Some of the best sushi I’ve had hands down… ingredients are fresh and very flavorful. I’ve had most of the rolls they make and have never been disappointed. If you’re in the area(even if you’re not), stop in for an amazing dining experience!

Sushi tower was outstanding and made with obvious skill. Spicy teriyaki shrimp hibachi with vegetables and fried rice rocked our world! The shrimp was perfectly cooked with great flavor from the grill. Service was prompt and sweet. This business deserves the love, try it out!!!

This place kills it! Sushi is fire, prices are reasonable. It’s casual atmosphere with top shelf service & sushi. We’ve been here at least half a dozen times for lunch, early week night dinner, & late night weekend dinner and regardless it’s always consistent always delicious and service is immaculate!

Great local hole in the wall. Friendly staff and a menu that has something for everyone. I’m a very novice sushi eater and my husband isn’t so it’s hard to find a place that has a happy medium, Ebi Ebi fits the bill!

Stopped in on a whim for lunch today for the first time and all I can say is this place was amazing. Very cool little restaurant with welcoming vibes and welcoming staff. I got my lunch to go (Bento Box A) and it was made quickly and tasted amazing, this will definitely be my go-to sushi place in town from now on! 10/10 recommend

Delicious! Seguin needed this restaurant. Teriyaki chicken and fried rice were so yummy! The sushi is delicious and beautiful too! Everything was served hot and fresh. Waitstaff was very friendly and the menu offers something for everyone! Definitely recommend!

Food is phenomenal. Steak was tender, shrimp was cooked perfectly. Vegetables were fresh with just the right amount of crispness. Sushi roll was huge, fresh and delicious. Edamame was steamed just right. Staff was attentive. The only minus is easily fixed. The music was too loud for conversation and the lights were really bright. Tone them both down and the experience would have been perfect.

We’ve been living in Seguin for 4 years and I’m so sad that we only just discovered this place. It’s our new favorite. The food was so delicious! We ordered dragon balls (they were huge!) and a sushi roll whose name I forgot which were so good. Me and my husband ordered a hibachi plate. It came straight off the grill and was piping hot. It was a fairly big portion I would say too. I shared with my son. We ordered a kids hibachi for our 2 toddlers to share and they devoured their plates. Everyone loved it. Our server was extremely attentive and kind. Our youngest is deaf and was being loud (he doesn’t realize how loud he is) and everyone was so kind and understanding. I can’t wait to go back! 10/10

Hands down best sushi in Seguin! Everyone apart of the staff are so sweet and nice, customer service is always above and beyond! We love to get their bento box, but everything we have tried has been AMAZING!! And cooked with love to perfection! Yakisoba and fried rice are melt in your mouth delicious! And if you haven’t tried the dragon balls, 10/10 recommend!

We were driving from San Antonio to Houston and stopped to have some amazing Sushi!!!! Great Place. Highly recommend getting off the highway and visiting here. It was well worth it. Love the sushi and they had great service

Phenomenal rolls! Artistic and delicious. Hibachi fried rice is some of the best I've had. Service is attentive and thorough. The ambiance is nice enough, but simple... don't expect a big city downtown fancy place. We've been here several times and we'll be back again and again. And DEFINITELY order the Dragon Ball appetizer! It's like all the best parts of other appetizers combined.

Food is great. Although not prepared at the table, hibachi dishes are available. Service is prompt and helpful. I've never had to wait for a table. Prices are fair for quality of food.

This place is AMAZING! I seldom order food as I’m very picky, but this quaint, seemingly hole in the wall joint was so delish that I had it 2 days in a row. Everything is super fresh, artistically put together and tastes off the charts. My favorites thus far were the Ebi Ebi roll, Halloween roll & Large Pecan roll. Def will be back!!!!!

The calamari was VERY tender and our sushi rolls were great. My boyfriend had the Halloween roll and it was beautiful and delicious! I had the Honolulu roll and it was light and lovely. I good choice if you are trying to cut the carbs or a diabetic.. We can't wait to come back to enjoy more.

Tried this place on a whim and so glad! Got 3 sushi rolls ...they have soy wraps for sushi yay! Meals were hibachi chicken and shrimp. ALL were exceptionally delicious. The sushi melted in our mouths, the teriyaki sauce on the chicken was to die for with excellent fried rice. And a super sweet, fast waitress to boot! Perfect dining experience.. highly recommend!

Food was amazing!!! You need to try the dragon balls for an app. Quick, delicious, and great staff. They informed me to use the Toast app to order next time bc I did door dash and door dash company adds fees they can’t control. I appreciated this helpful info and will DEF be back!!! Yummy!

We showed up within their last hour of being open and were still kindly welcomed in. All of my friends got these crazy looking sushi rolls which looked beautifully delicious! The waiter did his best to answer questions and accomodate gluten allergy but I still decided to order on the safe side just in case, ordering the salmon and shrimp hibachi dinner with no sauce, with the house salad, ginger sauce on the side. While a simple plate, still very good and very fresh! Fast, friendly service. Wouldn't mind eating here again should we pass through town. 5 people, with tip came out to about $120

I had an amazing experience at Ebe Ebe in downtown Seguin! The service was excellent—my waitress was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The food came out quickly and was so fresh. I started with the salmon sashimi, which was melt-in-your-mouth good, and the pan-fried dumplings, which were packed with flavor. But the real star for me was the shrimp and steak fried rice—definitely a 10/10! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great sushi, delicious food, and friendly service in Seguin.

