I visit often. They have a crew there that is the best. Quick and attentive. Prepacked cookies always contain a variety for everyone. Of course, I take the Chocolate Chunk bag.

What wonderful service here at the Rotterdam store! I stopped by for lunch & I believe the lady’s names were Brenda and & Mandi. Very pleasant, and great with my order. Had me in and out in less then 5 minutes and made sure to offer me a drink and nuggets! Will be stopping by again! Thank you Ladies!

Ordered a toasted ham and cheese sub with mayonnaise. Food tasted really good and there was just enough mayo put on 👍

Great little shop. The staff and very friendly and the subs are very delightful to eat and enjoy. Their tatortots are very tasty and perfectly salted. A nice place to stop and have a bite to eat. The shop is on the small side though.

Really good experience from this Mr. Subb. The customer service from the laddies that helped me was good! They were friendly and asked questions about my order. The sub I received was also very good. I can tell that prep is being done regularly, and that everything is fresh. Tots are always a great add on, and is one of the reasons I prefer Mr.Subb over subway or other restaurant shops. Soda was good, and the machine looked cleaned. The only issue I had during this visit was the cleanliness of the ceilings, specifically over the food area. Guys this needs to be fixed asap you have dust and debris hanging from the vents and panels. A food safety inspection would mark this as a critical. It would only take 30 mins to correct this. GM if you are reading this please make this correction. It would be nice to see improvements next time I return. Thank you staff! I enjoyed my lunch.

The shop was nice and clean, both the workers behind the counter were very kind too! I got potato bites and a buffalo chicken sub. The potato bites were hot, fresh and crispy. Basically just tater tots but they were really good. The buffalo chicken sub was not great, the chicken tasted terrible and the ingredients just didn't taste very fresh to me. I would suggest just going to Jersey Mike's or Subway for the better quality

I got 2 subs. one ended up coming out fine. but MY sub was the hot sub. i asked for a buffalo chicken with lettuse cheese and hot sauce. i go home to find out she put mayo or something on my sub and no hot sauce. there was only 1 person working there so im not entirely sure how they messed up a simple sub. not really that mad about it but like… how did u mess that up :(

I asked for a half size Italian mixed Sub. I asked for Italian sauce and salt and pepper on tomatoes with extra onions. We I got home I noticed the bad sub with no sauce. Little lettuce that looked old. He gave me 3 slice onions on it when I asked for extra. Went asked if he put the sauce on it was told that he had put it on the veggie. I did see him do it so I ask for extra to be put in container. I don't understand why we can't see the place while they're making the subs. I love Mr Subs. I will never go to this location again. Bad service!

Person with bangs working was very rude to customers saying out loud and making a very big deal that 2 people showed up 10 mins before close. Bad customer service. We got one wrap and it took 1 min to make. I’m all for being considerate of closing time but we had never been here and probably won’t be back.

Paid $48 for 1 slice of meat on 2 subs. the lettuce was thicker. very disappointed in amount of meat.

I always to to this store...it was amazing,I also would spend alot of money....but the last few times it was not good at all..so disappointed..I always get extra mayo but there has not been any...the bread is not even soft it's hard and it smelled like butter and taste like I was eating a stick of butter..the meat was flopped out and we'll i I will never be returning there...I don't know if they got rid of people or what's going on but you lost a customer

I came in today, manager Natalie was with a coworker, I don’t remember the coworkers name but, you would think that that lady was the manager, she kept taking over ask me questions consistently when I’m trying to tell the manager what was going on the sub that she was working on, and I had four subs to order, she confused me so much and the poor manager couldn’t get a word in edgewise. And every time we order for delivery, I asked for root beer, and every gosh dang time they give me a Pepsi, do you not know the difference? I will not be going back there.

I order a Chipotle steak giant.....sub wasn't toasted, no peppers and onions on the steak (I ask for them and she told me she added....liar liar) I always tip them and that's how they treat me...service was very bad too common girls you can do better...
