I ordered my food thru the drive thru and I special ordered my burger. Guess what I didn't have to turn around and take it back. It was cooked perfectly. I enjoyed every last bite of my burger.
I only go to wendy's for the spicy chicken nuggets....so for the couple years they didnt have them I wouldn't go. I'm so glad they are back! Please dont discontinue them again. 🤞 the cheese and bacon baked potatoes are great too
When I open the front door and walk in there's a "do something about it" argument between two customers. I thought it would be peaceful over here.... The food and service was excellent

The service was quick and precise and the manager was very polite amd considerate of what I'm going through even though she didn't know me. I appreciated the short conversation, as I was just passing through the area and had to get back on the road, it was what I needed at that moment and just didn't realize it.
Exceptionally the greatest customer service I have had in a drive through. Speedy service I can count on after a long shopping trip to just grab my food and go. Always dependable on what I order to be made the way it's advertised.
Some years ago I thought the quality of Wendys food really went down hill. Stopped in today and was happy and surprised to find the hamburgers and French fries were great! Much better than McDonald's. Way to go Wendy's!

I've visited this location in the past with not so good encounters but on this particular morning my encounter was wonderful my cashier Kai took great care of me and went above and beyond to make sure my order was just like I wanted it even though I had forgotten to add certain items until last minute and it's little things like that that goes along way with me thank you Kai I really appreciate you
We purchased dinner at this Wendy's a few days ago. We are very disappointed because everything was saturated in mayonnaise and not a single person in this house eats mayonnaise. Not one single meal was as we had ordered. I contacted the manager named Felicity. To say she took care of things is an understatement. She had us come back today and she replaced the entire order. Ther were several orders and this time they were all correct. She did all of this in a timely manner and was as friendly and kind as she could be. She is the best manager of any fast food restaurant I have ever dealt with. Feeding my family is important to me I wanted involves my grandchildren it takes priority. She is an asset to your company and goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are well taken care of. Please thank her for me. Every order was perfect tonight and we all enjoyed our meal. Thanks to her we will be going back. Thank you Felicity and thank you Wendy's for a wonderful meal. God blessed.
We rarely eat fast food and usually have a poor experience when we do. Not the case with this Wendy’s! They exceeded our expectations. Friendly and efficient service and the food was fresh and tasty! This will be our go-to when we are passing through.
Was excited that the buns were toasted atvyhis location...last few times I hot a burger from wendys..their buns were straight outta the package...main reason I quit going to Wendy's.
It's Wendy's. Home of the baconator. Come get that and/or your surprisingly good chili and spicy nuggets while they last. Don't forget to ask for cheese and onion for your chili and you'll leave feeling good.
It's an older Wendy's. Nothing fancy. Food is good usually, cooked well. Stingy with sauces, typical of Wendy's. Could use a face lift.
Decent Wendy's. We have been through the drive thru twice and had no hiccups or inccorect orders. Service is pretty slow, but I think that is typical for this chain.
Everything was okay but leaves a little room for improvement. In my opinion, the service should’ve been a little quicker and more seamless. I was very surprised how long it took to get our food and it really wasn’t all that fresh.
This store has upped its game. The food is hotter and more fresh than it used to be. The customer service is also good. Much improved. I just had a hot & tasty Spicy Chicken meal deal and was very happy with it.
This location is well kept and always has friendly staff. The cooks are good and I've never had them make a mistake on my order. The only thing bad I could possibly say about this Wendy's is that I got not-so-hot fries once, and last time I came here they didn't have vanilla Frosties, only chocolate and strawberry. Other than that, they have always been on-point.

Food good...Service bad. Said all 3 of my cards were declined yet didn't admit it was their/the readers fault...went across the street and got cash out the ATM no problem.
We had to drive back around to the drive thru because they forgot the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. They also didn't give us napkins nor a fork for our salad. Used to like this Wendy's but lately they've been messing up a lot.

This Wendy's is Decent.. but they do not offer a Texas Double Meat Cheeseburger, unlike their counterparts in Forney, TX as well as Terrell, TX. Each of which will allow you to order them, but for some reason this one does not.. for those of you who dont know, a Texas Double Meat Cheeseburger consists of 2 patties, 2 pieces of cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles and mustard only.. and they are 1.99 each and the best thing Wendy's ever had.. please take into consideration as requesting it this way seems to be a riddle to emloyees taking the order or preparing the food. Well I enjoyed my visit we wasn't there that long the food wasn't fresh the burgers were cold and not fresh the Fry's we're fresh and nuggets. They had a 4 for $4.00 the burger was cold. I don't like that other than that. I'm OK with Wendy's
I placed a fairly large order but there was nobody else at the drive-through. Two hamburgers were missing pickles so we had to pull back around and wait in line again.
The food was very good as is at all Wendy's. The service was terrible. A manager came out and was very pleasant but the first lady to take our order was bad !!! To much in a hurry to get our order when nobody else was in line waiting, of course the order came out wrong. If I return I will make sure to check my order !!!!!

