THE STAFF IS AMAZING. I go quite often. But a few months ago, I was coming home from work, hungry and having a bad day. I came through the drive through and ordered food and baja blast icee. I was really looking forward to the baja blast. Well they were out of the baja blast syrup and asked if i would take wild cherry instead. I said sure and came up to the window to pay. THEY GAVE ME THE ICEE FOR FREE. Bless these people. They made my day so much better and I couldnt be more thankful. food is also good too. Hot and fresh and fast.
Workers were nice and food was excellent. Love this place, especially one of the workers, who was doing a wonderful job. Didn't get her name, but she was awesome👍
They've been drive thru only for a while now due to short staffing, but honestly I don't even mind. Food is always accurate and made well. Staff is quite nice as well.
I love the workers there . They are so sweet & they have never messed up my orders. Lol. The food is always hot & not cold like some other places. I give it 5 stars!

WORST TACO BELL EVER. Went to seguin Tx for a little trip, and stopped by Taco Bell ! Cause who does not love Taco Bell? TACOS WAS MADE HORRIBLY ! Dipping tacos was made with a hard shelled taco instead of soft, the ground beef was really wet ! And slimy made burritos.

It was busy but it did not shake the employees behind the counter. They handled it like pros and made the food even better! Thanks and I’ll be back next time I’m in town. Gotta give credit where credit is due!
On food and service I give them 5 stars they are always fast very polite and on point I've only gone through the drive through so that's why I didn't rate the atmosphere I'm sure it's just as good as there drive though
This place normally has a bad reputation but we grabbed some food from them on Sat 12/30/23 and it was excellent. The food was prepared perfect and was very hot. I was impressed just hope it keeps up. For being in a town with lots of Mexican food choices sometimes you just want Taco Bell. 😊
Really great staff, good food, my food came fast enough for them being busy, and way faster than McDonalds that takes 30-40 mins to get my food out with barely anyone in the lobby
We had gone to Wendy's prior to coming here. At that location, we received horrible service along with the family that was in front of us. We left without even ordering. We came to this location and the person on the drive thru headset was very friendly and polite. We placed our order with ease. Received it in less than 10 minutes despite having 4 cars in front of us! Thank you Taco Bell for providing us with hot, fresh accurate food quickly!
I don’t normally do reviews but given my time and time again experience with this Taco Bell, I felt it was needed. I always get such wonderful service at this location. In my experience, the town of Seguin doesn’t usually have stellar food service... but this Taco Bell has got it figured out. There’s usually like 2-3 employees at a time doing everything...but despite the short staff, they’re always so cheerful and friendly. My order is always hot and bagged perfectly.
It's Taco Bell. Can't complain. Use the app to order and get the rewards. Staff have always been pretty reliable and nice enough. It's Taco Bell food so you probably know what you're getting into.
This is a good one. Thanks for the pleasant service! Today, I saw that only 2 employees were working in the entire location. They were doing the work of many, taking orders, taking payments and preparing food, all with a smile on their faces. Thank you for your cheerful service in a difficult time. God bless you!
My family & I were having a road trip & decided to stop here at this Taco Bell since it was easier to get back on the road. Well, I hate to admit this but we have never really experienced Taco Bell before so we weren't sure what to order or what was good to eat. So then this employee, Carie Cox, was so sweet & went completely out of her way to make our visit special. She had explained what was good & what was her favorite to get there.. My son was craving something that wasn't on the menu & she actually went out of her way to make it for him then brought it out to us. If it wasn't for Carie, then I wouldn't have known what we would've done. Thank you so much Taco Bell for having such an awesome, intelligent, kind, helpful employee, Carie Cox. We need more employees like her!
I never went in before. I Just order DoorDash from here, but my order is always correct and my meal always tastes fresh. I feel like the night staff needs a raise because of this.
When you are craving taco bell. Order the chicken enchilada burritos. Gotta love them.

