Great place to get lunch here in Seguin. I wish this place was open more than 10am to 2pm. The sandwiches are delicious, the recipes are great and they use the best ingredients. The bread for the sandwiches is made in house and it is delicious. The ladies that take your orders and prepare your sandwiches provide excellent customer service and suggest items depending on what you like. I will definitely be back to try the other sandwiches. You are also able to place phone orders for pick up. One of the best restaurants I've been to here in Seguin. Highly recommended if you are just in town for business or passing by during lunch.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I sure would! My boyfriend & I had the panini and the Central Park chicken salad. They were delicious, great food, awesome customer service. It was our first time here & we’ll definitely be back! Good job Amy & Cathy!!

Their panini is SO good, but I finally made myself try something different last time & went with the Southwest wrap...which was also amazing! I've had their tomato soup as well...so good! I haven't had anything I didn't like. Just wish they had better hours (like evenings during 3rd Thurs or Sunday for lunch) so I could go more often. The employees are always so sweet and cheerful

Hands down, amazing. The women were genuine and friendly. This was our first visit here as we always stop by here too late. Open for lunch only! Top notch sandwiches and taste all homemade. The desserts looked amazing. Reasonable prices to fit the portion. Discounts for military and responders :)

This was the first time eating here and I loved this place! It’s clean inside and the people there were very friendly. I even got a “ma’am” which in unheard of now in customer service. I ordered the chicken salad croissant and have no complaints at all. It honestly was delicious. I’ll be returning...soon.

Wanted a salad after a long ride. Opted for mom-and-pop instead of Jason's Deli. Had the Pecan Salad with avocado and chicken breast. Dressing (Italian vinaigrette) was good, grilled chicken was good and had great flavor, plenty of feta and pecans. I would have liked some spinach and tomatoes in there as well, but what it was was good. 👍

The best sandwiches and soups in Texas without a doubt. Great prices and great service. They are very fast even during busy hours. The other sandwich shops should be afraid. This place can put schlotzkies and subway to shame. There is no café that comes close.

We had the chicken bacon sandwich and the portobello and red pepper sandwich. They were both extremely flavorful and delicious. The bacon was crispy, and how often do you get really crispy bacon on a sandwich? Not enough. Super friendly service too!

GREAT sandwiches (Try the Ultimate Turkey, the Central Park Chicken Salad, or the Chicken Bacon Cheddar--all delicious!) on a variety of fantastic breads or croissants. I am also a huge fan of the sweet pickles that come with the sandwiches. The folks that run the place are among the friendliest in Seguin, and they are always generous supporters of school district events when asked. Great location to sit outside and enjoy the city square.

Stopped in here on a whim after receiving my corona virus vaccine, very cute local restaurant. I ordered the portebello and red pepper sandwich (vegetarian option) and it was PHENOMENAL! Price was very reasonable for an above average sandwich!

Great sandwich and soup! Had a half Reuben sandwich with the Italian sausage soup and a half panini with the tomato basil soup. Both were excellent and came out super quick.

The ultimate turkey sandwich is one of the best sandwiches we have ever had. Highly recommend this for a fresh and tasty lunch. Well worth it.

Always the best place to eat my fav is the chicken salad sandwich on croissant or bread and the customer service is always good the lady that works the register is always so nice. My only complaint is that they close at 2pm cuz I would love to have the sandwich for dinner

A nice local sandwich shop that makes good food for a reasonable price. Call ahead and within minutes your order is waiting. I tried the half ruban and rabbit salad. I walked away feeling like it was money well spent.

Didn't eat there...just went in to get a menu ...just moved here... Super great ladies...sweet and talkative......I was looking for a rueben sandwich with corned beef and grilled.....they have a rueben with pastrami and on toasted bread....so a little disappointed on that...but they made everything else sound good....may go back sometime.

Despite their size limitations, they are in a nice location in the main Square in downtown Seguin, and the food is great, some of the best sandwiches you can get in town.

Great family oriented place. Priced a little high for the "finishing touches" on the plate, but overall very good food.

