Did you all change cooks within the past year? You used to have the best fried chicken in town! Lately, it's been poorly seasoned, soggy, and not well done. Also, the pizza crust was never burnt as its been in our last 3 orders. WHAT'S GOING ON??? If you have changed cooks recently, (and I think you have) the replacement needs to be replaced. Go back to cooking your chicken and pizza to the level of excellence of a year, or so, ago. After reading the reviews within the same time period, others have expressed the same concerns. Delivery service is still very good, timely, and your drivers are very polite.

Very rude customer service. And there menu online is expired also to add in the fact that they were changing prices mid conversation of trying to order. And they were very rude and there food is whack.

I ordered on DoorDash and received 200% wrong order and complained to DD about not receiving my food after waiting over an hour.DD credited me back my money so that I can place an order again I decided to place an order again for my fresh pizza and wings. Over two hours later a new DoorDash arrives with my order. This restaurant gave them the original order from over two hours ago that I had ordered That never got to me instead of remaking the new one I received a wet box with wet, mushy pizza and curdled cheese and chicken wings that were ice cold and also wet from the condensation on the inside I work in this restaurant industry, and I would never do that to a customer. They should have made my food fresh and properly as it was not Something of my fault I paid to be inconvenienced. I understand DoorDash is third-party, but this company sent out disgusting food and did not care about the fact that the bacteria growth was growing on it from the minute. It came out of the oven until it got to my house. I am a diabetic and if I had eaten that food, I could’ve gotten extremely sick.

They are horrible. Don't know how to take orders, sent my.orfer across town. The driver arrived across town called my phone saying he's in front of my door. Went outside he's across town at a while different address. I called the store and they act like they don't understand. It's been over an hour since the order was made. Called them to return money onto my account and it still hasn't arrived back . What kind of pizza delivery service is this? This is not the only time this is bull crap. Shut this place down man the females that work the phone are disrespectful and act like they are dumb. I don't understand the disrespect. That's why such a salty review

I call to make a order delivery and I ask how much will be to order and they told me $15 plus $2 charge and remember the taxes and delivery tip it not included so how this will cost me just for $10 order I don't think so

I don’t know where to start the food, the service, most importantly the overall cleanliness is by far disgusting down to the roaches, expired food which can lead to food poisoning just don’t go there it’s better to go somewhere else to pay more but u know that the food is 100% worth it.

When I went in there tonight I got nothing but dirty looks and my children and I were served rotten food and I was called crazy when I complained about it. The chicken is very old and dry and the chicken had a rancid smell. Potatoes were ice cold. No refund ,no proper customer service. I think they believe that since it's in a bad neighborhood they can serve the people garbage or something I don't know. IT'S JUST UNACCEPTABLE! ON TOP OF IT STAFF DOESN'T WEAR GLOVES AND FLOORS ARE UNCLEAN.

Ordered an Italian mixed sub and don't even know what meat this is (see photo) The pepperoni they put a total of 7 slices of pizza pepperoni. The pizza is lacking flavor as well. It was delivery so I didn't go to the location to really determine a atmosphere review. Delivery was extremely fast though.

Place an order thru uber eats and ask specifically mash potato no gravy and instead of coleslaw I want fries . I got mash potato with gravy and coleslaw . If I know they would have done this I would have never order from here !!! So disappointed
