impossible to relax because a girl was loudly and constantly yelling on the phone. Her shouting drew everyone’s attention and clearly made things uncomfortable for the rest of us. What bothered me most was that the staff didn’t do anything about it. It really shouldn't be up to other customers to deal with that kind of behavior. A little action from the team could’ve made the place much more comfortable for everyone.
