I had such a wonderful experience at IHOP thanks to our amazing server, Dinese. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. She was upbeat, patient, and incredibly attentive, the kind of person who anticipates what you need before you even ask. Our drinks never ran empty, our food came out perfectly timed, and she checked on us just the right amount, not too much, not too little. Even with a busy dining room, Dinese kept her positive attitude and warm smile the entire time. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly enjoys what they do, and it shows in how she treats her guests. IHOP is lucky to have her! Servers like Dinese make all the difference and turn a simple breakfast into a great dining experience. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll be asking for Dinese every time! 🍳🥞☕

Give Kieshawn a raise!! I assure you that I’m not a family member or friend of his. I am a very pleased customer. My Husband & I arrived around 9pm on Oct 13, 2025. The parking lot was empty, so we checked to see if the door was unlocked & it was. We walked in & were greeted by a server who was on her way out. The next server had not shown. We are Grateful that Kieshawn was working that night. He was performing the job of 4 people (Host, Server, Cook & Busser)!!! The food was delicious & Kieshawn was a wonderfully polite & attentive server. A party of 3 arrived when Kieshawn was busy in the back. I approached the guests & communicated that the cook was also the server & they decided to stay. I didn’t want IHOP to miss out on the sale & more importantly, I wanted to ensure Kieshawn didn’t miss out on a potential tip. Kieshawn had the Best pleasant & positive attitude. My Husband & I left him a big fat tip. He certainly deserved it.

I love coming to this IHOP because of Denise! She is kind! She is the right amount of hover as a server. She checks on her customers but doesn't over check. You know what I mean?! She makes sure everything is perfect (extra butter for my pancakes) and is genuinely happy to see repeat customers. Great place for breakfast! The order was perfect (breakfast sampler) and over-medoum eggs so tje whites aren't runny! It's my Sunday morning gift to me! Extra tip to Denise for her hardwork without making it look hard!

Denice was amazing! Despite being very busy she has great hustle, communication, attitude and Service! She took her time to check on us every time she walked by and still was able to refill our drinks and even pour my coffee. Great experience!

Food was very good. We had a great time but my mother-in-law heard other customers cursing in Spanish. I would recommend monitoring customers' choice of language so nobody gets offended. Autumn did amazing.

Fish and chips dripping so much oil I'm waiting on the military to invade my dining room. Ordered tartar sauce with it and didnt receive it. Ordered dressing with the salad and didnt receive it. Requested no plastic ware and received more than I know what to do with. Received ranch cups i didnt ask for. Quoted a pick up time of 7:02, they didn't hand me food until 7:16. Blamed the "onion rings". Server was nice enough but the attention to detail from the staff at this location is always lacking. The Selma location at the forum has more attentive staff.

We were hungry so we decided to go back to this IHOP, bad choice. We should have suspected something when there were no customers except 1 other in the entire establishment. I asked for a lemonade and it tasted like water with a bid of some kind of flavor. Asked for sweet tea instead. That was better but needed more ice. My sons chicken salad was supposed to have the purple onion held and what was on the salad, about a fourth of a cut up purple onion. I didn’t bother to ask for another or for it to be removed since I removed it myself. The burger I ordered I asked for extra pickles I got 2 pickles and the bread was not just toasted it was crispy charcoaled. The piece of lettuce I got was rotten and I removed it. Overall, my husband said we’d not be going back to any IHOP in or near our area.

Took over an hour to get pancakes on a to go order. The guy at the front was getting a little annoying when he kept saying that sometimes the tickets print late and kept repeating that he’s just doing his job and getting the orders out the best he can why doesn’t take over an hour to make pancakes I do a to go order before I leave my house and shouldn’t have to wait 40 -45 minutes in my car to get my food then go inside and have to wait another 20 minutes before they bring it out. This is very poor service not at all happy.

I have never eaten at ihop before and my daughter is always talking about it.. how delicious and fun place it is… well we were the only one in the restaurant and our server was Jajah B.. he talked so fast I couldn’t understand what he was saying. Plus he had a mask on so I definitely didn’t know what he was saying.. after we ordered I found out my brother was going to join us and we needed to order another plate.. I had to walk through the dining room to find him… then our food got there and I had to get our own silverware and had to go find him again to refill our water.. the menu said bottomless pancakes but I was actually uncomfortable looking for him and bothering him for more.. I even told him that we were almost done and he disappeared again.. I had to go look for him.. I don’t expect my server to sit and watch us eat but to be at least a small bit attentive. The food was ok.. not wonderful but with this kind of service I probably won’t be back..

We stopped in late Friday morning and the restaurant was nearly empty...which, in hindsight, was less “peaceful brunch vibe” and more “giant red flag.” My husband and I were seated at a booth where the table was fully set… but apparently wiping it down wasn’t part of the process because it still had syrup all over it. Nothing like sticking to the table before you even see a menu. As we were debating whether to stay, a woman walked past scratching her face nonstop.💀 A few moments later we realized ...surprise 😮 ...she was our waitress. I immediately told my husband we should leave, but he insisted we stay because “we’re already here.” Famous last words. We ordered, the food came out, and it was fine. Not terrible, not memorable....just edible enough to remind us we made a questionable life decision. Then our waitress completely disappeared. Not busy. Not checking other tables. Just gone. When we were ready to pay, we had to go to the front ourselves, where another employee informed us our server had apparently left mid-shift and they had to re-enter our order into the computer just so we could pay and leave. The entire experience felt chaotic, unclean, and wildly unprofessional. I’m not saying run… but if you walk in and your instincts immediately tell you to turn around, listen to them. Your future self will thank you.💥

Had family have some good food but I had Tea told the server could I change it to lemonade she which had no name tag charged me for both and never told me it would be an extra charge and argue with me about it that she was not going to take it off the bill. I have never had a problem with changing my drink. I'll tell you IHOP I will never be back . Ridiculous to loose a customer over $8.00
