Arcadia Farms is a delightful haven for a perfect lunch. It is charming, welcoming, and filled with fresh, flavorful dishes that do not disappoint. The atmosphere exudes warmth and comfort, making it the kind of place where every visit feels special. Their famous strawberry chicken salad is a standout, vibrant, refreshing, and beautifully balanced while the chicken sandwich is equally impressive, tender and satisfying with every bite. What truly sets Arcadia Farms apart, though, is the caring and thoughtful service; the staff go above and beyond to make guests feel genuinely valued. A visit here is more than just a meal, it’s a reminder of how wonderful a thoughtfully prepared lunch can be.
Great food - good selection of non run of the mill salads sandwiches and delicious crepes. Very French ( for Arizona) lovely cozy boutique like atmosphere - perfect place for an upscale but still affordable lunch - small outdoor patio. Terrific service.
I had never been to a "tea party". What a fun experience. I went with a dear friend and my 2 nieces. The food was great, the desserts were wonderful and the staff was exceptional. I live in Oregon, but I hope to go back the next time I come to visit.
Very cosy nice place to have a breakfast/brunch in. Atmosphere is relaxing and service very friendly. Dishes are original, tasty but I would prefer less onion driven plates.
A charming French themed restaurant. My husband and I decided to try it out because it was walking distance from our hotel. It’s on the pricey side but the quality of the food is great. We shared the Smoked and Fresh Salmon hash and the picture attached is a 1/2 portion so you can see it’s very generous. The server was very nice and it had a cozy welcoming atmosphere. Great place to go for a nicer brunch or dinner.
Beautiful breakfast spot in Old Town! Delicious food and friendly service. Great pastries.
We tried this place for restaurant week in Scottsdale. For this event, it’s a set menu for $55 each. There was plenty of parking outside, bathrooms are outside of the building which are hidden from public but not inside the restaurant. The inside is set up like a house with different rooms. Though the floor is concrete not wood. The food and service was excellent. Our server was very courteous and attentive. We started with only one piece of delicious bread (I wanted more it was so good). We had a choice of five to six appetizers and chose the burrata and the brie and apple slices. For dinner, I got the scallops in wine and butter sauce. I received about 7 huge scallops. My wife got a beef bourguignon with mashed potatoes, and onion wheels. It came in a nice red wine sauce. For dessert, we were treated with the chocolate mousse and crème brûlée. It was a delicious meal. Make sure to get on their mail list because they offer specials for birthdays.
Arcadia Farms is one of my favorite brunch spots in Scottsdale. The interior of the space is absolutely gorgeous and the outside patio is even better with so many trees and plants. For brunch you are served a basket of French pastries which are just incredible. We try to save them to snack on throughout the meal but they never make it that far because we always immediately devour them. For brunch I love the salmon bagel. The bagel is always perfectly baked and they load it with plenty of salmon. Edited: added a few photos from brunch at their new location! Everything was as amazing as it looks, and I love the new spot.
Beautiful interior and patio seating, although it got loud with a large group seated next to us. The food was delicious, French inspired, with pastries too!
UPDATE 2/24/25: We travel to Scottsdale annually for business so obviously we made Arcadia Farms top of our list. They did not disappoint. Dinner service on Friday night was so great we decided to come back for breakfast twice (don't sleep on the blueberry crêpes or the peach french toast and also, their coffee is magical, I don't know what they use but we love it). Rasheedah was our server again and she still took care of us so well. We LOVE the ambiance at Arcadia and we look forward to returning next year. Original Review: We are HUGE fans of breakfast at Arcadia Farms, so we were delighted to try their dinner service. They did not disappoint. The service was top notch (thank you, Rasheedah!). For starter I had the Bacon/Gruyère/Leek Tarte which immediately took me back to the north of France where I ate a similar tarte. The wine pairings were fantastic, especially the dinner Cab. My husband had the Beef Bourguignon…SO GOOD. Dessert was great but we had already stuffed ourselves so much with the first 2 courses. Above all, the fine dining vibe was intimate and romantic, great for a date night to reconnect and remember why we fell in love in the first place. Thanks, Arcadia Farms, we’ll be back!
