Pretty tasty combo plate...taco shells fall apart..they're kinda useless...the chalupa shell was better they should use the same tortillas for the tacos... Flavor is great in everything we had...... World smallest tamales I think...maybe it was a sample size.....the salsa is so yummy...spicy but addictive.

We ordered the parillada for two. What we got was a mixed fajita skillet with shrimp; all the other items that make a parillada such as the sausage, spare ribs, etc did not come with the dish. Severely disappointed. I won't come back after tonight.

Went there for the lunch special got charged regular price but not charged for the chips. Time when order was placed 10:58am but definitely received my food during lunch special hours! Another thing is waitess also asked if u need change when paying with cash--you shouldn't assume the difference is your tip be respectful and say I'll b back with your change especially when the difference is over $5 for a single table. Another thing is the service fee. Why I'm i being charged a service fee when I'm bringing u businesses???

Never had disappointed on food until now. My tripitas were very crispy when I asked for medium. Waitress never came to check on us or refill our drinks. Reyn the owner checked on us before our food arrived. And when we were paying I told the waitress about my plate and she said she would ask reyna if they can discount and she said that since she checked on us and we said nothing before she gave a $1 discount..when my total bill was $36. wow..do better reynas....

My stepfather ordered the barbacoa plate and one tamale. I ordered the brisket plate. He liked his plate but he didn't like the sauce on the tamale. I tried a piece of his tamale that wasn't touch, and ended up spitting it out. It was nasty. The brisket on my plate was very tender and very greasy. Some pieces had too much fat for me. With that being said, it's the best brisket I've had so far here in Seguin, Texas. The rice was to dry, the salsa can't even be classified as mild. No bite to the salsa at all. After taking our order, our waiter didn't come back over to check on us (needed a refill on my drink) until our food was ready. It was only when my stepfather asked for extra napkins and more salsa that our waiter asked if I needed a refill. Only check on us one more time before bringing the bill and assuming that my stepfather was the one paying. The whole time our waiter seemed more interested in sitting at the bar chatting with the bartender or flirting with her then taking care of his customers. I personally don't think I will be back again. At least not anytime soon.

Basic Tex Mex fare here. Staff is fast and attentive and the food was delivered relatively quickly. The place itself feels like school cafeteria seating; basic tables and chairs in a dated building. Food was average in portions. Carne guisada was "OK" and likewise the enchiladas. Surprisingly, they load you up on the guacamole appetizer; we had to take it to go.

Not sure how this rating system works in seguin. But clearly this was not the 4.2 star experience I was looking forwarded too during my visit. My plate was over cooked and both chicken and fajitas were like beef jerky. The kitchen staff had loud rap music and the wait time for drinks close to 30mintues… yeah maybe the rating system is in reverse 5 star restaurant aren’t the way to go??? This would have made more sense.

The food is good, coffee is somewhat weak, service could be better. I came in with my family and waited for about 30 min before getting our food. One order they forgot, and another wrong, it's ok though because i know how the food industry can be hectic, they were pretty busy at the time. UPDATE: I don't know if it was a busy morning but management seemed a little short when I ordered only 2 coffees to go, I was given the feeling that Reyna didn't want my business. Whether that's true or not I don't know, it's just the facial expression.

Extremely disappointing experience. We reserved the party room a week ahead of time for a wedding party, yet when we arrived it was occupied by other guests. The situation was handled poorly. The food came out cold, and we weren’t even provided silverware or napkins. The ladies at the front didn’t even care about the screw up. This was supposed to be a special occasion, but the lack of organization and basic service ruined it. My family was loyal to this restaurant for years but now we will no longer dine here. Never plan a party here.

I walked in the the lady who greets just looked at me and walked away . I kindly approached the bar area and a worker who was sitting pointed her finger and said "she got you over there. Not to mention that other lady "over there " wouldn't even give me eye contact and gave me a long pause before asking me what I needed ..

First time going in here and I won’t be back. From the time I walked in and I asked to place a to Go order they were just staring. The lady that took my order was to busy trying to take phone orders and look at the restaurant and talk to locals in the restaurant she could not let me finish my order before sending it to the back. Once I got my order it was wrong. First taco was a chorizo and egg and it was over cooked not to mention the salsa was old. Second taco was supposed to be bean and egg and I was served bacon and egg with a side of hair. A long hair was found in my taco. The fountain drink was all syrup. Will not be returning to this restaurant.

On hold for 10 minutes which is fine but was hung up on. Called back and Fabiola stated oh I thought you hung up then I verified that she didn’t even pick up to ask if I was still on hold. Fabiola the stated she’s busy attending the customers in the restaurant. I guess Togo customers don’t count!!
