Ellen was pretty nice to me when I asked her to scan three Starbucks cards so I may simply my life to one card in the future. Actually, she was even kinder when she saw me buying a $10 mug. I like this store, observing.

The staff was immensely friendly; felt really welcomed and they had my drink finished within a couple minutes. I highly recommend this location.

Great Vietnamese sandwich (banh mi) shop! The bread is absolutely delicious, soft interior with a light and crispy exterior. The meat is delicious; vegetables are on point, a good crispy crunch adding a nice texture change. And the price is on point! Definitely worth a visit and many returns!

I stop by sometimes in the evening to complete star challenges, usually with something non caffeinated. The other day I decided on done herbal tea, and the barista on drive thru duty offered to make it. Good service and the drink was ready in record time.

One of the best Starbucks I have been to, great customer service, never a long wait, parking is plentiful and it's always clean!

Just want to share, the Starbucks at Westminster and Seal beach Blvd is one of my favorites! All the Barista's are friendly, personal and professional. They always greet me with a smile, remember my name and my order !!!! What a great way to start the day. Thank You!

At Starbucks. You know what to expect. Decent coffee, mediocre speed of service. And fairly clean. The location of this place sucks though. But it also means it's never crowded.

Always friendly & helpful staff. They're never out of my favorite sandwiches, which is refreshing compared to other locations. Drive-through.

Drive through is always long, but they're relatively quick. Overall fast friendly service, I recommend getting the Starbucks app and ordering ahead, they're usually pretty busy.

There are of course many Starbucks pretty much everywhere, but I often go to this one near one of my work sites. The staff here has always been very nice and responsive to my occasional special requests.

Pretty decent starbucks here. The staff is friendly and usually gets the order correct. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait so if you're in a hurry while off to work in can be a tad bit painful.

Nice order taker. But took way too much time to get my iced tea. Several others came and went as mine sat for over 10 minutes.

Service was fine. I was in the drive thru. I ordered a Venti Frappuccino. Unfortunately my cup had a hole in it. Not only losing more than half of my drink, it made a mess in my car cup holders. Not real happy about this.

Loved the theme of this place...very patriotic! Service was fairly quick, our drinks tasted fine. Our complaint: staff was quite loudly chatting and gossiping amongst themselves... customers should not be subjected to this.

This location always seems to struggle to get orders right. 1 out of 5 people waiting for their order usually has to have the coffee or food order corrected. In many cases they have completely forgot to pair my latte with the breakfast wrap I paid for. This happens far too often to ever be considered a one off hickup. The only reason I come is honestly because there is no other option for coffee within walking distance. My prayers would be answered if someone opens another coffee shop in the empty shop next door.

Went there today to look for new Starbucks cups that realeased today. I waited 2 hours before they opened to see the employees grab the new cups and place them in the back only to tell me that they don't have any. Completely disrespectful and will be reporting the store for keeping it for themselves. Ridiculous and pathetic that I have to inform the employees that I saw what they did.

When I told the Barista that my order was incorrect that I wanted extra extra caramel * 4 and I let him know politely that I don't go to Starbucks often and he was like oh the pumps and I was like well the caramel and he's like well that would be 16 times and I was like whatever I want extra caramel LOL He did 16 pumps of the caramel flavor 😆 Not the same at all. I normally have a big pile of caramel sitting at the bottom of my drink, that's why I go to Starbucks. I'm in it for the caramel. I expressed to him there must have been some confusion it was odd because he didn't offer to correct my drink but there was confusion with the gal before me and he let her not only keep her drink and offered to corrected it. Sooo just saying I don't know what that was about. I don't like to give poor reviews, but this is the first time I've ever been to this Starbucks, and I'm not sure that I would go again. I was as polite as I could be without saying hey can you fix my drink that's completely wrong LOL but that's not what happened so hopefully Starbucks can take this information and utilize it to correct any errors that are made. For all customers, not just specific ones.

I don’t like when retail blame employees for management problems. If they are short staff, the owners (managers) should all be there working 80 hours a week. If the pay me a descent wage I will join them. It’s an excuse. If the owners can’t pay enough to get staff close the store let the other nearby Starbucks hire the employees. Don’t make me show up then be told on the door the lobby is closed because of staffing issues. That’s a management problem not a customer problem!

Slipped soap into my drink!!! I did. It know they were closing in ten minutes. But that’s not a reason to intentionally poison someone. Will see to it that the employees are held responsible and will contact the FDA. Poisoning is a ceime

Twice I have done a mobile order for decaf pour over, twice I have waited from 20 to 25 min for my coffee after I arrived. Once it was cold because it was left set and not put up for pick up, the other time the girl made a half cup of coffee and filled the rest with cream when my order was light cream. Sorry won't make the the mistake the third time. Management needs to do some quality control. The only reason I don't get brewed is because they don't have brewed decaf.

Finally irritated enough this morning to write one of these reviews. The line here is always atrocious. If you've been to this one you know it's a rather large location, I entered this morning and the line was backed up to the door, I barely squeezed inside. THERE WAS ONE PERSON ON THE REGISTER..furthermore, she was grumpy, no "thanks for your patience," no, "thank you" after i made my purchase, just "mmmhmm." Poor, poor customer service. When I neared the front of the line, the girl who had been cleaning tables (with no apparent urgency) THEN decided it might be good to jump on a register..at this point the line behind me is yet again to the door. I've been forced to go to this location over the years, one because I live nearby, and two, when there is traffic I have to unfortunately reroute myself to this one. I don't quite understand why they can't nail down efficiency. Whether it be the drive thru or walk in, the decision for me is simply "which do I want to deal with today." I mostly try to go to the Bella Terra location (another location on my way to work) and they are the complete opposite of this seal beach Starbucks. Positive attitudes, moving swiftly, always say hello (even the quiet employees!), they're just a great bunch.

Disgusting. Every single vacant table (double digit tables) is absolutely filthy. I've never been in a Starbucks this dirty. I don't dare even never into the bathroom.