I don't go often, as I am normally out of town during the week.. But when I do go by for lunch I am always satisfied.. None of their sandwiches have been misses.. The soups always good. Soda cans only a dollar, which is half a dollar less than most cafes in Texas nowadays.. Plenty of ice is given. Maybe I missed it, but I would add a large pickle slice to every sandwich order, if I were the owners.. Pickles, chips, and sandwiches are a triple play that should never be divided!

Nice little hole in the wall; tasty sammiches, decent atmosphere, and nice servers. One problem with the soup, it was a little on 'not-chunky' side, which was a little disappointing. The sandwiches were great and flavorful, so go for that.

This place has delicious sandwiches and soups. I have not tried the desserts. I find it a bit hard to pay $12. for a delicious sandwich but chips I don't like(one type serves all). Quarters are tight and you easily bump into people's tables while either you or they are eating.That is why I scored at a four star.

It was okay. Kind of pricey for an incomplete sandwich. Chicken bacon cheddar sandwich had only one other ingredient which was the purple Onion. It was missing when brought to me. That onion would have offset the richness of this sandwich. The Mayo and cheese was too much. Seating was limited and decor was dated and covered in dust. Staff is nice and they did hand deliver my food.

Staff is super great! Service is very good and efficient. Food is very tasty but not filling. Prices.... Let's just I didn't find the gold bar that I was expecting. Sandwich, chips, and a 12oz soda for almost $10.

Not gourmet by any strech..potato soup was too salty and few spuds..the cheese was overwhelming...also got.chicken salad which basically was chicken salad from a can with too much mayo...my over all impression, good location and Amy and Cathy have not tatedvtheirbown good in a while..I won't be back..not even an average Subway!

The sandwiches were not very good and expensive

Today a friend and I went to Amy and Cathy’s for lunch. We both got half sandwiches and soup. It took over 25 minutes to get our order. There were a couple of ladies that sat at a table next to us who arrived about 10 minutes after we did and were served before us. I finally went in and checked on our order and received it. My sandwich was soggy at that point and the soup was so hot that I burned my tongue. Very disappointed with my experience today. I also feel like this place is way too expensive for what it is.

As the person in the review below me mentioned - This place is has decent food, but not for the price of the chips, sandwich, and drink combined. The portions are small, so don't expect to go here on a empty stomach.

No prices listed anywhere, a sandwich and soup was over $20!!! WILL NOT BE RETURNING

I ordered the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with a bag of chips. It tasted like a glob of mayo that had been put in a blender with very little chicken. Very disappointed and it costs $12.15. I have never seen one prepared like that.

When I went to this restaurant on a Tuesday afternoon... what a disappointment. spent 40 dollars - 2 meals - ordered the portabella sandwich with chips. This was a disappointment the sandwich was over dressed, and had not portabella on it, instead they Substituted it with baby portabella ( normally no problem) however - there were only 1 1/2 may 2 baby portabellas on the entire sandwich. When asked about this, the staff said they would let management know, she was in the back, there was nothing from her, staff said sorry, and they informed the manager. No action taken from the manager. To further add insult to injury, they cross contaminated my food, and made me very sick.

Place smells bad and is hot and for what you get I truly believe it's a rip off I mean when you go somewhere and they charge you $2.75 for a can soda that is so ridiculous, and the food something u can make at home I don't wish nothing bad on anyone or businesses but they really need to try harder so we as a community can support them good luck guys will never be back there.

Had the Bunny Salad, mushrooms were missing. It was a bag of spinach greens with mushy tomatoes and a few bacon bits thrown in. Thank goodness for the crackers. $8.70? Not worth it!

I was very dissatisfied with everything at this shop. I dined in on Nov 9th around 1:00 and ordered the chicken salad sandwich on a warm croissant with chips, 2 hamburger dill pickle chips and a tea. The young lady that took my order was not at all customer friendly, she never looked up once. I said thank you after I sign my 18 + ticket with no response from her. I got my sandwich, which like other reviews said, was like soup. I had to use a spoon to try and eat it. Ended up trashing it. Went up to register and asked for some ice and said thank you, with again nothing from the cashier. I was so mad at myself for tipping her and getting this kind of attitude and also, waiting on myself, not to mention the quality of food! My rating for this place is zero. Wish I had of complained while I was there.
