Ice cream here, FANTASTIC. Anything else, don’t waste your money or time. Tried the chicken strip basket today and threw it in the trash. Chicken was stringy and weird texture, fries were hard and not fresh. Only edible thing was the toast.

Came here to get me a Steak Fingers basket as I haven't had it in a while and was craving it. I like thier fries so I upgraded the fries to the largest size they had. This is what I got in my box. Such a sad looking serving of fries that I paid extra for. You can tell by looking at them that they were kinda old as well. Do a little better with your fries please!!!

Ok. I'm from Texas and enjoy HOT 🔥 🌶️ Food. DQ had a commercial for Spicy Carolina Reaper Tacos. Not a typical fan of DQ, thought this would make up for it. Nope 👎. I ordered the Reaper Tacos and when I took a bite and immediately took it back to the counter to say I wanted the Reaper Tacos. They told me it is. They tasted like an avg Joe taco. No heat. I mean come on! It was bland, just terrible. I didn't finish them. Wasn't worth the poor taste. Their offering was; do you want more sauce? No thx. There was a Health rating of A+, yet food all over the floor and beverage machine area. I have a service 🐕‍🦺 dog, and had to move food away so he could lay down. No greeting when entered. Just seemed like teenagers working. It is what it is.

This is my banana split. Makes me wonder if they pre made it and if they ran out of chocolate, strawberry and pineapple. Not to mention I ordered a medium sprite, they gave me small fries. I like the convenience of the location, but these days the quality of the food served is declining. The service is fast, but if the food is cold, stale and missing ingredients, I'd rather wait the 15 minutes for at least decent food.

So I have to be honest, after having been here about 40 times since we live 1 block away. Really, 1 block it seems that we always wait about 15 minutes just to order food then another 10 to get it??? Come on guys/gals higher more people, better people not sure but do something. Years later and no different. Long lines and waits. Can’t believe it takes 20 minutes to get a meal here. Really unbelievable.

The worst ever I will never comeback , and this is close to my house . It literally took them 30 minutes to make 3 $7 meals . They were not short staffed they looked over staffed in the kitchen. I walked in from being parked there in the waiting line . My food was under the heat light . I questioned the girl, like how long has my food been sitting there ? She said it just came up . My fries were not hot and god knows how long my ice cream been sitting there . Yet I said I been waiting 30 minutes. The worst ever Do not come to this establishment !!!!!! Very unprofessional and very slow . Very much overstaffed so there’s no reason that you have to wait that long for your food literally like six people in the kitchen

Ordered an ice cream cone, dipped. What came out? A melted dish of ice cream with just a little bit of chocolate sauce in a top. And this is after waiting 11 min ( the timestamp receipts) for a single, simple cone. Plenty of people were there, several not doing much. They didn't get anything right. I tossed it as I didn't want to wait another 10 min for a cone, and left. I will not be going back.

Horrible service every time! Why do I have to wait 20min for ice cream just because you have to go in order making me wait behind everybody who ordered FOOD. It was just two cubes and instead of caring about my complaint and handing me the ice creams after I walked in they proceeded to tell me I had to wait my turn. Yea refund me please. I’ll drive 30min out my way for better service

So this is normally my go to location but after today I won’t be back they lady who took my order was short with me and rude. Then the food was cold and wrong and my blizzard melted fast

Dam just saw someone else with the same problem. Thought it was melted when they handed it to me but it was dark out. I didn’t think they would serve melted ice cream. I guess they don’t care. The Sunday was pretty much the same. Melted ice cream covered with whipped cream. $6 bucks, for real?

This DQ is horrible! I live 15 minutes away get home and my chicken strips were so dry and hard I couldn’t even eat them . Called the DQ and they told me the chicken strips probably got like that on my drive home . They put the blame on me I couldn’t believe that. I will not be returning the hospitality is HORRIBLE!

Went through the drive-thru and it took 20 minutes for us to get our food. Bad food quality and pricey menu items. My xl chili cheese dog was dry and over cooked. The drinks are overloaded with ice and like two sips of actual drink. Not going back.
