Best McDonalds location ever. Stopped during our way home on a snowy evening and they served us the freshest fries and chicken nuggets. The burgers were freshly made and bread perfectly toasted. Also the staff delivered the food to our car and went back when we realized we were missing condiments even though it was a snowstorm outside. Best customer service and food!

In all fairness we are reviewing a McDonald's. The place was clean the staff was friendly. We used the bathrooms there and they were very clean as a matter of fact my wife said that there was a young lady employee on all 4s cleaning the ladies room.

The service was great. Instead of waiting for your food they give a number plaque and they bring your order out to you. Great idea wish other places did the same. Also the people are very polite and the restaurant is really kept clean. Will come again when I down that way.

We stopped here on our way up to Vermont from NJ. Can I say this is the most upscale and high tech McDonald's I have ever seen in the world. Mini stations to order your food. Service was great and every one was friendly. I'm not a fast food guy but 5 stars go to this location for trying to be different and standing out.

I did the app thing, where you pull in to a numbered lot for it, then order your food, and they bring it out to you. Felt kinda weird the first time ngl but they've never made a mistake and, well, you either like the food or you don't. I love it. Totally doing this again.

Delicious food, friendly staff, and super easy access from northbound 87. The drive-through here is a great alternative to the Thruway rest areas. Just get off at Exit 20 and it's directly across from the end of the exit ramp. We will visit again!

This McDonald’s is a well ran ship. The staff are efficient and friendly. The food is corporate McDonald’s. (not like that’s a bad thing it’s why people go there) WARNING this McDonald’s can get very busy at times. (It’s right next to the thruway) Even when they are busy they still get it right. Biggest con is the hours are not consistent throughout the year.

This McDonald's was great. First time I ever experienced the order machine instead of having to go to the corner and talk to someone and they take your order you go to this kiosk and order than you can see it right on the board in front!!! Once the food is done they hand it to you and you are on your way!! The only thing was we didn't get our cup for our soda so we had to go back up and get the workers attention to get the cup. (Which wasn't a big deal didn't take long) I would definitely go back here!!!

Fast service....clean and robotic but isn't that what we want in fast food? If your looking for warmth and a home atmosphere McDonalds will never be it again. It gets the job done in a rush.good stuff over there.

We came here after the rail explorers. Never thought that I would leave a review for McDonald’s, but this one was actually very pleasant. Looked much more modern than the other ones I had been too; the spicy chicken sandwich was very tender and juicy. The bathroom was very clean. The staff seemed of high energy!

Take out through the drive thru yesterday. Food wasn't ready so they made me pull up and they brought it out. They gipped me a 4-piece nugget, didn't mayo my burgers as asked. You get what you pay for.

The young man at the counter was SO POLITE! Positive as well.This is lacking so much these days that it was great to see. The prices are reasonable, ALL DRINKS ANY SIZE 1.00$. And although people say it's not healthy; for fast food it's got the best choices. Salads; if you don't eat meat, chicken, fries; hot apple pie and soft ice cream( yum) and yogurt parfaits ( yummy 2)

Haven't been to this particular location in some time. It was nice to see they upgraded, although the double-laned drive thru was a little tricky. The food was good, it came out hot. I went about 7-730 on a Wednesday evening. Inside looked busy so I opted for drive thru. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a typical McDonald's. The place is always clean and the service is fast so there is never a long wait. In the morning they have 2 for 1 sausage and egg sandwiches that are great before a day of skiing.

Great pit stop for some food. Half an hour away from Hunter mountain. There's also a gas station right next to this McDonalds. Inside the staff is nice and friendly. They also have 4 self ordering computer machines in case it gets too crowed.

This is much better than the Cairo McDonald's, which is closed for indoor dining due to the pandemic. This location gives you choice, I appreciate that. Mobile orders fulfilled in a timely manor. And because I have their app, and consistently mobile ordering, I have racked up rewards and redeemed them. Convient, as directly across the Thruway exit from heading north.

Sometimes you just gotta have a cheeseburger! We were hungry and our favorite pizza place had closed shop but there was Micky D's right around the corner. Ooo, a double cheese, fries, a Big Mac; everything tasted just as it always does, that's why you go, but wait... $12 dollars and change!? Not even drinks! What happened to cheap fast food?

There has been the occasional error in orders but not more than expected. The app is the worst. Don’t bother. Go inside and use your rewards there. The cashier will help you.

There is a lot of litter around this very large perimeter, including bits and pieces of food, namely buns. While I walked my little Rosie,. she found the dead rat about 10 feet from the dumpster (highly likely it was poisoned to its demise). Please patrol your lawn areas regularly.

