I have been frequenting this location since relocating and typically place a mobile order during my routine morning walk to the shop. I have nothing but positive remarks for this location! The time estimates for orders are always met even sooner than estimated and they even made my order for me after I placed an order at the wrong location! To top it off, their attention to detail is superb! As the mobile app does not support ordering water by the cup, to the best of my knowledge, the barista Will without prompting already had my ice water ready with my mobile order! In a world where most only tend to leave reviews that focus on the negative, I am so happy to take a moment to drop a couple of lines for a store that is on it!
Updating my old ratings, They are 5 stars all the way, the Landings location by Phillipi is the best, The workers are caring and friendly, Love there rewards app, They also give you free coffee on your Birthday, They took my number 1 coffee joint for me recently and have been consistent, I recommend Starbucks to anyone. ☕
My favorite Starbuck's! Service is wonderful, the staff is wonderful.... I'm always greeted by name when I go into the premise and when I use the drive-thru. I am pleased with all of the employee's proffesionalism and friendiness. When there is the occasional mistake (hey, mistakes happen) they always are extremely apologetic and go out of their way to correct the problem.... especially Alex! Looking forward to tomorrow's visit!
Truly the nicest employees AND great drinks
Great addition to the landings shopping center. Plenty of seating and easy parking. Only issue it's that there's no insulation or sound deadening material in the ceiling so the store is much too noisy.
I like this Starbucks. It smells like coffee when I walk in, and I find this pleasing. Staff is friendly and anticipates guests needs. I have made note of this in my files.
I came in on my birthday today !! (June 5th) And I had the kindest girl take my order, I didn't get her name but she had a cute septum and dark hair (She worked june 5th and I came in at 1 if that helps) and she helped me craft my drink to perfection by suggesting cinnamon cold foam which i've never tried before and I can truly say it was a 10/10 recommendation! Please let her know her service was great
I’ve been coming to the Starbucks every single day for the last year for my morning coffee on the way to work. The Drive-through staff is always extremely friendly and quick and the manager, Daniel, is exceptional and has always been helpful.
I went through the drive-thu. The individual taking my order was quick and a straight to the point. I didn't have to wait long in line I was greeted by a smile telling me my total and quickly got my items. An exemplary Starbucks experience, I will definitely go back to this location. My items were delicious and prepared as ordered.
Nice new building and friendly staff! We ordered two Caramel lattes and they tasted great. This Starbucks comes up on Google maps as Tide Cleaners but it is actually next to EOS Fitness, fifth third bank, and Publix.

Me and my friends had just gone to get some refreshers after a long day at the beach only got two refreshers but when we got up to the the window after ordering the barista andrew offered all four of us some ice waters. It was really nice for him to see we have been out and for him to care for his customers.
This location is similar in layout to the one further south on 41, but is slightly larger and more spacious. If I was only going to hang at one, it would be this one. And there is a ton of great outdoor seating.

Love the drinks and the people, there seems to be a fly problem sometimes, and if any food is being heated it can take quite a while but that’s ok cause they keep it clean
UPDATE: This location has improved tremendously! No longer receiving cups 2/3 full. My order is ALWAYS accurate and i am loving the employees and atmosphere! Thank you! Original: Stopped going to this location because I was consistently receiving a $7.60 drink only 2/3 full. Started going to a another one a couple miles down the road for a while and now the same issue there. I have been ordering the same drink for near 15 years and never had this problem until this year. Just over it
Very friendly staff! Drinks were blended almost flawlessly. The barista offered a couple suggestions and answered questions as was patient as she did.