On 2.19, my husband I went in for supper. I was very pleased with how clean the dining area was, condiments, napkins and lids in straws were well stocked. We ordered 2 of the Doritos tacos supreme meals and 5 layer beef bean burrito all of the food especially the tacos were pleasing to the eye and tasted amazing. We spent 30$ and was well worth it. The kitchen was clean, especially the floors. Everyone was doing something and not leaning on the counters or shooting the bull. Good crew of employees working that night and were very friendly coming in and leaving. We will be back but I wanted you to know it was 5star service for the first time ever for a Taco Bell.
Always friendly at this location. I love their shredded chicken nacho box. The only reason it's not 5 stars is when you order 1 thing you don't get a bag to hold the napkins, sauce, & spork.

I actually like the food here even though it's definitely not actually mexican cuisine (and no, I never got the runs after eating here). With what they have to offer, the meals are good and nothing has caused me to leave unsatisfied. With decent service and a modern looking establishment, it's fairly good. Just don't expect anything close to gourmet.
It's your standard Taco Bell. This location's service varies visit to visit depending on the staff on duty. I usually have one of their bowls and some times they are awesome & some times the are meh. Their app allows you to order ahead, but they don't make the order until you get there.
Food was good. Didn't have the craps for a couple days, but it was worth it.
Pretty good TB! The employee's are nice (most of the time) Have had to come back after missing food in my order, but upper management fixed the problem very quickly. Occasionally get the hard four tortilla, but now all the time. Food is usually hot and store is clean for the most part.

Taco bell is bomb for munchie time. The drive through was literally 8 cars deep so I went inside. Ordered from a kiosk..kinda cool...My potatoes were kinda dry and seemed old and my burrito was tasty but folded to be a 4 inch pillow. Overall, met my mediocre expectations of Taco Bell...not too shabby.
Manager is very rude and will tell you to come inside for order pickup when the lobby is closed 90% of the time. Gave 4 stars because the employees, especially Elizabeth are all very nice and want to help. Drive thru line can get insane wait times sometimes but that isn't the employees fault. They close early a lot due to short staff which again isn't the employees fault, but the manager's, as they pay low and expect each person to want to give their life to the company that treats them poorly. Overall 4 stars because food is always correctly made and good but the manager is awful and shouldn't be running a restaurant.
Food usually good but this time the food I ordered to go was cold. Had to heat it up in the microwave, but as always the customer service was good and polite. Their watermelon slushy is very good. They even put candy watermelon seeds in it! Highly recommend if you like watermelon!

Don't order the quesadillas they are very skimpy on the filling. Plus it was dry. You got the feeling that they just threw it together and didn't give a darn how it was. Don't know if I will go there again or not.
I love their chicken soft tacos but when you order 5 tacos you expect them to give you enough taco sauce for five tacos! I got five tacos and three sauces! Am I supposed to put half a packet of sauce on one taco? I guess next time I’m going to have to be specific.
I come to this location most often and it's truly a hit or miss. Some days I get home and our order is missing half of the items, or something was made incorrectly. Other times the service is quick and the food is still great!
The young lady who took our order was very kind, I went with my 2 children and my brother... Thank goodness we can see them making our food because my lil Bro made it complicated! And the young lady was very patient and even interacted positively with my children! That's management material right there 😊. So why all that praise and only three stars given, the young lady earned the extra star and then some! She was so positive the whole time, the experience we had she created most of it! But our food took a while and it was wrong so She gets four stars but the rest could use a little work. To end on a positive note; I think it would be a fun cheap lunch with the kiddos! 😊
I like Taco Bell a lot. Me and my husband ate there last night, we both like it but Terry said he don't want to eat there any more! He said it was good, but it gave him the R's.
Food so authentic that it feels like a trip to Mexico. Service so attentive and friendly that you think you're being catered to. Knowledgeable staff who love their jobs and do whatever it takes to make your meal memorable and pleasurable.