I try to remember it’s fast food. But why offer potatoes if you’re never going to have them ready. Ordered one and it was not with my order. Nice conversation with the lady of on the phone Terry or Kerry, about coming back and just grabbing one another day. My fault for not calling before I came to order my fast food and pickup a reorder on the potato, was told it be about a half hour wait, I declined as time is worth more then a potato, said I would call ahead. Well 2 days now and believe it or not it takes an hour for them to be placed in what ever slow god forsaken oven to cook. Please if you guys need a French microwave to cook them faster, I could gladly point you to the Walmart across the way. Please do better! Having a potato ready for the right customer at the right time is worth all the better than having a bad review. Giving two stars because they do a good job, better then the McDonald’s I have to now go write a bad review for.
Got my food around 6 pm. My sandwich is hella dry. Hardly any sauce on my Asiago chicken sandwich. Gave me 1 slice of tomato and half a dying piece of lettuce really, y'all? I originally asked for a large Sprite, but before it was made, I asked to switch to lemonade which cost more cool fine .50 cents easy, but bro charged me for both, and had I not said anything, he was only going to give me the 1 even tho I had paid for two. Guess he is a new kid, idk. I didn't give him a hard time. Just had to ask him to run the soda he charged me for, lol. Teach these guys how to refund or accept 2 physical quarters to cover the extra charge. Side note don't expect this amount of bacon I ordered extra for this amount.
I don't care for Wendy's but the kids do, however I had to return because they forgot part of my order so I couldn't even give my kids all of their food hot or all at the same time

This is the slowest Wendy's on the east side of Dallas County. They only have one cashier and usually fill one order at a time. Very inefficiently ran location. Waited 20 minutes just to place order and the 10-15 to get the order.
I really think that Wendy's nuggets beat out all the other nugget places. I only wish that maybe they would be a bit crisper. I also ordered the chili. 1 bite of that chili and I know I messed up. Not much to say about a Wendy's, it's fast sloppy food.
I just left this Wendy’s and the food was cold!!!! Didn’t have the time to go back . I also seen the person who make the burgers not wearing any gloves before. You guys need to do better! I tried to call and get this issue resolved but no one is answering the phone.
I really like Wendy's in general, but this store in particular is poorly kept up. The restaurant looks disgusting and the restrooms don't look even better. The last time I went there was no soap in the men's restroom. The two times before they had a soap just laying in a pan. That's not very higenic. They are also often out of ketchup. The food tastes great, by and large. That's the one positive I can say about it.

This place.. never has anything. It's always out of ketchup. Never has Bbq sauce. Apparently the only thing it does have is a tin of empty shelves. August 3rd... the entire drive thru staff, needs to take classes in customer service and verbal communication.

I just came thought the drive thru and was ordering the lady asked me to hold. She came back so I was ordering she clearly wasn't listening and when I corrected it on my order she sounded very short like annoyed and I told her that I had some more coming cuz she told me to hold on after the first sandwich I told her. Mind you this is 11:20 in the morning is not the peak of the day so I wasn't sure if they were ready we're prepared for the lunch so I told her I didn't need anything and I left. I just think that they need to be a little more patient with the customers order and read back order as they go. Cuz me as a manager myself I feel like the warmth of the service means a lot.
We order biggie meal for my grandchild. The lady tried to charge 19.00 dollars. Then when we told her that’s not right for what we have. Then when I told her the order we have. She then say it’s another price. I used my card only to look that she still charged more than it was. Yall becareful using your card here
Just tried to go through the drive thru. We sat there for a good 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Nobody answered and this is not the first time this happened. Never again. Just went to McDonald's where they actually answer the drive thru. SMH.

Apparently staffed by morons. They don't know how to make a Texas double cheeseburger and were unwilling to alter a double stack to be a Texas double cheeseburger. I recommend to keep driving. People that dumb cannot be trusted.

