My husband has visited here many times during our stays over the years, and has always been very satisfied with the service and the ice cream.

Ice is good, chocolate covering on the waffle is not the best but still great. Situated on the corner which gives you a nice ocean view, they have seats outside to enjoy

After walking around and on the pier, we stopped for some ice cream. The young lady working here was so patient, friendly and attentive to our dietary restrictions. She mixed our added toppings and’s gave us delicious ice cream. She even walked over to our family member with disabilities and gave her the ice cream directly. The employee didn’t dismiss or ignore our family member, which makes a huge impact to our entire family. It was a beautiful moment. The only bad part was that it’s quite warm in this facility and your ice cream starts to melt quick. 😊

This is a location is typical of the high quality of the Cold Stone chain, but so much better being so close to the beach. The staff are very friendly and efficient.

There's nothing they can't make deliciously creamy at this Cold Stone. So good! It is small with very little seating option but the beach is across the street so why sit when you can walk & enjoy.

It's directly across the street from the beach and the ocean. On a hot summer day it will to you like an oasis.

It has good cotton candy, but when I was in there I found some ice in there(Ice cubes VERY TASTY)! You all have great service here! When everyone served me ice cream, the employees were great. All of you were in a GREAT HAPPY MOOD! :) Your employees need a raise(my thought).

Enjoyed the ice cream but the people that worked today act like they don't understand English. We asked if we could use a gift card and dude gave us a puzzled look and asked us if it was for ColdStone? Na dude, it's for Baskin Robbins...

Bit expensive! The shop right next to it provided same for less price..

It's good but Cold Stone is so expensive, it was almost 7 dollars for their smallest sized founders favorite. Otherwise its great.

The cold countertop “cold stone” was not working, making ice cream melty when mixed. This place is literally named cold stone after the cooled surface they work on, and that wasn’t even working last. We came here to redeem the cold stone BOGO coupon, they did not accept any coupons or app deals. I had to argue with the employee just to get my overpriced melted ice cream. This location is suppose to be the better one, on the corner of main st steal beach. Iconic. Disappointed. I want a refund and an apology for being ripped off.

Bad service, there’s a teenage girl that works here that always makes rude comments under her breath that customers can still hear. $10 for 1 scoop too expensive for this bad of service

The employees ignored me even if I repeated myself several times.

Expensive and all had an after taste of chemicals (3 different flavors for 3 people). I don't get the hype.

Placed an order through Postmates, after waiting almost an hour for my order to at least be moved out of the "Order being prepared" stage I began to check reviews for the specific location I were ordering from. After reading the reviews stating unmasked employees and general uncleanliness of the store, I immediately cancelled my order. Please take your business elsewhere as this location does not seem to care for it.

Crew of 5-6, idiotic behavior. Ask them to take your order. Rather not! Because only 1 has to work at a time. They said only 1 person takes your whole parties order. We were a party of 6. Not much else in line at our time

Very disappointed in the service tonight. We walked in while the shop was still open but no one acknowledged us and when they finally asked us what we wanted, we couldn't order smoothies or ice cream with the mixins because they were closed. We literally had just watched them mix something for another customer right before us. Will be calling and speaking with a manager because it was not the same experience as we have had at other locations.

Fairly upset to see an employee not wearing a mask the whole time he was serving customers. All the other employees were being respectful and wearing a mask except for this guy. We decided to go elsewhere. Also noted that many customers would come in not wearing masks.

Bland cheap ice cream, now. I ate half of my small cup Coffee ice cream and it was so bland. My wife ate about half of hers too and we just looked at each other and we’re baffled like what is this garbage!?!🤨🤷🏻‍♂️we just tossed ‘em and walked away.

Overpriced ice cream, $8.99 for medium cup plus $1.50 per topping. I only added two toppings, strawberries and oreos and the girl put a very small portion of both toppings and didn't mix it well. My ice had whole chunks of two frozen strawberries. I only went because I had a gift card I had since probably 2012, and needed to use it, the total was $22.00 for two medium cups and two toppings, such a rip off. I'm never going there again, also the young girl working there didn't seem happy. The only thing I liked was it had about 6 sorbet flavors and a Silk chocolate almond dairy free flavor which is great for me because I'm a vegan. There's another ice cream shop down the street that has great looking Gelato ice cream with delicious looking plant based dairy free options, I'll go there next time.

Long story short, I went to the coffee shop next door to order espresso and add it to the ice cream to create my own Afocato cup. Then went to meet him at the pier and saw him holding the waffle ice cream cone but it was EMPTY. I really was surprised and asked what happened? Where is the ice cream? Why the cone is empty.? He said with sadness in his eyes, she didn’t put any and just gave it empty… she didn’t listen to what I wanted so he left without arguing. Honestly I didn’t know why he didn’t tell her, but I believe she was pushing him to decide and didn’t listen what he decided on. I mean, why would one go to ice cream shop just to have an empty waffle cone ??? She didn’t even bother to make sure he needed only empty one but rather pushed him to get over it. She was not patient or polite at all. I don’t think we are going back to this store any more.