They always make you wait at the first window while they make your food, and then you pay once it's done. They are just saving their drive thru times, it doesn't help the customers at all, I find it a little annoying.
As I sit at your location a employee seating a few tables away is taking to himself and picking his nose notcery appealing. I order on you studid machine but the girl for got my cup till I raise my voice as specking softly did no good. There is no need to ask for sauce on the console as they never give it to me.
Has a big order the last time I was there @ 9p lobby was closed, no signage indicating they wouldn't have it open, drive through was extremely busy due to this. Used app, still waited in line 20m just to get to speaker, then to pull up to window and get told to park by front doors and wait (15m). Wasn't upset by that, was upset by not getting my lunch box meal, called no answer.
dude forgot my two handfuls of Diablo packets. not a real big deal since I just went inside and grabbed four handfuls as they watched me with no judgment. immaculate vibes.
Trying to put a middle of the road sort of review. The food is always hot and the service is good! The people are nice and attentive, my receipt is always accurate ... however, it never fails that each time we come through something is wrong. Sometimes our orders can be a bit crazy so I could understand on some things (like my daughter is vegan and 5y so like sometimes she wants a cheesy bean and rice burrito. No cheese. No chiptole. Add lettuce. Yeah, that can be complicating) but some things its simply just "add spicy ranch" and they only ever do it about 20% of the time! It urks me because to add spicy ranch is like a 60 cent upcharge so if I'm not getting it I want the money back or a new order. I typically don't even turn around or call or anything which is on me :( I know food service workers catch a lot of flack.
Please remove the option to purchase bottled water if you do not carry them. Being handed a cup for tap water after paying for bottled water is unacceptable. Also, your text receipt feature doesn’t work.
First night we went to eat at Taco Bell they told us they were out of soft tacos, we left and went somewhere else. Tonight we went back and asked for specific things like "hot" sauce, an extra bag, and a sweet tea, and lady repeated it back at screen 3 more times but then at window she didn't give us what we wanted until we said it for the fourth time. Then gave us probably 50 hot sauce packets all a variety. But couldn't eat the tacos while driving home because not only were they falling apart because they weren't wrapped right but the bottoms of every one was soggy on one corner so forget trying to add hot sauce to that already.
Nice drive through people.....the order came quick however when i started to eat while we were in the car driving.... the food was barely warm... We already started on the freeway so didn't turn back.
The meat had a funny taste to it. Dirty tables, very foul odor at the soda machine, and had to wait until someone could take my order because at the kiosk I couldn’t adjust the order to what I wanted. The staff was friendly while taking my order.
It's pretty good, as per usual. The crunchy taxos be hitting different. Makes me sad that the shredded chicken burritos were taken off ngl. But It's still good regardless of them taking it off. Honestly the place inside is nice, food place to go with family or friends, like any other fast food or place. It's overall nice but not too good, you can never be too sure.
This location has changed so much. The service is no longer with a smile and the orders take for ever. The majority of the time the food is accurate and hot but not all the time. The lobby is always closed with plenty of employees to run with it open.
I used to love getting tacos from here but today was the worst service ever first they didn’t have any large cups for drinks and then when I checked my chalupas they had chicken on them even though I said I didn’t want chicken that I wanted beef I took it back in the store and told them I asked for beef so they gave me a chalupa with just beef in it no cheese lettuce tomatoes or sour cream I was telling my mom I’m not going back in there because I was to exhausted from the day
The employees were friendly, but they didn't seem to understand how to put any effort or pride into their job, although they do work at Taco Bell. We received our food quickly, but I noticed that there were only a few workers. Also, two of the drinks in the soda fountain were out, and the floor was sticky. They messed up our order slightly by putting sour cream on our nachos, and when we asked for them to be fixed, we got our food back. Shortly after, we noticed that they had only scraped the most of the sour cream off. Furthermore, the beans and cheese were undercooked, and solid. We asked for the manager, but they employee told us that the manager was busy at the drive thru window. After about fifteen minutes, the manager came over, and, she didn't seem to understand that what the workers did was wrong, and she asked what we thought needed to be done, as if she didn't think anything was wrong. At that point she probably wanted us gone, so she refunded us, and gave us the regional manager's phone number.