Just walked in to order lunch. Girl behind the counter putting food in the bag, drops and order. I thought she'd throw it away, remake it. In stead picks it up and looks around to see who's looking, then acts like she's asking someone a question as she puts it back on the counter behind a shield so no one can see what happens to the food.
Just ate lunch at Wendy's, the hamburger was on my tray before I finished paying. It was absolutely the worst burger I've ever ate. First time I've ate at Wendy's in awhile because of the quality of the food. Won't go back
Every time I come through the drive thru there is an issue. Whether it's forgot this or didn't put that in the bag. The attitude's of the employees is never pleasant. I'll be avoiding the seagoville location from here on out.
Little short bad built lady at the drive thru with the tri color faded hair had dirty hands and wiping her nose on her Wendy’s shirt while talking to me was so rude unbelievable it’s got to be a seagoville thing to treat people that way absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Never ever have salads available after 7pm! What’s is so hard about having salads available after 7pm? No everyone can go before 6 pm some or us get off after and eat dinner late smh
Total attitude at drive thru. Little girls got my order wrong and looked at me like I was the problem and slammed the window like divas. Every time I come here they have bad attitudes. I won’t be back tell I see new faces.
Customer service is lacking. There was no toilet paper in the Men's restroom. My husband was stranded in the bathroom for 10 minutes after I had told the lady behind the counter that there was no toilet paper. Instead of bringing him toilet paper, the lady handed me a handful of napkins to take to my husband. We won't be back.
Went there last night. 1030pm. Pulled to the speaker and nothing waited about 5mins and called and the lady said rudely they were closed and before I could say anything hung up on me. I get closing 10mins early but 30???
This location is terrible last time I came their system waa down and had us waiting when I called to talk to the manager I never got thru to her then I came today waited 20 minutes inside to get our order taken then the lady walked away in the middle of taking the order to go stock cups and when my burger was messed up I took it up to her to get it ficed and she handed it to the drive thru guy with no gloves on to fix it and they were laughing like it was funny this location used to be good idk what happened but I will not go back
Drive through worker caught an attitude when I told them how come they charge me 4 combos when I asked for 2, she said that it was my fault. I asked them to only charge me for two but they refused and didn’t want to try fix the mistake.
Customer service was very poor. An employee finally acknowledged me but did not assist me. This other employee which appears to be a manager assisted me and when I received the customers order are requested a bag to place all the items in one. She mentioned she forgot a condiment and threw it in the bag she could have just gave it to me. I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's at all
Place was absolutely filthy tables hadn’t been clean in atleast a few days Manager left drinks and food sitting on the counter in absolute filth. Best advice to management is to invest in cleaning products. Never seem such a poor run establishment Wendy’s should be ashamed of this chain.
I came in at 10:28 a.m. and ordered lunch, knowing it wasnt serving until 10:30a.m. for lunch. It took them until 10:43a.m. to get my order. If lunch is served at 10:30a.m. then be ready for your lunch shift. Your employee problems should never be your customers problem. Never at this location again. I asked for a reciet 2x and none. Poor customer service.
The food was horrible. Especially the chicken was very hard you couldn't even eat it the employees are to slow. I ask for coke but it was bad looked like water when I took it and showed it to her the lady pored it out using the same cup and stuck it in the ice very nasty cause it was already drag out of. Seems like they need better management at this Wendy's. Will not go back very very nasty
Just went through. No one was there before us through the drive thru. Went up for a uber order for a customer and the manager, yes the MANAGER takes 5 minutes to even greet me at the speaker, then he says he's getting most of it ready then I have a line of people come up and he yell at me because I didn't wait at the speaker while I have people honking and yelling at me. So while I wait the manager yells at me telling me how I'm "supposed to do it at his restaurant. I'm sorry sir but the customers always right and your giving Wendy's a terrible reputation. I'm just unsatisfied. I enjoy Wendy's for lunch most days (Garland location). The food is always good and the prices are unbeatable. Therefore, I won't let this corrupted store keep me away from Wendy's in general but I might not be going back to this location. It seems like the staff is becoming less friendly and more lazy. I'm hoping that a new GM steps in soon to resolve the following issues: - tables are never cleaned (cleared from trash but not clean) - When going through the drive-thru I NEVER get a receipt. - the day time staff until about noon speak hardly any English and get my order wrong unless I point at the pictures. (weekends) - the night (dinner) crew don't understand simple English but instead talk in slang. - I'm always seeing staff eating and drinking where they make my food and drinks. - staff hanging out by the entry doors smoking. Well, I guess it wouldn't have been that bad unless I would have been able to get the order I actually paid for... But, I had no receipt to show because they gave me the wrong order and didn't want to replace my food the right way. All of that said, DM, please get this store under control. After looking at my bank statements for my taxes I realized that I spent $1400 last year on Wendy's. I would really love to eat at this location again. My family loves the place too! Okay, so, there's my rant. Please fix!!!