This place is so adorable. The menu has unique items. The Smoked Salmon Rillettes* were delicious and I love that they serve it in Staub! I also had the Warm Smoked Turkey and Brie with sliced apples and fig jam on fresh baked Noble walnut bread. Very good. The potato salad was excellent. I can’t wait to go again and try something else on the menu. There is street parking and valet parking which helps.
This was our first time trying Arcadia Farms. We went for brunch on a Saturday. It was busy, but they sat us out back right away. They have misters and covered tables, so it's warm in the heat of Scottsdale but bearable. The service was fast and the food was very good. The quiche was excellent, among the best I've ever had. The portions were appropriate. The potatoes that came with the quiche were well seasoned and cooked correctly. The seared salmon nicoise salad had a large piece of salmon on greens with a tasty dressing on the sweet side. The restaurant provides some sweet small pastry to snack on while you wait for your meal and the servers are very attentive to the details of your order. Great experience and a number of interesting menu options that will bring us back again soon.
This little French inspired cafe is the perfect go to for a friends get-together. The inside is quaint and intimate. Their menu has a great mix of savory and sweet. The dishes were well portioned. I have been here a few different times with different friends and it’s been positive every single time. The service is great and they tend to your every need. The baked goods they put on your table as an “appetizer” are to die for! Overall, this is a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a quieter and intimate meal with a date/family/friends and delicious food!
This place has some real classy charm! Delight French-inspired cafe with a beautiful, cozy interior. We enjoyed a late lunch and were served by the most accommodating and kind server. Thank you Lisa for going above and beyond! I enjoyed the Roasted Chicken Farmhouse Salad, a mocktail, and the creme brulee.
What a great atmosphere! Patio/garden seating in front and in back provides great ambiance. Every plate I saw come form the kitchen was beautiful. The brunch menu is diverse and interesting. We had the Grilled Chicken Strawberry Salad and the Crab Cake Benedict. Both were delicious. We have to go back to try more!
We had an excellent brunch this morning and so grateful for Penny’s kindness and attention to detail! Thank you!
Love it! Definitely recommend. Had a great server named Desiree that was very attentive and made a few great menu recommendations. We ordered chicken creme crepes and wild mushrooms tart, both dishes were phenomenal. For dessert we ordered the coconut creme baby cake. So soft and just sweet enough.
I was the photographer for a wedding here a while back. What struck me the most was the classy contemporary eclectic décor. It's basically looks like someone's home that was transformed to a restaurant/event space. I love it here, I didn't have a chance to sample any food, but all of the other photos sure do make it look good. The wedding reception space was neatly organized in a long bright room. I would definitely look into this spot for your intimate gathering! On the down-side though, parking was a real pain!
I finally understand why this place is always packed! The ambiance is lovely and the food is amazing. Excellent coffee and pastries. The champagne options are all delicious. The crepes are VERY rich and dense so be prepared for a dessert, but all other meals I’ve gotten here were delicious and balanced. We will be back!
Went for an early Sunday breakfast. Love the remodeled restaurant and Paris design. Everything was amazing - the fresh flowers, friendly staff, delicious pastries and my mushroom tart was perfect!. They even made homemade lavender syrup for the mimosa. Will be going back soon!
Old Town favorite of mine. Having grown up in Scottsdale this is my old go-to for baby showers, a girls’ lunch, and birthdays! Yes, there are older patrons there dining, but don’t let that sway you. It’s a pretty girlie place too. I can’t begin to tell how many showers I attended there for friends over the years. The back patio is lovely with little private dining areas that have a quaint flair. The lump crab cakes are excellent. We actually ordered the entrée as an appetizer, and it was perfect for three people. We got two handful sizes of crab cakes. I usually order the strawberry chicken salad as it’s one of their signature salads for like 15 years now. This past visit I ordered the pesto shrimp salad. It’s a nice light dish to enjoy with their peach tea. My daughters loved the smoked turkey sandwich with Brie. There was a good amount of Brie in the sandwich as well. For my daughter’s birthday I ordered her the Sprinkle Baby Cake. (Mention your birthday upon arrival, and they will comp it for you)This cake is sublime. Not only is the design cute, but the cream filling inside the most moist cake is to die for! We actually went to the bakery next door and my girls had to sway me from buying two more to take home! 😂
What a great restaurant. French music in the background. Breakfast was wonderful. I had the chorizo quesadilla. It came with homemade guacamole and salsa. My wife had the fresh Berry crepes it was excellent. The food was served quickly. Waitress and Hostess were very nice. This is a great spot for a romantic dinner or any meal. I would definitely come here again. Price is not too bad.