They NEVER remember to give you your hot sauce 🔥 when you get Tacos. 🌮. Cheap bag rip TOO easily. Never enough staff. Drive-thru waiting is too long. Taco's COLD & crumble to easy! Cinnabons HARD & DRY.
I went there and I ordered two beef burritos with no jalapeno sauce and they were made right I ordered a steak power bowl, with no sauces of any kind and when I got home I had some kind of sauce in my lettuce so I had to throw the lettuce out and wasted money on an order that I had placed right. People always check your food before you leave and make sure it's right otherwise they're in a hurry it's a production line where they make the food and they do make mistakes and if you don't check it when you get home you're going to be very disappointed in them if it's made wrong, which mine was made wrong.
Mother in law and I felt sick after eating it yesterday, she even threw up. Not sure what was wrong with the food but something wasn’t right with it. We got a taco party box, a Crunchwrap supreme, and a steak cheesy melt burrito.
Half of my order was either missing completely or was incorrect. It was a mobile order so not hard to follow the screen. Staff was too busy taking, dancing, laughing and not cleaning to make my order correctly. It’s like they didn’t even try. Based off the reviews this happens all the time at this location. At least the food I DID get was edible. Luke warm but edible. Never going back to this location. Manager needs to be fired.
I go to this place at least once a week for almost 4 years. Today I arrive before the crowd and order a combination burrito and a crispy Taco. The voice on the box says, "we don't have anything like that here." I sit a second and respond, "of course you do. I get them all the time." He chimes back, in a condescending voice "no, we do not sell anything like that here." Just then I see that yes, they do sell burritos, but its called the Supreme burrito. So I order that. But as I sit in line I think, well, that pretty darned close, I mean very close to being a combination burrito to a CUSTOMER. In fact it IS like a burrito. Exactly like one. Why would he do that? His response was to be a mothering school teacher. To correct me with omission. He could just do like the kid who usually takes the order, and fill it, but no, he has to get literal. At Taco bell. It turns out, he's the manager. So I ask him. Don't you think the Burrito Supreme is similar to a combo? He said, "yes but its confusing to the workers." I told him its never been confusing, until now, and you didn't point me to the similarity, you ignored it. You almost sent me away. He shut the window on me. I was the first customer today, at opening. It was the worst burrito I've ever had. It was a combo all right. A combo of a smug manager and a lost customer. I feel for anyone who has to work for that manager. See you Taco Bell. I'm done. I have choices.
Recently my partner ordered from this location and we ordered the 5$ box (2). My box was supposed to be nachos with bean and cheese soft taco and a black bean crunch wrap. However, the bean and cheese taco had meat. No problem, I'm thinking maybe they put it in the wrong box, because mistakes happen I'm aware and this had happened once before and it was just in my partner box last time. Go to check his and all of his had meat in them. I was missing the taco and thank goodness I had checked, but please be mindful of what you guys are putting in the boxes. I was not very happy with this and didn't want to have to go back. ☹️
We were standing in the front counter waiting for someone to take our order. We waited 15 minutes until someone went up to us but didn’t say anything and just walked away so we left. There was also only 1person waiting for their food and one car in the driveway. The employee were also on their phone the whole time we were there waiting.
Apparently if you get 3 crunchy taco supreme and no soda... it cost the same as if you did. didn't get napkin didn't get a hot salsa didn't get a reciept
I ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito without the tortilla strips. Well, not only did the leave off the tortilla strips, they left the steak off as well. I found 1 piece of steak. Hardly any cheese on the tortilla. They take forever and manipulate the drive thru timer, you'd think with all that time they'd make the food correctly. I was the only customer btw!