Ordered a 4 piece nugget tonight and received tiny fried breadcrumbs instead. The 2nd nugget I order was perfectly fine so it amazes me that a worker saw that they gave me crispy fried crumbs instead of CHICKEN and still decided to serve it to me. Highly disappointed with Wendy’s tonight!
Update: 8 months ago this place was okay but now dude try to give me the wrong drinks. it's much worse. I ordered the new tenders today. I had to pull up to the yellow pole to wait no biggie right? Nah I waited there for over 10 minutes. I had to use the bathroom and it was filthy with no paper towels to dry my hands. I hopped back in my car to continue to wait for my food. Dude comes out finally and my fries tasted old like they were ran again in old grease. My sauces all had holes in them. Burger was cold and old. Corporate needs to come up in there and fix things. Worst service and food ever. Never coming back!!!!
THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! We went to Wendy's for lunch and sat in line for 20 minutes before even getting up to the window! Then, we get to the window and wait another 10 minutes. We asked KiKi who was dancing around in the window if there was an issue with our food because it was taking so long. She said they were busy inside but they were all walking around slowly looking at the screens. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! So we have to go back to work and clock in and if we wait any longer I'll be late so my husband asked for a refund of the $12 something grilled chicken ceaser salad I ordered and 2 Double Stacks, KiKi told her Manager that we wanted a refund and she said here's the Spicy Chicken Caesar salad so my husband said, No, we didn't order a Spicy Chicken Caesar salad we ordered a Grilled Chicken Caesar salad and we can't wait any longer, please just give me a refund. They all literally froze, all 3 just staring at each other not answering. We had to drive off without are food AND WITHOUT OUR REFUND....AND I WAS 10 MINUTES LATE BACK TO WORK!!!! We will NEVER go there again and I strongly discourage anyone else to ever go there again so they don't have a horrible experience like we had. They NEVER got our order right at the lunch shift. IT'S RIDICULOUS!!!! People are on their lunch break and supposed to be able to get "fast food". NOT AT WENDY'S IN SEAGOVILLE!!! It's slow food there. Totally disappointed. I called the store so I could get the store number so I could file a complaint and it rang so long it hung up so I called again, they answered, I asked for the store number, she didn't know it and had to ask a few people and finally got it for me and when I asked who the manager was onsite and she said Dia and I had to ask it again to understand her, she said here's Dia so I asked Dia her first and last name and she said she wasn't going to give me her last name and asked what this was pertaining to and she instantly got a attitude with me and when I explained why I needed it. She got defensive and said "no ma'am i was getting your refund." And started to argue with me. No she wasn't. My husband and I were staring at all 3 of them! I had to hang up because she was getting loud AND rude!!! I can't believe they have a Manager like that! I wouldn't have a Manager like that representing my company without being written up and on the list to be fired if they had one more complaint about her. Customer Service is the MOST important value to enforce. Absolutely some of the worst customer service I have ever had anywhere!!!
I went to this Wendy's since I like the Wendy's in San Antonio area. I go and they are out of sauce. Ok fine. I go pay and and am asked to pull forward. I pull forward to the waiting zone and am asked to wait 10 minutes and see multiple other drive thru customers served. I leave thinking everything is ok. I get home and the chicken nuggets i asked for is a chicken burger. I understand fast food workers are short staffed but please get orders correct. I will be throwing the burger away and I will eat just the fries.
Stopped for breakfast around 7am on 2/16. I was the only vehicle there except for one vehicle in the parking lot and they wouldn't answer the drive thru speaker. Waste of my time, won't be back to this location.
Friendly staff but no one buses and cleans tables. There was literally one clean place to sit, in a back corner, so I’m assuming no one saw it to sit there. The chicken was very over cooked in all three meals we purchased. This establishment is not up to Wendy’s standards. The fries weren’t as crispy as I hoped but the women’s restrooms were clean, however the men’s restroom was filthy. Over not at all clean.
This place is nasty, it's the last time I come here. I ordered breakfast from here and the biscuit was stale and hard as if it had been sitting out all night. Also the egg on the biscuit had green spots on it. It looked rotten and old.

