We’ve decided to order from Dan’s for every party! Their pizza has always been fantastic, but their massive table-sized pizzas stole the show at our last two events. Each one is like getting four pizzas in a single box—perfect for feeding a crowd! The quality is outstanding, and it makes hosting a breeze. Several guests were so impressed that they plan to order from Dan’s for their own events. Everyone loved the unique size, delicious taste, and how it simplified party planning. Highly recommend!
Went to eat for my first time, as a first date, and the only teeny tiny complaint I could have was that when we walked in, we awkwardly stood at the front for a couple of minutes before anyone said anything to us. I had to ask if we just seat ourselves, which we did. Other than that, it was a nice experience. The food was great. The music was fitting, the server was very attentive while also giving us space to have a genuine date. Recommend for all the right reasons!
I was born and raised in New York city (were pizza can give you a "foodgasm"), but I gotta say Dan's Pizza is the BEST pizza in this part of Texas period! It took some time to get my pie, but DAMN was it good.
I just love the staff at the Dan’s in Webster! They are always so friendly and knowledgable. The food was too notch! Hands down best pizza in town! A++
The best pizza I’ve ever had — seriously! 🍕 The crust is perfectly crisp outside and soft inside, the sauce tastes homemade, and the toppings are piled high. The place has a fun, small sports-bar vibe and super friendly staff. The Works pizza was our favorite! We will be back!!!
Probably the best pizza you will come across in South Houston. Dan’s uses quality ingredients and in my opinion, has the perfect crust/cheese/sauce ratio for hand-tossed pizzas. Their pizza crust is fantastic. They offer competitive pricing too, so don’t decide on Pizza Hut, Dominos or Pap John’s if cost is your deciding factor.
Great food! New York Style Pizzas-from meat lovers to vegans and thin crust to thick. My sister introduced me to Dan’s a couple of years ago. I’ve been a customer ever since. Customer service is very good. PS: I got to meet Dan on one occasion and he listened to my and my sister’s suggestion concerning the toilet (loose) seats. And, the next time I was there. He had the loose-wobbly seats replaced-so, ladies you don’t have to sit on the seats and not feel secure. 😎💕
I drove all the way from katy to try this spot out per recommendation of my boyfriend, and i must say, i was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was nice, good music and has your typical “sports bar” feel but smaller. My server, Jeremy, was very nice and attentive. Their menu was surprisingly very versatile and offered many options to choose from. We ordered 2 glasses of wine, a traditional caesar salad, wings ( honey chipotle and garlic pepper parm) and a pizza (half pepperoni amore, half Jamaican me crazy). The wings were pretty good, especially the honey chipotle flavor. It had a nice little kick with a hint of sweet. The parm wings could have been a tad better but they were still good. The flavor was pretty light, they could definitely go heavier on toppings/seasonings then it would be perfect. The salad was very tasty as well as the breadstick it came with. The pizza was REALLY good, i’ll say for the pepperoni to be a “basic” flavor, it was the best I’ve ever had. The Jamaican flavor was pretty gooood, cant lie. They mistakenly gave me pineapple even though i opted to get it without, i just picked it off as to not have anyone remake anything. they did offer a discount for the mistake so i really appreciated it. All in all, i had a pretty great experience and enjoyed the food, will be coming back!
We went on Monday for lunch and the place was literally empty, which I found as something nice. Our server was nice and knowledgeable, they quickly took our order, and the food arrived quickly. Their fried pickles are delicious! One of the I’ve had in the area. Perfectly fried and the seasoning adds a really nice flavor! The pizzas are REALLY good, and they are huge. We got the garlic chicken pizza that had alfredo sauce and it tasted great! The veggie pizza was my favorite though, it had great seasoning and the marinara sauce was excellent. One of the best pizzas in the area!! Highly recommended!
stopped by earlier this week and loved every dang bite! i loved all the crazy pizza options they had. we split the avalanche ranch and nola and it was fantastic definitely our new favorite pizza joint
What a great local spot in Galveston! The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. Live music is a little loud if you're trying to chat but it was nice music! Awesome beverage menu, but they sell out of cream soda occasionally! 😝 Appetizer menu is good "bar food" selection. Pizza....what can I say, it was flipping delicious! Tried all the crust options, hand tossed ended up the favorite. Perfect blend for the sauce. Our server was super sweet, attentive, and overall amazing. Plus the cost was perfect for my budget.
Best pizzas for me in Houston. I love out of the deli way they have but I don't mind picking up for the family. You get what you pay for and don't mind the prices. The quality to me is what matters and they are fresh. Been picking up there for years now and had my buddies try them out. They all agreed it's the best. Be back soon.
So we were starving and close by, from the the pics and the reviews of this place, looked really good. So we went and found out the reviews and the pictures didn't lie. Very Delicious and Very Creative Specialty Pizzas and I'm always trying something I haven't tried before. I ordered the surf and turf pizza. It's not everyday you can get shrimp on your pizza. Everyone's pizza was very delicious. We definitely have to came back, especially since it's not far from where my girl lives!
We went for dinner about 7:00 pm on Monday. Seating was easy and the place was not crowded. We ordered the 12” Sinatra which had meatballs, Italian sausage, pepperoni, fresh mozzarella and instead of red sauce we got garlic butter sauce on the thin crust. These are some of the best pizza’s around. We also ordered the 1/2 order of cheese bread sticks. They were hot, cheese was melted and stringy and the dough was fluffy and tender. For 2 people we had way too much but we will definitely be enjoying this for another meal. The bar also has a nice selection beer. We look forward to coming back when we’re in town again.
My family and I have been going to Dan’s for years . We make the hour drive to eat at this establishment because the food and service is unmatched . There isn’t anything bad on the menu. I understand that some people believe “pizza is pizza” but that’s simply not true. The ingredients and recipe used is out of this world. Delicious and fresh. They have a lot of variety of beer on tap, the St. Arnold’s root beer is amazing. They have games for the kids and the restrooms are always clean. The employees that have worked here and have been here a long time and are happy. That says a lot . I will continue to be regular at this great establishment!
Dan's Pizza is the place to go in the NASA Bay Area. It's very reasonably priced, nice selection of appetizers, pastas, salad and Entrée style plates. They have a good selection of beers but no liquor. It's a nice quick spot to get in and out in roughly 45 minutes, even if you order a pizza. Can't wait to go back
I’ve been in Houston for about 5 years and I’ve always been told Dan’s is a must try. I finally got around to it today. All I can say is “AMAZING!”. I went with a friend and we both ordered small pizzas and a order of wings to share. The ingredients are high quality for sure. The wings were crispy, roasted, and very classic buffalo. The pizzas were also amazing. Best pizza I’ve ever had for sure. My only note is that I wish the hand tossed pizza was cooked slightly longer for some crispness on the bottom (I still love it). My friend’s note is that the sauce could have been spread out more evenly (he still loved his pizza). This will absolutely become our new spot! Thank you to the staff, cooks, and owners. *Edit* I went back two more times and both of the notes from my first visit were addressed. Also I got more wings. Which are incredibly mouth watering!
The pizza is good. This is the biggest location I’ve seen so far, The other is like a hot hallway. Try it out. I always order the pepperoni amore from the mount location, but since I could sit down and enjoy a pizza I tried the wise guy. Originally I was concerned because the place was right next to a Halal place, but the waitress reassured me that they were not also halal.