Amazing experience, probably one my restaurants in AZ. Fantastic ingredients and great curation
Eating here is always a special treat when I'm in town. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing and the food is quite delicious! Although the service was a bit lacking this time, I give grace because it was her second day. I'll be back ☺️
Fantastic menu of salads, sandwiches, crepes and pastries. There is something for all here. Everything is cooked perfectly and tastes very vivid!
We will definitely be coming back. This charming French country setting was perfect. Patio and indoor dining for brunch. The did was high quality and cooked perfectly. Their pastry chef is wonderful.
Our meal was some of the best food I’ve had in Phoenix/Scottsdale. I enjoyed the mushroom tart. The flavor was amazing and I wish I could have eaten it all. The crispy edges of the baked cheese, the buttery crust, & the mushrooms all were perfection. My son had the ham and cheese quiche. It was a classic choice that didn’t disappoint. Coffee was good also. The only negative was that the tables are close together. We’ll definitely return.
Visited for an early lunch. Busy but not crazy. Sat at a shared table out in the porch. Shaded with misters, so it was comfortable even at 90 degrees outside. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. We shared the bruschetta selection. All three were very good. Nice flavor and crisp, toasty bread. Devoured it before I could get a picture. The dessert was amazing! Strawberry shortcake was fresh and not overly sweet. Highly recommend!!
Arcadia Farms Café is a wonderful spot with a charming atmosphere and a touch of French delicacies that make every visit special. The service is excellent—friendly and attentive—and the food is crafted with care and flavor. And the coffee? Absolutely delicious. A perfect place to enjoy a relaxing meal or a cozy break. ✨️
If the rating scale was 1 to 10, I would rate Acadia FIFTEEN! The atmosphere combined with the incredible food was literally the best dining experience I have ever had, and I've traveled all over (including many places in France) so I have a big base of experiences. This could not have been better. Our server Lori was SUPERB! She made recommendations, doted on us, and of course the service was impeccable, which to my mind makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. It was a bit cool the day we were there but of course we sat outside, in the front courtyard, surrounded by greenery and plants. The complimentary Madeleine's to start us off were as good or better (!) than on Champs Elysees. This place is a jewel and if you are in Old Scottsdale you should NOT repeat NOT mis it.
This was the first time me and my best friend came here for lunch. A reservation was said to be needed but we were able to get seated outside right away. I noticed the whole place was fills with ladies lunching which was so cute ! Our server Lauryn was amazing and the food was so good! Me and my friend like to split things and that was no problem. Everything was delicious and we can’t wait to come back to try more things :)
I've been coming to this place for years and I absolutely LOVE IT!! The restaurant side and the marketplace both have great food that taste fresh and flavorful. And let's not get on the desserts because they are the best!! If you ever get the chance to order the raspberry lemon cake you will not regret it trust me!
Arcadia Farms is charming, cozy, and full of character. The crepes are amazing, the baby cakes are irresistible, and it’s always the perfect place to celebrate something special. If you’re tired of chain restaurants and want something truly unique, this place is it.
The baked goat cheese is really good. The ham and cheese quiche was missing something for me.... The birthday cake is as very moist. I do like their marketplace a lot!
Very cute and esthetic cozy spot. Definitely a good brunch place to visit with the girls. We were seated promptly. I had coffee paired with a pecan cinnamon roll. It was just sweet enough. I also tried the ham crepe which was smothered in a white sauce. The crepe had a bit of a crunch, which was perfect. Id recommend this place for brunch 😋
The staff and atmosphere were delightful :) we ordered a mushroom tart, blueberry crepes, and a peach scone. The scone was our favorite part! You have to try it. The tart was also very good but the crepe was pretty heavy on the crème and light on the crepe. The hot coffee was not my cup of tea and the staff was very polite and accommodating about comping it.
Typical French fare served in a quaint but slightly cramped converted home- restaurant. We shared a table with another party, separated by a large vase of flowers. Our server was professional and efficient. The food was tasty and predictable. My beef bourguione was underwhelming, and my cake was moist and tasteless. It just needed more filing. I left feeling slightly disappointed.