When going through the line they managed to forget 3 items on my order . Not sure who’s job it is to just make sure the items are in the bag but maybe they should figure out how to read. When calling them to inform them of the mess up they informed me they would put me on the mess up chart . Noting that this place has a mess up chart is ridiculous.
Saturday night, short staffed that happens, but on top of that only partial menu, no chips, and since the management can't get their restocking right, lots of menu items are unavailable... thought to add some basic tacos at the window, but no, the management won't allow changes, gotta go back through the 25min line! 🤯😳
The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. I went in and ordered a meal and was only charged for a taco. The manager refunded her mistake and got the order right in her register. When my food came out my taco was lacking a flatbread shell. When I brought it back the man making the food through it on his station then continued making a different order. When he was done he grabbed my egg taco and just slapped a piece of flatbread on it. I demanded a fresh taco. The manager who messed up said he was just gonna do the same thing to my new taco and Noone in Texas is perfect. I was appalled by her response. All I wanted was what I ordered freshly made and I get attitude from a manager. I will NEVER stop at this location again and don't recommend anyone to.
Ordered a mexican?piza got home looked like dog food. Next day hubby called n told them lady was really nice, took it back up there n lady at counter was rude demanded the receipt. HELLO I HAVE THE FOOD. Was trying to tell her it was w no tomatos. Went n got hubby to deal with it ... Had tomatoes mgr nice idiot rude counter help. They must enjoy wasting food.
Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes at the speaker just after 9 am had to call to see if they were even open yet was told no not for another 15 minutes. Could at least had a headset on to communicate.
Called to place a to go order. Was told we do not take call in orders. Drove to Taco Bell, doors were locked. Went back to vehicle called Taco Bell to see if closed. No just the lobby. Put a sign up that the lobby is closed. I will NEVER return.
My dad had an order of chips and cheese, the chips tasted like chemicals and they didn’t give us cheese. We also got the 3 Doritos Locos tacos and the shell was really stale.
1 taco was missing from my order so had to go back through the drive thru and reorder it. My wife had ordered a black bean crunch wrap because she is a vegetarian and when we got home we only had beef crunch wraps. Very disappointed...
This taco bell is located a few miles north of I-10 east of San Antonio, when I write the reviews, I go by how things were when I am there or have just left, all I can say about this taco bell in Seguin is, if you are on the verge of starvation, still try to make it somewhere else, because you're going to be very disappointed, there's not enough room on here for my complaints, but the main one I will say is, put some hand soap in the men's and women's bathroom!!! Please, and it's just downhill from here
Went to the drive thru asked for a second to look at the menu and the employee never came back to take my order even though kept calling out to them
Used to be pretty good five months ago but the last 5 times I have come in my order has been wrong. I'm going to have to stop eating here I guess.
As normal, my order was totally wrong when I got it home and opened it up. I ordered Taco Supreme (They were missing the sour cream, cheese, and lettuce!), Ordered Chicken Wrap (NO chicken in it at all!!) Ordered Supreme BEEF Burrito (NO beef or cheese) I would stay clear of this store at all time. Very slow service and non-friendly staff.
For faster service use the kiosk????? Ok since this taco bell wants you to use a kiosk instead of talking to someone...maybe they need to keep there fast-food restaurant cleaner. Will NEVER eat here again I DONT WORK HERE SO I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO USE A KIOSK!