We were looking for a place to stay om labor weekend. This place off the beaten path. It was inexpensive for what we needed. Had mechanical issues with our vehicle and it was late didn't want to take the three hour trex home. So we chose this place. Meet JP at the front desk, great guy. Had his hands full at the time with making sure all his guest were taking care of personally... We had a suite two rooms. One room had a pair of double beds, the second was a living area with a pullout couch bed. The rooms were clean!.. The bathroom was clean. They didn't supply mouth wash but had hand soap, and shampoo. Did the linen was clean. Have a indoor and outdoor pool. Heard they are working on getting the indoor pool ready for the fall. I didn't see anything wrong it was full with water. We ate breakfast in there restaurant area..Breakfast delicious...My sister and boyfriend loved it and said it was better then dinner food found back in our neighborhood. The buildings are older buildings. This is not new and sparkling but what I saw they work to keep it clean. My only thing was the pillows where not very supportive... I like fluffy but supportive type pillow to rest my head on. The ones I had flattened out as soon as I rested my head on it. Had to double up.....

Nothing like seeing every cleaning object they have stored up front behind the counter from the drive through window. Mops spray bottles, cardboard, ect. Fine i get it. But then when the guy pushing brooms starts handling my food and food containers without washing his hands in-between tasks, is gross and i don't care, if it's not a health food violation. I seriously doubt anyone cleans their hands before touching the broom either. It's like the cashier handling money than handling food. Gross,..The kid was a hard worker I'm sure and just trying to move things along. Just wasn't trained in proper etiquette.. the manager told me they were to under staffed to just let someone clean.. I saw plenty of staff. Just weren't educated in efficiency... or hiring the wrong staff? (Management)... The other problem is , at 930 at night there was no one in line in front of me and no one behind, but because there was no fries available, they wanted to push to a parking spot. Why? because there is a timer on the drive thru.. The quicker they get people through the line the better their record looks. It's a scam. And doesn't help anyone but themselves. I gave you my money and we argue about the broom sweeper, give my my food... by the time i got my fries someone just pulled up behind me. Food was fine except they used an onion peal for an onion...

All size soda's at McDonald's are now the same price, so whether you get a medium or large they're both the same cost, but the manager at this particular McDonald's said that's not true. It is at every other McDonald's though.

Fish sandwich was good but sauce outside on top of bun, just thrown together. This is not ideal when picking up at drive thru to eat on the road. Such a mess.

The restaurant needs a serious cleaning! The main lobby isn't too awful, but could be better. The restrooms are disgusting! You're better off going to a local gas station and using their restroom.

Bathroom was completely out of toilet paper. We alerted the staff who said they would send someone to fill it. Didn't happen while we were there. Also sweet tea was out despite upcharge on happy meals

As far as McDonald's food goes, this spot is pretty decent. It's clean, access in and out is good, and the food itself is on par with what one would expect from Fast Food/McDonald's. Be wary of the drive thru, as there is a 1/7 chance that they will mess up your order- From incorrect drinks (sugar/milk when asked for cream only), to incorrect toppings (ask to hold something, on anyway), to missing parts of sandwhiches (biggest offender is single pattied burgers when doubles were ordered). 2024-10-10 Update: Service has gotten worse. I have had to wait 15 minutes on food once, and recently they have been staffing the drive thru with employees who have trouble deciphering spoken orders. This is compounded by glitchy or non-functioning ordering screens, which make it hard to know if your order is correct until you hit the window.

This McDonald's would fail a secret shop horribly. Doesn't follow proper procedure for the S.O.C.s. Takes more than 90 seconds to receive any food order or drink, and does not say Thank You to guests 3 times like they are supposed to

The boy who took our order, I couldn't tell if he heard me or not, got no clue. Had to ask once again the # of mcnuggets and sauces to which made him a bit short with me and making me feel incompetent. They never called my number for me to come and grab my own bag, get my own drink, straw, lid, napkins, condiments and by the time I asked if the lone bag sitting there open, heat completely gone from the food, so cold fries, 6 nuggets and a coke that needed changed cost me a measley 8 dollars plus that stellar service. This place and the kids running around disguised as employees will never see a dime of my families money. Come to think of it, I'm not going back to that one or any other McDonald's for that matter. Turned into quantity over quality. Not even for a bathroom stop. Mean employees and at those gouged prices, I know where to go to get service with a smile, not McDonald's!!! Gross!