Sorry I forgot to take a picture of the food but it was amazing. The chicken Panini, fresh salad, and desserts were delicious. Fresh bread and butter so tasty too! The restaurants atmosphere was quaint, intimate and aesthetically pleasing. Make reservation, as they do get crowded since it’s a local favorite. Breakfast lunch and dinner is available and they are open seven days a week. There is seating inside or out and handicap friendly. Follow me for more places to go and see.
The ambiance is upscale classy while being very inviting. Plenty of shade for outside eating, and inside dining is offered as well. Customer service was decent and the food was good, my favorite was the scones...yummy. Great place for a chic brunch with the girls.
A lovely local place with French inspired cuisine that has been in old town Scottsdale for some time. They used to have a really nice outdoor patio when they were located on the other side of the street but that is now another restaurant (and redone). We thought the food was above average but not wow. It is a great place to take people for get togethers.
I went here for breakfast on a Friday morning and got seated right away. The atmosphere is really adorable — “garden farm luxe” and that was my favorite part. I got the gluten free frittata with avocado on the side and a coffee. The frittata didn’t have much flavor, it just tasted like potatoes, I had to drown it in hot sauce for flavor. And the coffee was pretty average as well. For $36 I’d opt for better food next time, but I’d return here with a friend perhaps to try their drinks or possibly try another menu item because the environment is just that cute.
Food was very good, but for a first time visit, I was a bit underwhelmed possibly because of the odd place we sat. The seating geometry is tight inside and it can be very loud if you’re seated near a larger table. This is sort of unavoidable since they have large tables (seat 8-10) in each room. We wanted a cozy, romantic spot…but where we sat inside next to a group of 4 celebrating a birthday wasn’t optimal for us, especially with lots of other free tables. I think outside patio in front is best for ambience. Server was very nice and explained things well. Food was very good. We won’t go back for dinner, but maybe a casual lunch or brunch which is what I think it’s suited for as they pre-set tables and are not about details.
First time eating here on someone else's treat: we were seated outside, and it took some time for us to sit. (15 min) The aesthetic of the place is lovely, but hot, crowded, and somewhat overbearing. It touts a Parisian feel, but an American's idea of Paris: imitation that pales to the original. Once seated, we were placed at the end of the crowded patio near the bathroom, so many people passed by us, and we had people behind our table, with little space. Our waitress was not as attentive as she should have been, got the wrong drink for one of our guests, and took a long time getting the correct drink. We weren't offered refills either, nor any recommendations on the food. To be at a place that touts luxury and pretentious decorations, it would be nice if the servers were also accomodating and affable. Once we ordered it was an incredibly long wait (15 min) for our very simple bread and pesto, and then another 15 min wait for our starter of the Burrata with Prosciutto. The prosciutto was very thick, and the baguettes were nice and soft with a lovely crunch. The burrata was greatly textured with a gentle taste of milk, great with the pesto. But it was surprising to see it with such a higher price range for the time it took, the portion, and the overall not very complex preparation, even if the cheese is imported. 15 to 20 min later, we got our orders. I ordered the crepes, I enjoyed the orange mascorpone with the berry compote, but was disappointed with the serving size and cold temperature. Again I was surprised with such small servings for very simple food. My sandwich was toasted well, made well but the apricot sauce was sparingly put on. It was a pretty simple, small ham and cheese sandwich. The potato salad was nice, I liked the green onions used, and it complimented the sandwich well. I had water (with no ice offered) and a fizzy ginger lemonade (with ice) in a small cup. I suppose the wait for the food was due to the fact a bridal shower was going on but I feel the venue should be prepared for multiple guests, otherwise, offer less seating and reservations. I think the restuarant could benefit from decreasing the amount of tables and concentrate on creating a relaxed atmosphere. My experience was that it was a crowded, pricey, overhyped brunch place that seems to be the trending thing here in Phoenix. The food is simple with small servings, and overall, I feel that the place is satisfactory if you're a fan of "Parisian inspired" cafe/brunch dishes (and comfortable with paying $20-$25 per person). I also feel there are other places you could pay the same for much larger servings with complex dishes. I only ate here at someone's suggestion and treat, but personally wouldn't come here myself again.