I am very picky about my pizza given that I am from New York. However Dan’s does have some of the better pizza for the area. We are regulars now. Sometimes the pizza can have an off day but for the most part it is great. They also have pretty good wings with the option of getting flats only which is the money move.

To start off, the food was just left on our porch with no notice whatsoever. Not a single knock or a ring at the door bell. Our food sat outside for 35 minutes before discovering. When we opened the cold food, the Caesar salad was more than half croutons and hardly any romaine. Very disappointing experience. The quality and customer service has just gone downhill.

My mom ordered a specialty pizza for her birthday because it’s one of the few places that gives goat cheese options. And we have ordered from Dan’s several times in the past, but me and my dad ordered 3 gyros and not a single one came with Tzatziki sauce, even though it says it comes with it online. My dad called and the lady that answered acted like you had to ask for it and she said it doesn’t come with it and I told her it’s on their website and to go check their own site. Also, who in the world eats gyro without tzatziki??? 🤦♂️ We live over 15 minutes away so when the girl offered for us to pick it up that wasn’t an option as my parents were already hungry and didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes to get something. After he said that she just apathetically said “oh… sorry” and a long pause, no offer for compensation on a future order or refund for something that was not only THEIR mistake, but tried to play it off like it doesn’t come with it. Especially when they were pre-tipped $10 for not a super big order. Your employees should look at their own website. My dad has ordered their gyro before and never had an issue with this. If this is the new Dan’s then we will never be going back. All that not to mention the fries were cold (and I was only about 5 minutes past the pickup time) and the wings were overcooked. Very disappointing! Forgot to add. As you can see from the receipt and picture, 2 of the Gyros I asked for extra beef and they clearly were not and exactly the same amount as the 1 without extra. So we were charged for something that they did not give. Absolutely horrible service!
I guess this was my last visit to Dan's. It's unfortunate that all the beloved staff is gone it made the vibe completely off. Many items were unavailable (almost all the drinks/bar), the orders placed were incorrect (margarita pizza with no tomatoes or basil, chicken pesto without feta or pesto) and tasted off, and strangely, they are cash only, which felt very sketchy. I also do not agree with the decision to delete customers' comments on their Facebook account to hide how the restaurant is now operating. Sadly, I won't be returning to what was once the best pizza in the area.