While out traveling I stopped for a quick breakfast for me and a friend. Ordered one hasbrown and one sausage with cheese biscuit at the kiosk. Not sure how I wound up with four hashbrowns. Corrected the order but walked out with the wrong order again. Done with ordering through a robot. Displeased with this fast food establishment!

The french fries were mediocre even though they were a little oily, soggy and underdone. The hamburger was so small inside the bun, i had to look to see if it was there. Everything's smaller while the prices have gone up.

Honestly I didn't expect to be humbled by a burger. Maybe it was the stress of a road trip. Maybe it was the fact that three-quarters of the patty was hanging off of the bun and welded in place by the cheese. I tried to scoop it back on and it just crumbled apart like the meat on white people taco night. I was starving and determined to eat it anyway. The flavor was okay. At least the jalapenos were fresh. But the whole ordeal for whatever reason brought a grown woman to tears in public. Can't fully blame the place, I mean the staff was nice enough and I didn't have the wherewithal to even mention it. But I left some of my dignity in that place.

Mc Donald's is what it is, however I have found in years past that this particular place does a very poor job of clearing the walk ways of snow and especially ice. So, all things being equal....at least in winter I would avoid this very slippery restaurant.

Picture this, a long day, hard at work; I come to my favorite establishment, McDonald’s. I order, using the MCDONALDS APP! Using 1500 of my hard earned points (hard earned with MONEY) to acquire a McDonald’s ice cream cone. Instead, What I received can be described as nothing short of traumatizing. Not only did I not receive my cone, I received a verbal lambasting by their so called “employee”. They trotted over to my table Asking if we “had a problem” Well of course I had problem, There was a resounding lack of dairy confections hitting my palate. How could I be ok, now, on the verge of tears, whimpering, I asked politely for my ice cream, instead of being treated to a cold treat, I was treated to a cold stare, and more importantly, with a cold heart, uncharacteristic of americas finest fast food chain. I will RELUCTANTLY be dining here again, maybe next time I’ll get my cone…

Horrible! We went in to get the kids food after a day of hiking and my wife wanted to use their restroom and they refused. We asked where the nearest restroom would be and they said they didn’t know. Really McDonald’s in a time like these where kindness goes a long way! Staff needs to be trained. No one offered assistance.

Don't order breakfast burritos from here. They hardly put any filling in the burritos. I guess they are cutting down on costs. They put them on the bottom of the bag so they are smashed. This has happened more then once. Every time I go you have to ask them to out them on top. Today I forgot to ask and again on the bottom of the bag. When i asked for new ones. I was told they are always flat when they come from the kitchen. Whatever I will go to the Mcdonalds in kingston. They actually put filling in their burritos and they are not flat.

What a bad experience... Order was put in wrong, and then to actually get the order corrected I had to go through drive thru! The person at the counter was being trained, but no one was actually doing the training. As the line started to form for orders to get corrected, the people in line grew adjigated quickly.

My brother and I went to McDonald's for lunch today. We ordered a Medium two cheeseburger meal and a medium six piece chicken select meal. It took them 18 minutes from when we placed our order before I questioned the lady at the counter why it was taking so long. She never apologized for the wait, rather she told me it was a big order and that's why it took so long. I then asked her why they served five other parties before us, even though we placed our order well before those people ever walked into the store...she replied that they were small orders so the got them out first before starting our "big one" I never write reviews but today MCDONALD'S IN SAUGERTIES you made me. The ice cream cones are either a half inch one inch inch and a half two inches or what ever the person or child fells like. For 2.51 cents it’s not worth it. I can go next door to Stewart’s and get a half gallon for 3 dollars and change.

Hands down the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. We were in the area, vacationing, and we stopped here for Coffee. Our (my wife and I) order is pretty simple: Large Black Coffee with quarter cup of ice (it's way too hot at any coffee place, so I like to add ice so I can drink it sooner) in it and a large iced coffee made with milk instead of cream, the cashier repeated back the order and we moved up in line.. What came out the other side was the complete opposite.. large coffee with cream (not sure how much, I didn't drink it) and an iced coffee I can only described as a mix of half cream and half milk with a splash of coffee. My wife went back in and got replacement drinks, no problem there however, the complete disregard of validation of the order before it goes out the door/window shouldn't have happened.

went in this morning the guy at the first window was so rude and just looked like he hated his life. and then i pulled forward to get my food and the brunette girl with glasses almost dropped my food out of the window and all she does is says “oop” and then slams the window in my face. also did not get butter and syrup with my pancakes. i go here from time to time and everytime i am there most people here are just so rude and nasty.