What a great little spot, with friendly service, and good food! We visit SA frequently and this place has been on our "to-go-to" list, however we have tried a few times with unlucky parking spaces. We did order it to-go, but it was fresh and delicious! We tried the shoft shell crab, which was delicious! The rangoon, which was good. The "something" balls, I'm sorry can't quite remeber, but it was different, that's for sure, almost a funnel cake type tasting rice crust with shredded crab type mixture. I liked it, but feel others would probably love it, I'm not a big fried "dough taste" type A gal. And unfortunately can't remeber the name of my roll. But it was delicious and I'll update if I remember it.

Unassuming, modest digs found here in downtown Seguin. Food was on point, fresh and delicious. Waitresses recommendations were superb and being as I might nit be back right away we decided to try a little of everything they had to offer for lunch...hibachi, yakisoba, appetizers and sushi rolls. All very good. Give them a try if your in the area...you should find something that you like 😋.

Everything we ate was absolutely delicious! Dragon balls were great! They are large and a lot of rice so consider this when ordering your meal so you don’t get too full. Miso soup was tasty. Lobster roll did not disappoint! The lobster was cooked perfectly. Halloween roll was good and spicier than I gave it credit. Not too spicy tho so don’t steer away from it. It’s also delicious. Staff was friendly. Pretty sure our waitress was new and the other staff was supportive to her which was really nice to see. Overall excellent experience! We will definitely be back!

We came to try this place out. They were able to seat us all together, a large group of 11. Food was absolutely delicious! Tried some appetizers, Dragon Balls, gyoza… we ordered 3 different sushi rolls- San Antonio, Spurs, & Court Roll. Hibachi chicken & shrimp & steak… the onion soup was SO good! Definitely a must try! Our waitress was Mel she was great, attentive and food order was taken all correct. She had it all down the whole time. Offered to go plates and drinks. Great service.

If I could give them a 20 star, I would.... Don't let the appearance of the building keep you away, because you'll miss out on a delectable meal! The flavor of the soup and salad were great. The chicken and shrimp were so juicy and full of flavor that you can't stop eating it. We ordered two of the larger sushi rolls and it was way too much food on top of meals.

The atmosphere is unassuming. I was a bit nervous to order but I did my research and decided it was worth a try. EBI epitomizes NOT judging a book by its cover. The food was AMAZING!!! The spicy salmon is chunky, fresh and tossed in a delicious spicy sauce. The signature rolls are few but it is obvious it is all about quality instead of quantity. We ordered the Honolulu, Halloween, Nagoya and Pecan roll. (All sauce on the side except the Pecan because I could not eat that one for food allergy reasons) The fish was fresh, expertly joined with accompanying fish and crisp veggies. I LOVE masago and tobiko on everything so I was thrilled to get my favorite fish in rolls smothered in fish eggs!! (I know, sounds weird but it's true) Our waitress, Amber was on it. She was able to guide us based on food allergies and popular rolls and changes. Every bite left all of us wanting more!!! I ordered more spicy salmon handrolls just because I had to. The Pecan roll is pricy but it is a MONSTER roll!!! The cut pieces are about a 2" diameter accompanied by 2 GIANT fried crab and cream cheese rolls about the size of my fist. The dusting of pecans was gorgeous and my Dad LOVED it. It is enough for 2 people!!! All in all...super fresh, absolutely delicious and I can't wait to go back and try new things. This place is a MUST VISIT in Seguin!!! **side note to the 1 star reviews...(which are silly comical but based on opinion which I respect)... the crab in the geico roll is rolled with shrimp tempura. Cold crab + freshly fried shrimp= warm inside ingredients. And this place IS real. I ate there yesterday**

This spots worth a visit if you're in the mood for Sushi... The ambience is a relaxing one. The Service and food is very good. My lady and I tried a few rolls with Sapporo beer and some warm house sake... The one gripe I have with the place is the average decore; especially being so close to the center of Seguin city hall.

Service was great and the food was oishii (delicious). I had the chicken katsu and the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because I’m a food snob that use to live in Japan. You can’t really compare the two but this place was good.

Food is good the place is a little dated but I'm there to eat not live there so no biggie I guess , It's a good place to eat I would go.

Had the Cowboy Roll, the seranos were a good edition to the meal. I enjoy spicy food, so it was enjoyable and a recommended treat for fellow pepper heads such as myself. The yakisoba was very flavorful, the shrimp was delightful and the noodles were cooked well. I have been Japan. I will say that the traditional Yakisoba noodles I'm versed into are a tad thicker. But none the less, good job and if I'm in town again, I will revisit you definitely.

We come here for the fried rice and order it on Door Dash all the time. I am allergic to soy and eggs and this is the only place in town that will prepare fried rice without it.