This location did have some product quality, and rude staff issues in 2023, but the new manager (Ash) has been exceptional - and between her and Jeff, the regional manager, the staff have really stepped up their quality control and service.
I have been to this Starbucks several times in the late morning over the last few weeks. It's always dirty. The tables are sticky and have napkins left on them, crumbs, even spills. This is at tables inside and outside. Like all starbucks, it is fairly busy, with a steady stream of people coming in. The people behind the counter seem to be kept busy with customer orders and there may not be an extra set of hands to keep the tables cleaned. Perhaps they need an extra person there to keep the tables wiped down, trash off the floor, etc. It's a shame people leave their tables dirty, but it is Starbucks responsibility to have clean tables for their customers.
It's best as a meeting place because it is quiet and comfortable. It's expensive price for coffee is the only downside, but I guess since people spend a little too much time it's the only way to pay their rent. Coffee does not appear to be their main cost center, instead sugary drinks that are versions of what we used to call malteds. This may seem like a slight but I prefer the darker, deeper European coffee I can buy at Wawa. Different crowds like different things.
It has been a long time since I had a four drink order at Starbucks. So this may just be me but it seems like it took in inordinately long time to get my for drinks. They were perfect the staff was nice but there seemed like there was no sense of urgency to handle the long line that stretched out to the door. good thing for me I was at the front of the line or this might have been a 2-star review
I'm a big fan of Starbucks and love the consistency I get at all locations across the world. This location, in particular, let me down. The manager is rude and the staff is unhelpful. Trash was overflowing and bathroom was not stocked, even though there were several times during the day when staff was just standing around. With so many Sbux locations in the area, I'll avoid this one in the future.
The location worked for our AirB&B stay and the coffee and food were consistent with other Starbucks (very good). However, the server was rude and unfriendly (the name on her apron said Rose). No smile, a very terse hello and generally just wanted us gone kind of energy and attitude. Usually I don’t take these things personally, but it was our 4th trip in the store and her demeanor towards us never changed.
Great customer service for the drive through. Fast. But if you come inside to order expect to wait longer and receive attitude from the employees. (Just for asking a question)
Stop here a few times a month and always the same. 4-5 associates working and no one can say hello, good morning or we will be with you in a moment. If it wasn’t a few hundred feet from work I would never come back. Cleanliness also seems to be lacking.

I sat inside for coffee twice this week. Both times: no stirrers, no sleeves for the cups, staff won't make eye contact with you after you order, staff ignores you (while you try to ask for a coffee sleeve), 10 min+ wait to get a coffee with oatmilk, and online and drive thru orders were filled faster than the customers in the store.
Hi I was just there and ordered a sandwich and no sugar in my drink. I specifically said no sugar and no milk with sugar and the cashier said the milk doesn’t have sugar. I did not receive the sandwich and my drink is full of sugar. Please train your people better to listen and explain that you don’t have anything without sugar apparently. Was made to feel stupid as well.

