Ordered 2 pot pies for us for dinner. It was epic. Overflowing with tender chicken in every bite, every bite! Flakey yummy crust and tender veggies. Im used to being hungry after a takeout meal. This pot pie filled me up and it was delicious. Thank you.

Americana on display. Bored employees, lifeless environment, garish decor. The food was good of course because you just can't screw it something like chicken pressure fried to greasy perfection. About every three months I expose my GI track to an assalt of breaded factory farmed chicken.

Stopped in at the KFC in Santee. I'm not to familiar with KFC and the menu but the people I had over at my house wanted KFC. Of course each people wanted something different, no one wanted drinks, some wanted crispy some wanted grilled so walking in a knew I had my work cut out for me on figuring it all out. I was helped by Emily who was amazing on her knowledge of the menu and the options available and I was in and out with exactly what everyone was wanting. Thank You Emily so much for your help I think the look on my face when I came showed I had no clue on what to order. Much appreciated on the help. Got me home quick and every one fed and happy.

Typical for KFC. Good size portions and well prepared. Not as cheap but better quality than other "chicken places" in area. Staff is well trained and courteous. Try the whole Cake - delicious!

Something always seems to be missing from our order each time we go. Food is good. Service is good. We keep going back.

Good food, but this one on Fletcher Parkway, in El Cajon. Staff always disorganized, always mess up my order, or they're out of stuff.

It varies so much from one visit to another. Sometimes you get decent sized chicken strips and the next time they are tiny. Very convenient.

Had the small chicken meal combo. It was very good. Reasonable price. Fast service.

Stopped in for a quick snack and to use the restroom. 2 gender free handicap accessible restrooms that were kept clean.

I like KFC! Good food, reasonably priced. You can eat there or bring your food to a park or just take it home. I cook at home alot with a pressure cooker. It Cooks fast but doesn't dry out your food. That's how KFC cooks there chicken. Just like I would at home!

We go here for the coeslaw, since our tastes in chicken aren't that much different between here and El Pollo Loco. They dropped some of our Deep South favorite sides, and the music is always too loud, but we love the view (seriously, not bad for Santee fast - food restaurant views), and we delight in the sunny - side seating options!

The french fries were cold, the biscuits were cold and hard, and the chicken was super greasy compared to other KFCs that I've been to. I would go to another KFC if you are able to because this one was a bit below average.

Have had a couple of bad experiences with he customer service here. They have gotten my order wrong a couple times and one guy even argued with me quite a bit when I wasn't trying to. If they get the order right, the food is usually good though.

Crispy Fried Chicken combo pieces were tough, and apparently had been sitting for awhile as it was not fresh & no longer crisp! FF also. I wanted to try again after a ling hiatus,but sadly $17 was not warranted! 😔

My drive thru order was incomplete. I went through the drive thru shortly before 4pm; I was the only car in the drive thru at this time, so I'm puzzled why the urgency/haste to bag my order so ultra quick and inaccurate? I asked the drive thru worker if my order was complete and she assured me twice that it was. I cannot recommend this restaurant. The following day I went through the drive-thru and collected the missing item.

Unfortunately, as many of you have probably figured out by now..... KFC is losing it's mojo. The chicken was dry and the sides were so much smaller than they used to be. It was almost 60 bucks for a meal for 3... 1 of the people being under 5 years old. It's expensive and the quality of the food has diminished greatly. Unless there are some serious changes in the near future... I don't think we'll be back to a KFC.

It says it closes at 9:30 p.m. is 30PM but they closed 10 minutes early And wouldn't let me order what I wanted. They just turned off all the lights.

Drive thru service is not good at all. One, took forever. Two, horrible food. Three, bad service.

Ordered two 3 piece meals. One had only 2 pieces, the other had 1. And no biscuits. Really!! How Freekin hard is it to count to three?

Food is never great, servings are very small. Chicken pieces are tiny. Heath wise, its not. But for the quick over priced low quality treat. Once in awhile is acceptable.

Really long wait for two sides. Put cole slaw and mashed potatoes in the same bag, which is food poisoning waiting to happen. Dining room closed after 6/15 with crazy COVID protocols still in place.

Usually a tasty place for chicken but this time the tenders were flattened and dry. We asked for honey mustard and barbecue sauce when ordering and the voice said ask me at the window. When we asked at the window he argued that he had already put two per order in the bag, looking in the bag he had only given us one sauceper person.. we were ordering for four people. I asked for more of both sauces, he gave us 2 barbecue and had to ask for more honey mustard. There was only one car behind us. He reluctantly gave us the sauce we asked for. When we sat down at work to eat some of the orders were wrong.

Hung up on me when I called abt my application, then I called back & I keep getting the run around every time I call abt my application.

KFC - Santee. They shorted me on my bucket of 10 legs and thighs. Received 2 legs, 3 thighs and a WING. The chicken tasted old and was VERY greasy. There was a pool in the bottom of the bucket. Called and spoke with the manager. She offered 6 pieces if I went back in today. More greasy chicken? Ahh - NO!

I have to go back to the store bcoz they shorted me 10 pcs of chicken on my paid order. Even after I got confirmation from the drive-thru person that all I ordered are in the bag. Very inconvenient.

4 PC Chicken When I got home the chicken was old and nasty the meat was dry, and the breading was lumpy like it was triple dipped. I use to work for KFC so I know when the chicken is pass it time it should of been tossed. What we did to keep the food cost down we would only cook a what we would need for that hour and before the timer runs out a new batch is pulled up and old batch is out. I can see that this isn't happening anymore do to the high cost ofFood, so now the quality of the food is out the door.

Was denied bathroom use at this location I am a loyal customer here at the Santee location super disappointed and told because it gets messed up from people that we have to purchase something to use it. I had a craving for good chicken but since there were no churches or Popeyes nearby I , against my better judgement went into this loc. Knowing the decline of the Harland Sanders traditional quality of yesteryear I ordered two PCs original and tenders. Yuck! About barfed.grease sponge rubbery tenders so greasy 4 napkins didn't stop it up. Flavor none like fake foul. We're it not for the fact my parents went thru the depression and we don't waste food, I'd have not eaten more than one bite but it was worse than an mre. And they want 40 50 or more dollars for a family meal of this. Suggestions get the old recipe back, re train everybody and buy better chicken. Cut some corp salaries instead.Do your mind and body a favor pass KFC go to church's or Popeyes at least they have QC. They were understaffed and basically only moving orders in the drive-thru. After waiting over 15 minutes for 12 nuggets and 2 biscuits, I asked for my money back. Knowing the decline of the Harland Sanders traditional quality of yesteryear I ordered two PCs original and tenders. Yuck! About barfed.grease sponge rubbery tenders so greasy 4 napkins didn't stop it up. Flavor none like fake foul. We're it not for the fact my parents went thru the depression and we don't waste food, I'd have not eaten more than one bite but it was worse than an mre. And they want 40 50 or more dollars for a family meal of this. Suggestions get the old recipe back, re train everybody and buy better chicken. Cut some corp salaries instead.Do your mind and body a favor pass KFC go to church's or Popeyes at least they have QC. They were understaffed and basically only moving orders in the drive-thru. After waiting over 15 minutes for 12 nuggets and 2 biscuits, I asked for my money back. Had to deal with the counter girl's attitude because I didn't want to wait anymore. Received all kinds of excuses but no apology! Good thing we have better chicken places in Santee. So long KFC!!!
