It's fast food, so obviously, we're not expecting miracles here. For Taco Bell, i.e., fast food, it's great. One of the better locations I've been to.

This has and always will be my favorite Taco Bell. Their service is great and unlike some other taco bells these guys are not frugal when handing out their sauce in the drive through. Their services is almost always very fast. A good experience everytme.

Usually dont eat fast food, but Taco Bell is my favorite. Service is quick and they always fill my order exactly as ordered. The crispy tacos are my favorite, even tastes good without the cheese. Thanks for the great service.

They hook it up. Those limited time rolled chicken tacos aka taquitos are EPIC. Wish they actually out as much guac as in the picture, literally got two tiny dabs didn't even fill up the cup to half!

I could shop at Luckys, drive a short distance and pick up a meal to take back to my place. The staff is friendly. One man is especially nice. I wish I knew his name to post here. They are willing to substitute, so you are happy with your meal. Wait in drive thru generally isnt bad.

This is a pretty good Taco Bell location. Although not my favorite for Sonoma county. I’m a fan of the one on mission most. Still, being a resident of west-county it’s nice having it so close.

What's not to like. I have grabbed a taco or two since the mid 70s. The sebastopol taco bell has a nice dining area. The food is taco bell, the meal deals are perfect for all wallets. I dont care for their Pepsi fountain machine something is off with the flavor. Bathrooms are unisex and the whole of taco bell is wheelchair friendly. Staff is great they should count monies back like old school. Other than it being fast food and probably not so good for you I will go back with my grand boys

This is actually my favorite taco bell. The night shift crew is the best. They never forget stuff, or burn my Cinnabons.

This Taco Bell has always been pretty subpar. Sadly it's one of the few drive-throughs in the city. And the only one open that has any kind of food versus coffee. Tonight, with no one behind me, I was told that my order wasn't ready and so I needed to pull out of the drive-thru basically make a u-turn in the middle of the street and come back in to the parking lot. This isn't the first time that this has happened. It is not uncommon for the employees to decide that they are not going to be working the drive-thru window. This is at least the third time this has happened in 2.5 year. And because of that I typically will stop going to them for 6 months or so. I got the loaded beef nachos which was good but didn't actually have the quantity of chips and load I was expecting. I would say 50% of my chips were the end of the bag, so they weren't good for scooping up the toppings. It would have been easier to eat it with a fork then by hand. The handicap spaces in front are inadequately marked. And people park in what appears to be the crosshatch for vans loading and unloading because of this.

Been going here for awhile , like 1x a week for maybe a year. I order the same autistic meal every time. Today was the first time some dude tried to Gaslight me for ordering the wrong convulated order he heard.

I've been here once and it was, well... Taco Bell. Wish there was some other business at this place especially in health conscious Sebastopol!

Laziness and bad attitudes must be a requirement for working at this location. I'm a former fast-food worker and was amazed at how horrible the drive thru girl and manager behaved.

I've gotten food from the drive thru here twice, several weeks apart. Both of those times, I ordered a burrito and it was so poorly wrapped that the filling spilled out of the bottom of it and into my lap before I was even halfway done eating it. I've also ordered a steak quesadilla and I don't know how but it was soaking wet (not from condensation, since I ate it right away), and the seasoning was so full of black pepper flavor that it was almost inedible. The only saving grace is that the employees who I've interacted with were very nice on both occasions.

If I could give no stars I would. My girlfriend and I ate there last night and within 30 minutes it went right through us and we ordered totally different menu items. We're still sick 2day!

The manager “Miguel” is the least tactful, most reactionary person I’ve dealt with. I tried to communicate with this person several times while he simply spoke over me.

There’s been multiple occasions probably a double digit number that this particular Taco Bell has forgotten multiple items. I’ve put this review off for long enough, but avoid going to this Taco Bell at all costs. I just got home to find out I was missing two burritos worth 7$ so that was unfortunate...

I got food poisoning from here or something that made me sick. We got home about 8 hours after eating here and both me and my boyfriend were sick as dogs. I don't eat much Taco Bell, but I'm definitely not coming back here

I’m sorry, that I have to report this, but the owner of this place, should know about, how difficult and careless are his working team members. It’s, bunch of young people who are not supervised, and are making ordering very difficult. Very, sad!

Most nights the girl in the drive thru is very rude and a couple times we went they said they were only open for Uber eats . Like don’t have your drive thru lights if you’re not open. A lots of times there’s items missing from order or done incorrectly

The food is mediocre and the service is terrible. I used to frequent this location often as I only live down the block and stopped even going to this place due to the lack of good service. I started my day at 3:30 A.M. (it's now 3 P.M.) and am so exhausted I decided to get a quick bite on my way home so I wouldn't have to cook. I just opened the bag to eat and there's no utensils, napkins or sauce. I completely give up...I'm never going to stop here again. The ignorance is unbelievable, my receipt clearly has the chosen sauce. I quit with this store.
