Overall good service and food, but beware of Sundays. We went there twice on Sundays and there's only one person doing both service and cooking, so the service is really slow and waiting time can be really long.

Average prices, generous ingredients for all types of piadina. The rolls have more fillings. Water and soft drinks are available upon request, and baby piadinas with Nutella are also available. The location is welcoming and the service is very fast. After paying, they give you a sensor that vibrates when your piadina is ready, so you can pick it up at the counter. The staff is friendly, courteous, and very attentive to their customers. There is a bathroom and plenty of seating. Wide selection of ingredients.

Terrible. Ordered a priority delivery at 9:15 PM, estimated time 45 minutes. At 10:50 PM, I received a notification that the order had been cancelled, without contacting me or anything. The Rider arrived at its destination and found the place closed. Speechless. Never again.

A terrible experience for my father and I. Contrary to the advertising slogan, I'd say: the worst piadinas I've ever tasted. Absolutely UNCRUDE and BADLY STUFFED. It took me a whole afternoon to digest. My father had to run to the bathroom. Let's talk about myself: I ordered a piadina with: sausage, scamorza, and mozzarella. In practice, I received: a cheese piadina! THERE WAS NO SAUSAGE. The imperceptible crumbs of sausage were so small and so few... that you couldn't even taste them. I repeat: a cheese piadina!! 19 euros wasted for two piadinas. I felt like I was being ripped off!!!

This place has gone downhill over time. Tables are often dirty, and the staff is often tired and rude. Service is inconsistent, with piadinas prepared hastily, often with errors in ingredients and shape. Unfortunately, I also noticed some staff going from cleaning to the coffee machine without washing their hands. Far from the standard of other restaurants in the same chain. Absolutely not recommended.