Was really excited after seeing the pictures and reading all the great reviews. Walked in and it was NOT what I expected. Small and a little run down with decent service when you are the only ones there. Sushi was below average with a fishy taste and nearly had to tackle someone to pay. Pretty disappointing for the money we spent.

First time there. Our oldest daughter took me out to eat. She LOVES it. I love shrimp! 🍤 I love Chinese food. I ordered the Steak & Shrimp. Was very good. I am used to simple ranch and Wishbone Basalmic Vinaigrette for salads. 🥗 🍅 Ebi Ebi had interesting sauces and dressings. You have to have a palette for different things. My daughter loves MANY THINGS on the many. I want to try them as well. I think I'll be as pleased as her. Looking forward to returning. That sweet chili sauce was fabulous. Overly priced for trash quality. We had the Bento boxes, and the only thing that tasted good was the seaweed salad and roll. The tempura was bad, the gyoza was burnt and my boyfriend's brown rice tasted terrible. The miso soup was good, but how can anyone mess that up? I also got the shrimp roll. Both rolls I had were already falling apart. Rice was not sticky at all. They forgot to include the extra gyoza that we ordered. No idea how this place has such a high rating. This sushi spot doesn't even know how to properly make sticky rice. This is not the place to go if you want authentic sushi. Terrible quality. Only reason I gave this place two stars instead of one is because the service was decent.

Severely disappointed. Sushi boat was for 75$, ended up having to pay 100+ dollars for the smallest portions ever. The food was immaculate and great quality but it was NOT WORTH 100+ dollars, plus they skimped out on what we ordered. Paid for 10 octopus nigiri, they only gave us two, and they got some of the order wrong. Wont come back if I pay that much for the smallest portions. During this time, money is very fickle due to everything high in price.

Very disappointed in the food and service. The sashimi was a very small portion for the price charged. I get better shashimi at HEB. Also, we ordered the jalapeno roll that was to come with cream cheese, fried shrimp and peppery salmon. I felt like I was eating a seafood meatloaf. There was no visible fried shrimp or cream cheese to be seen in my roll. The tea was watered down and my husband had to ask for refills three different times even though the waitresses walked by the table numerous times. Won't go back.

I recently visited the restaurant and sampled a variety of dishes, including the Philadelphia roll, a hibachi plate featuring filet mignon and shrimp with fried rice, and a shrimp and vegetable tempura appetizer. While I appreciated the diversity of options, I found the tempura appetizer's breading to be denser and oilier than I prefer(not panko), which detracted from the overall enjoyment. Additionally, the Philadelphia roll lacked the vibrant freshness I expected. The accompanying wasabi also lacked freshness(dried out)suggesting it may have been stored for an extended period. Moving on to the main course, the filet mignon was undoubtedly the highlight of the meal. Cooked to perfection, it offered a tender and flavorful experience that lived up to expectations. However, I did notice that the shrimp on the hibachi plate seemed slightly overcooked, resulting in a somewhat chewy texture. Overall, while my dining experience was satisfactory, it fell short of the exceptional standard I had hoped for. As a visitor, I may explore other dining options in the area before considering a return visit to the restaurant. Nevertheless, I remain hopeful that others may have a more fulfilling experience.

The only thing that I enjoyed was the yakesoba and even then the chicken was dry. The tuna sushi roll was extremely fishy and warm for a raw roll. The gyoza was bland and the dragon balls were really pointless. Top it off with the entire restaurant being humid and sticky it just was not a pleasant dining experience.

I have seen the good reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I came in for a to go order and the wait wasn’t very long. The lady was nice but the food just wasn’t what I was hoping for. I ordered the chicken yaki soba for my wife and ask what she recommends for me so I did a surf and turf. Neither of us was impressed with either of our meals. My shrimp was tough and my steak was bland. I will not be back I’m going to stick to our local celebrity A’Tan

Fish was not fresh, chewy crab tasted canned and my husband's spicy tuna roll tasted of nothing but Chile. Service was not friendly nor attentive. This place came highly recommended and ended up being a disappointment. we will stick with A-tan sushi! Highly Recommend A-tan for fresh fish and great service. Don't waste your money here!!!

Went here because of the high rating & reviews but the food was really disappointing. Cheap rice and mostly imitation crab. I tried the jalapeño roll and the dragon balls for an appetizer and it didn’t taste very appealing. I wish I could say better things about this establishment…. 1st- the stench in this place is REAL, it smells like a nursing home 🫣 2nd- from the appetizers, to the fried rice, to the sushi… ALL was super nasty. I figured at least one of those things had to be decent, sadly that was not the case. And lastly, I was swiping away flies the entire time we were seated… gave us a 15% discount for the food being disappointing.. sadly we didn’t even eat 15% of the food to say it was worth it lol

It was a ghost town when my boyfriend and I got there so we were hoping for a nice quiet lunch and we did get that. However our silverware and the bowl of soup ( pictured) they brought out for my boyfriend was very dirty. The food was bland but not terrible. This restaurants food was the only food I ate that day and I ended up getting food poisoning later on in the day. Definitely would not come back and would not recommend coming here.