On Sunday Aug 29 2022 I went into the dining room to order, and be paying with cash, There was already a older Man waiting, and from the looks of it he was waiting for a while. No buddy knowledge that they had customers in line or in the dinning room area. I waited for 15 min the decided to use there self serv order, still had to pay with cash, I order then waited behind the older man that was already there. after another 15min went by the older man decided to try to get order done on the self serv, he was angry and was hitting the screen rough.. I then spoke up, with a raised voice asking if we can get some assistants up front- The response was that why we have the machines. I then made a comment not everyone wants to use those, not everyone pays with Card.- Still no one came up I requested the manger whom was behind the kitchen. she came up with attitude _ explained that we have been waiting for a long time- she stated there short handed there was 6 people total. 2 working the Drive thru, 2 on each side where the drive thru orders are made and 2 on the dinning room side- there was enough people on the clock to cover all that was needed. the place is a mess had not been clean up all day looks like-- I made a comment that you are not short handed, short handed when there was no machine to help take orders, you had 3 people working all sections, and we still manage to make sure the place was cleaned, all customers attended too and get the orders out correctly- This place lack training, lacks leadership These folks want 14 a hour _ say no no no no-- when you can provide great service, great customer service, orders properly made- then maybe you deserve that.. I will be making a complaint to the Corp I am also expecting to hear from GM supposedly his name is Frank- This is the only Taco Bell in the area with out having to drive out of our way In the Seguin area- I WISH I COULD DO 00000000 STARS NO THUMPS UP- FOLKS be prepared to be disrespected, not worth a damn, ignored, and make sure your order is right before you drive away.. Not about getting a refund, it about doing it right, it about taking the feedback and help you better train yOur employees..
Will no longer be buying from this store. Long waits, having to order from the kiosk menu, eventhough drink sizes are not an optional choice. Refusal from the staff to take a counter side order. I just left & went to get a burger. What a hassle! DIY service for sure, and a sour attitude from the staff. No thanks!
I've never had a good experience at this location. Everything I go to the drive through they make you wait forever (fast food?) They serve 1 car at a time meaning the car infront of you orders, pulls up. So you pull up to the speaker and they tell you to wait, while they cash out the first car bag their food and send them on their way, than they take your order (every time I been) today I ordered crunchy taco supreme. Asked if it came with sour cream, they said yes. I said cool 😎. They asked if I wanted hot sauce, I said yes fire please. Got my food, no sour cream on tacos, no suace in bag.. I swear they smoke to much pot their brains are fried.

Laziest crew of employees ever. 3 were asleep in the dining area while the line at the drive through is around the corner. May have 7 employees while 2 actually work. This place is the only lobby shut down in this town. The manager is a disgrace to the food industry and the employees need to go back home to mommy and daddy and learn to grow up. This is so disgusting that I’d usually blame it on location, but this place has done enough to convince me and my family to never eat at taco bell again. A sad example of what a simple family meal should me. The manager of this place is the worst example of management ever
Gave wrong order. Didn’t notice till I got home with family. Had to dive all the way back and nothing but an apology.. said they made a fresh order but food was cold pulling out of the drive thru. Trash service. Disappointed.
Online says they open at 7:00am. Went for the $5 breakfast box, said “we’re not opening till like 10, 10:30 this morning.” Couldn’t even specify whether at 10:00 or 10:30. Called the next morning before going to make sure I wouldn’t waste my time and gas again. I asked what time they opened. The girl who answered says “I’m not sure, I’m the only one here right now and I’m waiting on my other workers, so I’m going to say 10 just to be safe.” So I called again at 10 and they still weren’t open. 🙃 👍🏼
I will not be coming back. Stupid kiosk experience plus even worse service. Supposed to be fast food not incredibly inconvenient food. It used to take 30 seconds to order and pay. Now it takes 5 minutes to order, longer if you have kids who get confused by all the options. Heaven forbid you do something wrong and have to figure out how to cancel it. I will be avoiding your brand until you improve this disaster of a decision.
Supposed to be fast food. Should never have to wait in a long line for my food. Especially at drive thru. I drove off and left cuz I had to wait and the customer in front of me was holding up the line. Jeez! I am fed up with Taco Bell. All locations are the same.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We were informed as we were walking up that they were "short staff" so the dining room was closed. This forced us to go through the drive through which was not a big deal. However we had to wait until we were "waved at" before we could go closer to the pick-up window. We weren't given a receipt or able to check over our stuff due to people behind us. We were given the wrong drinks and did not get half of our meal. What we did get was not edible in any sense. What a waste of money! I will be contacting corporate!