I have never experienced such a slow drive thru. avoid at all costs if you have somewhere to be
Not only has this Starbucks location been closed for months and months and months. Anytime they are open I only live right down the street and I go up there to get a vanilla drink and five different times they have given me berry flavor in my drink which almost makes me vomit. The last time I went back around to the drive-through and they apologized and said it was their fault the pump must have been touching something. Then I went today and the manager told me that I was wrong and that she was correct and there was no berry flavor in my drink. Last time I checked the customer was always right. Especially when they’ve done this to me multiple times
Placed a breakfast sandwich and drink order and cancelled it 2 minutes later and requested a refund. The manager denied the refund but authorized me to stop by when I was nearby again for a free drink. When I made time to go back again another morning a few weeks later after waiting in the drive-thru I was told by both the barista and the morning manager today 'sorry that was too long ago'. Horrible in store customer service to a 15+ loyal customer. Not an issue of money but principle.
The heavy set, bleached blonde, male employee provided the worst customer experience I’ve had in a lifetime. Self proclaimed himself as a manager, to top it all off. Starbucks continues to go down hill. We will not be back.
We have come to this Starbucks multiple times and lately I feel like their staff is mismanaged. They can’t keep up with the online orders so they turn that functionality off. There service has been really slow as well. It doesn’t run nearly as smoothly as other locations. I hope something changes.
I’ve been here multiple times and they’re usually the fastest Starbucks but the past 3 times I’ve stopped by before work, there is a lady named Lorrie there and she takes 15min to make drinks and doesn’t even apologize for the wait. They should put her to work hours when other employees are there to help because I’ve almost been late to work all 3 times she’s been there.
Went in to get my birthday drink, but I was late, because I was too busy on the day of my birthday, and forgot, and they wouldn't give it to me. Said it's on day of only!! Never was before!! Really Starbucks? A few days is gonna kill ya? Well, you've lost me for good this time, losers!!
I came in at 10 min to 8. I ordered my coffee. While I waited for my coffee a crew member advised me that they were closing at 8. I told him that once I got my coffee I'd be on my way. I apologized for coming in close to closing. My drink was all wrong. It had to be fixed 3 times. There was no whip cream, no topping sprinkles and it tasted like watered down coffee. I ordered 4 espresso shots. I order the same thing all the time. I know it was time to go home but I'm still a customer. I was very disappointed. My coffee went in the trash
The cashier is very arrogant and the menú is wrong it indicates the medium size drink price under the word “Grande” which in Spanish is large, not only is the single price tag they have but also is confusing in how they talk about other sizes without giving you the prices. This occur on the day of October 23, at 4:30 PM.
Been there twice. And both times my iced coffee was filled with so much ice. And I was shorted about an inch of actual coffee. Took a couple sips in. This was my cup before even leaving the parking lot. May not be a big deal but if I’m paying six bucks for a coffee, I would like to quality to at least be decent.

When I asked the staff about it, they seemed indifferent to my concern. The boss even stated that he knew about the flies and that the pastries were not for sale. I was appalled by this response, as it suggested that the café was not taking the hygiene of its food seriously. As a customer, I expect a clean and safe environment to enjoy my food and drink, and the presence of flies on pastries is simply unacceptable. I was disappointed that the staff did not take immediate action to resolve the issue and that the boss seemed unaware of the potential health risks posed by flies on food. Overall, my experience at this Starbucks café was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend it to others. I hope that the management takes this issue seriously and takes appropriate action to ensure that their café is clean and safe for all customers.

Service is horrible. Someone took my order and started brewing my coffee. Left it there while taking other people orders. Out of 4 other employees no one cares what is going on. Two of them were chatting. I had to approach to the counter to ask for my coffee after waiting 8-10 minutes
The staff isn’t friendly, customer service is poor and the manager on duty Terry/Terrence I’m not sure of her name because the staff MIA was rude. Wednesday the 18th about 10:30 am
We've been coming here for years, but recently we've been disappointed too many times. We always get 2 vente/large vanilla lattes. At least 3 times recently they've omitted the vanilla on one or both. Today, I tasted them before leaving the window. Once again they omitted the vanilla on one. They"remade" it. Little did they think I'd notice they only used one shot of coffee, not 2 as required for the large. So disappointing. Last week we got 2 leaking cups, but of course didn't notice until we got home and had created a mess in the car. There's no recourse unless you want to get in the car and drive back there. They DO NOT ANSWER the phone.
Over 7 staff members running around behind the counter but i had to wait close to 5 mins before one of them came over to ask what I wanted. I was the only person in line too. The drive thru isn’t the only priority. I have never not tipped at Starbucks until this morning.

I placed an order on the Starbucks app. When I received it, I was missing one item, I called the store and they said to contact DoorDash directly that they couldn’t do anything about it. I tried to contact DoorDash, but they couldn’t see my order because I did it through the Starbucks app directly, so I called back the store. The store manager, whose name is Lacy Landers offer terrible customer service. She was rude and she was not offering any help whatsoever, she was sending me to call DoorDash again. I called corporate, but I’m not sure that anything is gonna be done against this person so that’s why I’m placing this review. The store is in the Lansing in Sarasota.