Placed an order at 9:45 on Uber they refused to make my order and told my driver they were closed when he got there at 10:30. called to verify stated they closed at 10 pm why would the app tell me 12 as well as the store.

I had to wait for my food then when I got it home my fries where under cooked my chicken was cold and when when I went back up to Wendy’s I walked in to see all the employees standing in the front one was talking on the phone and the others where just sanding there they looked at me like I was wrong for coming in
I went through the drive through and placed my order. There were 2 vehicles already parked, taking space for the flow of traffic to continue, and the lady taking orders had the vehicle in front of me to take the last space that would allow traffic to flow out after getting the food. It would have been smart to ask the customers to drive to the front, IN A PARKING SPOT, rather than blocking the entire driveway. Not smart. Hopefully management will figure out a solution to this problem.
I left the McDonald’s parking lot due to the long line upon arriving. I decided to give Wendy’s a shot to save time. I was given my food, and once I made it home I was missing my Large fries, and kids fruit punch. I had to circle back, and speak to someone on the speaker to tell them what happened. All I heard was staff laughing in the background. Poor service. Waste of time.
This message is for the Franchise owner of the Wendy's in Seagoville. You must enjoy losing money as I don't understand what training is provided to your employees to know what Customer Service means and quality and professional means or maybe you just don't pay them enough to care. I believe this person who maybe one of your managers is needing your help either pay her more and train her or write her up and put her on a tracker. Your new employees can only learn based on what they see. The service was awful and I came thru the drive thru never did all 3 employees who were talking with each other about who is working when etc while I wait and watch for my small order which was 2 Frostys that were not even filled up and that cost 4.00 a piece a total of $8.21 cents and then no customer service. Trust me I should have gone to store and just bought a gallon of ice cream. Which is why I am asking you that u really must enjoy losing money because I will never ever return again to this Wendy's.. I have given your establishment a try now 3 times this was the 3rd strike so it's time to write this review it just hasn't changed. Your employees must feel like they have other jobs they can go get so why care about you as the owner. I can't figure out how hard it is to acknowledge your customer and talk later when you don't have people who spend their hard earn money which in turn pays their paycheck. I guess you don't care or just have enough money that it is what it is. Best of luck to whomever goes here.
Forgot an entire burger with one person in line.
Awful. My bacon was under cooked, my meat was cold, my fries were stale, my drink was watered down. I ended up throwing away my entire meal...I was already running behind so I didn't have time to go inside for a refund. I will not return. I love Wendy's but not this location. I have only come to this location a few times and every time is bad.
Drive through service is bad for pick up orders. No cars behind or in front of me; yet the cashier lady keep saying no online orders found for my name. I got off, walked inside and my order was on the counter. Frosty wrong size and nuggets were cold. Tonight’s shift was not having it - attitude!!
I have given up on this location. They are always out of standard menu items. Tonight they were out of bacon, last time potatoes, the time before that chicken. Whoever does the ordering for this store is incompetent. No other fast food establishment in this city has this problem. Literally only this Wendy's.
Employees kept yelling at their boss. Very unprofessional employees and I feel really bad for the lady boss that works there. Nobody should ever have to put up with employees like that! If it was her I would fire the guys that kept yelling at her. Very unprofessional!
DoorDash order and ordered chili. Didn’t send any utensils, no napkins, no crackers. Won’t answer the phone when called. This place sucks!
The food was straight trash everything was cold and the nuggets taste like rubber
they were so rude to me! i guess all the good customer service leaves before 10:30pm. “what do you do want?” “what kind?” in a very rude tone. im trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but this was ridiculous! and very surprising for this particular store. i hope this young man is doing okay.
don’t get me wrong.. food was good but i ordered a bacon burger NO tomatos only mayo i ended up with no bacon on my bacon burger and tomatos i will say they got the only mayo part correct.
Manager is rude for no reason. Seems like she is always like this. The kids that work there are actually very sweet and helpful. Food orders are always made wrong and food it usually always cold .
This place is known for getting orders wrong. I'd recommend ordering inside to check your food before you take it home. Or eat there. The female workers there have big attitude problems and Terri is a manager she has one too. The food is good when they make it right.
RACISM is still alive and well. I visited this place through the drive through, ordered our food and made it to the window ( no other cars ahead and another car behind us) and the cashier says can you pull forward, I say no, I can't (it restarts a timer they use in drive through) she says well the person behind you (a white woman like her) only ordered drinks, I respond saying "I clearly heard you all them what sauce they want, you're lying" she tells someone, she won't pull up so the manager comes. I'm like this lady wants us to pull up so that she can service the woman behind us who looks like her, imagine how I feel as a black person especially with the fact that she blatantly lied about the person only getting drinks. Then the manager apologizes and gives us the food. NEVER GOING BACK-Despicable!