I was in Taco Bell in Seguin yesterday. I have always had great experiences except for this time… The tables were not cleaned and left dirty, literally every single one. I get my food I had a burrito and it smelled like play-Doh heavily so I thought that was strange but kept eating. Then I noticed two lime green mold spots on the tortilla. I ordered food for my daughter as well and had to throw it all away. The worker who I identified the problem to was sincerely sorry and gave me a free taco voucher.. I’m not sure if it’s new hires there or what is going on but it’s not the same..
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. First and foremost they need to have the health rating of the restaurant posted where everybody can see it they do not. Second it is so nasty in there that even where the hot sauce is they’re all stuck together, every single table all nasty have food all over them drink spilled all over their drink rings all over them. The floor was sticky and nasty Coke machines were nasty. The entire place was filthy. There was 6 people working no excuse why it looked like that in there. Also the cross contamination is ridiculous they got people in there with no hair nets or beard nets they also touch there hair clothes phones and money then go back to making the food with the same gloves we stood there and watched them for 15 mins do the same things over and over again not one person washed there hands or changed there gloves.
Why allow customers the ability to choose a pick up time if it can’t be ready at the chosen time? We even placed the order online almost an hour in advance of the pick up time. To top it off, it was cold by the time we ate it a few min later. Not sure why they can’t seem to serve consistently hot food at this Taco Bell, or get orders ready in a timely manner.
If you have employees to take my order then why make me use a damn computer to place my order. Last time you get my money
Tried to eat Dine In at this location and the doors were locked at 10:00, even though the drive thru was still open. Terrible service. A lot of people are still wanting to eat their food inside hot fresh and ready at a table and not in their cars or having to drive 20 minutes or more to get home and wait to eat soggy tacos. Your Lobby should be open a lot later than 10:00, especially if your drive thru is. Lost my business
Crunchwrap was cringe Had maybe 1 tblspn of any kind of protein in all I’ve pulled part of it off, didn’t need it cause it’s all tortilla. I kept searching and searching for any thing other than lettuce. I had it. I finally took a pic at the last few bites, what you see is pretty much how it looked all the way through except for the one bite, 1/2 way through with any kind of protein that they provided Felt ripped off? DEFINITELY Shame on y’all Know that the only good thing about this place, was the drive-through girl was very nice Literally… That was the only thing good about it
There were 4 cars in the drive thru, and 2 people inside received orders before me. It took 16 minutes to get our order of 5 items. The lack of sense of urgency is astounding and was only surpassed by the healthcode violations. If you are touching food, if you touch anything else, you should change them. I witnessed an employee touching boxes, dishes, and various other items without ever changing them, then going back to touching people's food. I strongly do not recommend it, and a local should contact the health department.
Morning shift at this location sucks. No Welcome to Taco Bell we will be right with you. Waited 10 min no acknowledgement of me. So I decided to use kiosk as that probably only way they would get my order. Lady before me was upset as her order was ready but they did not call her name or number. No one smile or even looks up and if they do they dismiss you. Night crew at this location is always friendly and welcoming. Going to start come at night. If you don't like delivering good customer service find a different job.
Horrible environment. Manager Amanda should not be a manager. She treats her employees horrible and her language. Completely unprofessional. Then waiting for my food when not busy., while on their phones. Would not recommend. Watching employees drinking alcohol then making my tacos. Vaping in back, blowing skoke out of mouths in front of customers. Horrible!!

Wow, how long will your location keep its dining room closed? Sign on the door says dining room open, but it ain't. Staff problems? "Can't juggle the drive through and dining room? Or is it just yall are running on a skeleton crew drive thru cause its more profitable? I bet they all think they deserve $15hr 🤣🤣 nice biz practice...