I made a reservation for Friday, May 10, 2024, at 2:30 pm to celebrate Mother's Day. I did not know but they close at 3pm and open again at 5 pm. So I was very surprised because why would the system let me get a reservation 30 mins before they close. However, upon arrival, the host seemed confused and unsure where to seat us as they were closing at 3 pm. I was initially seated at a table, but the server later asked if we could move to a different table, which I didn't mind as it was a better spot. The second server was friendly but hurried us to place our food order before 3 pm, which we did around 2:45 pm. Although there were a few other diners, we were the last to leave, so the ambiance was quiet. The tables were close together, but thankfully, there weren't many people around us. The restaurant's interior was small but charming, and the outdoor tables looked lovely. They also had a parking lot, which was a plus for the area. The food was good, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. I tried the Croque Monsieur and the Wild Mushroom Tart, which were decent. I also enjoyed the lavender and gin sparkling drink. I noticed that the prices had increased in late April or early May. Overall, the restaurant was charming, but I'm not sure if I'd return soon, especially with so many other restaurants to try. There wasn't anything particularly unique that would draw me back.
This place was highly recommended by our friends during our visit to Arizona. We had reservations for a table of 5. After arriving at the restaurant on time, we waited 30 minutes for a table. We were told to go across the street to their bakery store while we waited. Once seated, the server took a long time to even offer us some water. It seemed they were short-staffed. The server apologized for the delay in service. The meal portions were small and the taste was average.
Went there for restaurant week, overall food was was pretty good, but terrible service. We arrived at the restaurant at our reservation time, however, the host informed us they are still preparing the table, we waited about 10 minutes to get seated. After we were seated, our waitress, Pam, took another 5 minutes to greet us, and another 10 for our drinks to come out, we were only given some nuts and olives during this period. Then she was came back to take our order, that's when she told us we needed to order all 3 courses at the same time and I thought it'd be nice if she would've told us when we were ordering our drinks so we can plan ahead. While having our appetizer, another waitress noticed we didn't have any bread, so she gave offer us some, and we were quite surprise this wasn't coming from our waitress. Shortly after our main courses were served, Pam checked in on us and we never saw her again until we were done, my friend had already finished her drink and water but because Pam was nowhere to be found, she couldn't order another drink. When we were done with our main course, that was when Pam informed us 2 out of the 4 dessert we had order before we started our meal were out, we were quick shocked as another waitress was bringing the same dessert we ordered out and because we ordered before our meal, we didn't understand why she couldn't inform us earlier or hold our dessert for us. And if we would've checked in with us more often, this wouldn't have happened. To sum it up, we would come back again for the food, however, we would definitely be asking for another waiter/waitress.
First of all, we had a reservation for 8pm and were told they were waiting on one of the larger parties to leave before they could seat us. What’s the point of a reservation if the table isn’t reserved? We weren’t seated until close to 8:30. Once seated, the service was incredibly slow. They appeared understaffed, and we had to flag down a server after waiting for 15 minutes at our table. And finally, the food was exceptionally under-seasoned. I ordered the salmon, and it didn’t even taste as though they salted and peppered it. There was no sauce, no salt, and no pepper—just bland fish and potatoes. I’m confused as to why a restaurant with glowing reviews was so incredibly underwhelming.
Wonderful and charming French ambiance and great service! Food ingredient quality = rather sub par. Such a shame to be in such a charming space w great food concepts but ruined by low quality ingredients. Will not repeat
Insanely cute French cafe atmosphere. So so cute. That’s where the promise ends. Service was so rushed. Place was empty. It’s Friday noon time. Why the rush and not show up type service. Food - coffee was ok. No espresso drinks. - ham quiche was salty. Crust was over cooked and burnt in one area. Salad with it was lettuce greens. Why not some arugula. It’s a French place. - blueberry crepe - crispy on edges. Over cooked. And mega super sweet. A touch less sweet would make the complex flavors pop. So much potential of the place. But alas…
We called ahead and asked for reservations and were told it was first come, first serve, only to arrive and be asked if we had a reservation. Strike one. After waiting for 20 minutes for a table to open, we were seated outside and then left completely alone for 15 minutes watching several servers walk by completely ignoring us. We were not even given water. Strike two. The rest of the meal was not enough to overcome being ignored and did not salvage this experience to our great disappointment.
